Description

一种带有自动离合器的割草机 技术领域
本发明涉及 一种电动割草机,尤其有关于一种带有在自走马达停止后能够自动切断的离合器的电动割草机,这种离合器可以保证割草机在自走马达停止后方便的进行推拉。
背景技术
自走式割草机是一种常见的工具。较早的传统割草机一般包括一个机壳、枢接在机壳内的割草刀具、安装在机壳之内驱动刀具进行割草的割草电机、安装在机壳内的自走电机、枢接在机壳上后部的自走驱动轴、安装在自走驱动轴上的一对后轮、设置在自走电机和自走驱动轴之间的减速机构、安装在机壳前部的一对前轮、安装在机壳后方的操作把手、电源、以及在把手上的操纵机构。
这种割草机的缺点是自走电机停止后,后轮同时相对于自走电机停止。所以当自走电机停止后割草机就很难进行推拉。为了解决上述技术问题,出现了一种改进后的带有离合器的割草机。这种割草机在自走电机和减速机构之间设置了一个离合器,在自走电机停止后使用者可以操作把手附近的操作机构断开离合器,后轮与自走电机脱离,对停止后的割草机就可以方便的进行推拉。
但现有的带离合器的自走割草机都是手动的,即在自走电机停止工作后需要使用者手动操作才能断开离合器。这样就给使用者带来了不方便。
技术问题
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种带自动离合器的割草机,该割草机在自走电机停止工作后离合器能够自动断开。
技术解决方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供有一种带自动离合器的割草机, 其 包括一个机壳、枢接在机壳内的割草刀具、安装在机壳之内驱动刀具进行割草的割草电机、设置在机壳内的自走电机、与自走电机相对固定的减速机构、由减速机构驱动的自走驱动轴、由自走驱动轴驱动的一对后轮、安装在机壳前部的一对前轮、安装在机壳后方的操作把手、电源、以及在把手上的操纵机构。在自走电机和减速机构之间设置有一个自动离合器,该自动离合器包括一个圆筒状的外壳、一条固设在外壳的一侧的输出轴、一对容纳于外壳内对称的离合块、一对将两个离合块拉向彼此的弹性件、一条穿过两个离合块之间并通过一个轴承固定于外壳与输出轴相对的另一侧的输入轴、以及一个固设在输入轴上的啼块;每块离合块具有一条圆弧形的外缘和一条中部横向滑槽,外缘和外壳的筒形内侧壁之间具有一定的摩擦力;啼块可滑动的容纳于两个离合块的横向滑槽之内,自走电机的动力经动力传输装置传至输入轴。
有益效果
本发明所带来的有益效果是自走电机能够自动断开,不再需要人为的操控动作,提高了割草的工作效率,减轻了割草机使用的工作负担。同时,当自走电机停止工作后割草机就可以自动进入可方便推拉的状态,更符合割草机使用者的思维习惯,减少了因技术问题而带来的使用不惯感。

本发明的最佳实施方式
图1和2所示为本发明一种带有自动离合器的割草机较佳实施例的立体爆炸示意图。该割草机1包括一个机壳10、枢接在机壳10内的割草刀具11、安装在机壳10之内驱动刀具11进行割草的割草电机12、设置在机壳10内的自走电机13、与自走电机13相对固定的减速机构14、由减速机构14驱动的自走驱动轴15、由自走驱动轴15驱动的一对后轮16、安装在机壳10前部的一对前轮17、安装在机壳10后方的操作把手18、电源30、以及在把手上的操纵机构19。在本实施例中,减速机构14通过减速机构外壳141与自走电机13相对固定,自走驱动轴15通过轴承151穿过减速机构外壳141。

在使用时,使用者可以控制操作把手18上的操纵机构19来打开割草电机12和自走电机13。自走电机13的动力经三角皮带131传动至自动离合器20的输入轴26。输入轴26的转动带动啼块27的转动,容纳于横向滑槽232之内的啼块27将推动两个离合块23转动。在离合块23转动的时候,两个离合块23将由于惯性作用克服两个弹性件24的拉力进行径向的离心运动直至外缘231紧贴外壳21的筒形内侧壁211。外缘231与筒形内壁211之间的摩擦力随着自走电机13转速的增加而增加,当摩擦力大到一定程度时,外壳21将在摩擦力的带动下也开始转动。固设在外壳21一侧的输出轴22也将随外壳21的转动而转动,带动减速机构14,驱动自走驱动轴15驱动后轮16。此时,自动离合器20处于一种'合'的状态。
如果使用者通过操纵机构19关闭割草电机12和自走电机13,啼块27将逐渐停止转动。两个离合块23的离心力逐渐消失,在两个弹性件24的拉力下沿啼块27的导向作用相向移动,外缘231离开筒形内壁211。此时自动离合器20处于一种'离'的状态,后轮16、自走驱动轴15、以及减速机构14与自走电机13分离,使用者可以方便的对割草机1进行推拉的操作。
