Description

转轴装置和翻转灯 【技术领域】
本发明涉及转动装置和办公设备领域,更具体的说,涉及一种转轴装置和翻转灯。
【背景技术】
转轴装置是机械类设备的常用零部件,为了满足多样化的需求,其结构繁多。中国实用新型专利CN 203755874 U,公告日2014.08.06,该实用新型属于缓冲铰链技术领域,涉及一种门用铰链阻尼装置,包括一个阻尼铰链和一个具有弹性开门力的弹力铰链,所述弹力铰链的具体结构是:外套筒的一端连接有堵帽或转轴装置、另一端设置有外端伸出外套筒外的内套筒,内套筒内套装有棘轮,弹性的棘爪的一端卡接在棘轮上、另一端穿过内套筒上的挡片卡接在内套筒上,堵帽与棘轮之间的外套筒内套装的弹簧的一端卡接。该实用新型的弹力铰链属于转轴装置领域,其内的弹簧靠其线尾插入堵帽与棘轮的插孔来连接,并通过多种零部件来限定弹簧的位置并实现转动功能,这样的方案使得该弹力铰链结构复杂,拆装不便。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种易于拆装的转轴装置,以及装配有该转轴装置的翻转灯。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种转轴装置,包括带空腔的外套筒,装入该外套筒空腔内的內轴,该外套筒一端为开口端,该外套筒另一端为闭合端,在所述外套筒空腔内所述闭合端与內轴之间设置有弹簧,所述弹簧一端设置有横杆,所述弹簧远离其横杆的一端与所述外套筒连接,所述內轴一端设置有第一卡槽,所述弹簧的横杆与所述內轴的第一卡槽卡接。
进一步的,所述弹簧的与所述外套筒连接的一端也设置有横杆,所述外套 筒的闭合端内侧设置有第二卡槽,所述弹簧的横杆与所述外套筒的第二卡槽卡接。
将弹簧和外套筒的连接方式也通过卡接来实现,弹簧的横杆只要对准外套筒闭合端内侧的第二卡槽放置,即可使得弹簧在扭力方向上相对外套筒固定,这进一步地提高了本转轴装置的拆装简易性。
进一步的,所述外套筒的闭合端外侧设置有限位卡槽。
该限位卡槽可使得本转轴装置容易与其他结构配合固定连接,提高了本转轴装置使用安装时的简易性。
进一步的,所述內轴的远离所述弹簧的一侧设置有限位卡键。
该限位卡键可使得本转轴装置容易与其他结构配合固定连接,提高了本转轴装置使用安装时的简易性。
进一步的,所述內轴的轴体与其限位卡键之间设置有柱状凸台。

这样,通过卡槽与限位卡键的卡接方式使得转轴装置与主体的连接方式易于实现,从而使得本翻转灯是易于拆装的。
进一步的,所述外套筒的闭合端外侧设置有限位卡槽,所述翻转体相应地在所述轴孔内侧设置有卡柱,所述外套筒的限位卡槽与所述翻转体的卡柱卡接。
这样,通过限位卡槽与卡键的卡接方式使得转轴装置与翻转体的连接方式易于实现,从而使得本翻转灯是易于拆装的。
进一步的,所述翻转体与主体通过导线电连接,所述导线穿过所述轴孔的靠近所述外套筒限位卡槽的一端。

而使用本发明转轴装置的翻转灯,因转轴装置本身的拆装简易性,本发明的翻转灯的拆装简易性也得到了提高,并且转轴装置能为翻转灯提供扭力,使得翻转灯具有翻转体能自动地与主体分离的功能。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
图1示出了本发明一实施例转轴装置的剖面图,图2是其內轴的示意图,图3是其弹簧的示意图。由上述图示可知,该转轴装置1包括一带空腔的外套筒2,其一端为封闭的闭合端5而另一端为开口的开口端4,有一內轴3通过开口端4套入外套筒2,在外套筒的空腔内闭合端与內轴之间设有一弹簧6,该弹簧6两端由其线尾折弯形成横杆7,如图3所示。內轴3靠近弹簧的一端设置有第一卡槽8,该第一卡槽8与弹簧7的一横杆卡接,从而在弹簧的扭力方向上內轴3与弹簧6相对固定。在外套筒2的闭合端内侧也设置有一第二卡槽9,该第二卡槽9与弹簧6的横杆卡接。內轴的轴体外形结构与外套筒的空腔结构相对应,从而內轴可在外套筒的空腔内相对转动,本实施例中內轴的轴体结构与外套筒的空腔结构皆为圆柱体结构,当然也可以是其他结构形式,如圆台形,乃至內轴轴体的横截面为多边形形状也是可行的,只要不影响內轴在外套筒空腔内的相对转动。
当本转轴装置如图1所示般安装好后,当內轴相对外套筒转动后,因两者皆与弹簧卡接,以至內轴与外套筒间的转动被弹簧的扭力作用。将该转轴装置与外界连接后,从而其能对外界产生扭力提供的特定效果。
为了使得本转轴装置1能更方便地与外界连接,在外套筒的闭合端外侧设置有限位卡槽10,在內轴远离弹簧的一端设置有限位卡键11,限位卡槽10可与外界的卡键类结构卡接,限位卡键11可与外界的卡槽类结构卡接,这种卡接形 式是十分容易实现的,从而提高了本转轴装置的安装简易性。为了使得本內轴的限位卡键更易于制造且使其与內轴的轴体连接得更稳固,在內轴轴体与限位卡键之间设置有柱状凸台12,其比內轴的轴体直径小。
作为对弹簧与外套筒的连接方式的替换,两者可用胶水胶接,或弹簧一端插入外套筒的闭合端内侧,或者其他方式。但优选如图1所示的卡接方式,因其能提高本发明转轴装置的拆装效率。而弹簧的横杆可用焊接设置在弹簧上也是可行的。当优选图3所示的线尾折弯方式,这样可使得这种形式的弹簧易于制造。
本实施例的转轴装置的外套筒一端设置有开口端后,方便了弹簧与內轴装入外套筒的空腔中,弹簧的一端与外套筒的闭合端内侧的连接易于实现,而弹簧的另一端设置有横杆后,內轴的第一卡槽与该横杆容易卡接和分离,从而使得该转轴装置拆装起来十分方便,又不影响其提供的扭力。
图4-6是本发明的实施例翻转灯的图示。图4是实施例翻转灯的示意图,图5是其爆炸图,图6是其的I部放大图。如图4所示翻转灯13包括翻转体15和主体14,翻转体15上带有照明部件16。翻转体15与主体14通过轴孔17实现枢转连接,在轴孔17上还安装有前述实施例的转轴装置1。即轴孔17的两端设置有中空的凸缘,在主体上相对地设置有轴座,轴孔17的凸缘与主体上的轴座配合,使得翻转体能在主体上转动;而本轴孔为通孔结构,转轴装置1内安装在其上。在主体14靠近轴孔17处设置有主体卡槽18,转轴装置的內轴的限位卡键11与该主体卡槽18卡接。有图5和图6可知,在翻转体的轴孔内侧设置有卡柱19,其与转轴装置的外套筒的限位卡槽10卡接。这样通过卡接形式转轴装置就能简易地安装在翻转灯内,并且在翻转体与主体相对转动后,转轴装置为这两者提供一定的扭力。当按压本翻转灯的开关控制件后,在转轴装置提供的扭力作用下,翻转体自动地与主体的卡槽分离,即翻转体与主体自动地产生相对转动。翻转体与主体分离后,翻转体上的照明部件16即可向周围照明。
因本转轴装置本身是易于拆装的部件,即,一定程度上使得使用该转轴装置 的翻转灯易于拆装。
因转轴装置与翻转体通过卡柱19与限位卡槽10卡接,从而在轴孔17该端处的通孔不受堵塞。主体内的电源装置通过导线为翻转体的照明部件提供电力,该导线即可从主体壳体内部通过轴孔17的通孔进入翻转体的内部,再为照明部件供电。这样,方便了导线的布置,又避免了导线的外露,即保护了导线,且使得本翻转灯的外形更美观。
本发明的翻转灯的翻转体可包括数个翻转部件,如图4和图5所示,该翻转灯包括三个翻转部件,翻转部件两两枢转连接,在翻转部件间同样可设置有转轴装置1,其安装方式与上述翻转体与主体间的转轴装置的安装方式基本类似,这里不做赘述。
以上内容是结合具体的优选实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明,不能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。对于本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干简单推演或替换,都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种转轴装置,其特征在于,包括带空腔的外套筒,装入该外套筒空腔内的內轴,该外套筒一端为开口端,该外套筒另一端为闭合端,在所述外套筒空腔内所述闭合端与內轴之间设置有弹簧,所述弹簧一端设置有横杆,所述弹簧远离其横杆的一端与所述外套筒连接,所述內轴一端设置有第一卡槽,所述弹簧的横杆与所述內轴的第一卡槽卡接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的转轴装置,其特征在于,所述弹簧的与所述外套筒连接的一端也设置有横杆,所述外套筒的闭合端内侧设置有第二卡槽,所述弹簧的横杆与所述外套筒的第二卡槽卡接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的转轴装置,其特征在于,所述外套筒的闭合端外侧设置有限位卡槽。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的转轴装置,其特征在于,所述內轴的远离所述弹簧的一侧设置有限位卡键。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的转轴装置,其特征在于,所述內轴的轴体与其限位卡键之间设置有柱状凸台。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的转轴装置,其特征在于,所述横杆由所述弹簧线尾折弯而成。
  7. 一种翻转灯,包括主体和通过转轴装置与该主体枢转连接的翻转体,所述翻转体设置有照明部件,所述转轴装置位于所述翻转体的轴孔内,其特征在于,所述转轴装置包括带空腔的外套筒,装入该外套筒空腔内的內轴,该外套筒一端为开口端,该外套筒另一端为闭合端,在所述外套筒空腔内所述闭合端与內轴之间设置有弹簧,所述弹簧一端设置有横杆,所述弹簧远离其横杆的一端与所述外套筒连接,所述內轴一端设置有第一卡槽,所述弹簧的横杆与所述內轴的第一卡槽卡接,所述外套筒与所述翻转体固定连接,所述内轴与所述主体固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的翻转灯,其特征在于,所述內轴远离其第一卡槽的一端设置有限位卡键,所述主体相应地设置有主体卡槽,所述內轴的限位卡键与所述主体卡槽卡接。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的翻转灯,其特征在于,所述外套筒的闭合端外侧设置有限位卡槽,所述翻转体相应地在所述轴孔内侧设置有卡柱,所述外套筒的限位卡槽与所述翻转体的卡柱卡接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的翻转灯,其特征在于,所述翻转体与主体通过导线电连接,所述导线穿过所述轴孔的靠近所述外套筒限位卡槽的一端。
