Abstract
一种带有自动离合器的割草机,包括一个机壳、割草刀具、割草电机、自走电机、减速机构、由减速机构驱动的自走驱动轴、由自走驱动轴驱动的一对后轮、前轮、操作把手、电源以及在把手上的操纵机构。在自走电机和减速机构之间设置有一个自动离合器,该自动离合器包括一个圆筒状的外壳、一条固设在外壳的一侧的输出轴、一对容纳于外壳内对称的离合块、一对将两个离合块拉向彼此的弹性件、一条穿过两个离合块之间并通过一个轴承固定于外壳与输出轴相对的另一侧的输入轴、以及一个固设在输入轴上的啼块。每块离合块具有一条圆弧形的外缘和一条中部横向滑槽。啼块可滑动的容纳于两个离合块的横向滑槽之内,自走电机的动力经动力传输装置传至输入轴。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电动割草机,尤其有关于一种带有在自走马达停止后能够自动切断的离合器的电动割草机,这种离合器可以保证割草机在自走马达停止后方便的进行推拉。
背景技术
自走式割草机是一种常见的工具。较早的传统割草机一般包括一个机壳、枢接在机壳内的割草刀具、安装在机壳之内驱动刀具进行割草的割草电机、安装在机壳内的自走电机、枢接在机壳上后部的自走驱动轴、安装在自走驱动轴上的一对后轮、设置在自走电机和自走驱动轴之间的减速机构、安装在机壳前部的一对前轮、安装在机壳后方的操作把手、电源、以及在把手上的操纵机构。
这种割草机的缺点是自走电机停止后,后轮同时相对于自走电机停止。所以当自走电机停止后割草机就很难进行推拉。为了解决上述技术问题,出现了一种改进后的带有离合器的割草机。这种割草机在自走电机和减速机构之间设置了一个离合器,在自走电机停止后使用者可以操作把手附近的操作机构断开离合器,后轮与自走电机脱离,对停止后的割草机就可以方便的进行推拉。
但现有的带离合器的自走割草机都是手动的,即在自走电机停止工作后需要使用者手动操作才能断开离合器。这样就给使用者带来了不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种带自动离合器的割草机,该割草机在自走电机停止工作后离合器能够自动断开。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供有一种带自动离合器的割草机,其包括一个机壳、枢接在机壳内的割草刀具、安装在机壳之内驱动刀具进行割草的割草电机、设置在机壳内的自走电机、与自走电机相对固定的减速机构、由减速机构驱动的自走驱动轴、由自走驱动轴驱动的一对后轮、安装在机壳前部的一对前轮、安装在机壳后方的操作把手、电源、以及在把手上的操纵机构。在自走电机和减速机构之间设置有一个自动离合器,该自动离合器包括一个圆筒状的外壳、一条固设在外壳的一侧的输出轴、一对容纳于外壳内对称的离合块、一对将两个离合块拉向彼此的弹性件、一条穿过两个离合块之间并通过一个轴承固定于外壳与输出轴相对的另一侧的输入轴、以及一个固设在输入轴上的啼块;每块离合块具有一条圆弧形的外缘和一条中部横向滑槽,外缘和外壳的筒形内侧壁之间具有一定的摩擦力;啼块可滑动的容纳于两个离合块的横向滑槽之内,自走电机的动力经动力传输装置传至输入轴。
本实用新型所带来的有益效果是自走电机能够自动断开,不再需要人为的操控动作,提高了割草的工作效率,减轻了割草机使用的工作负担。同时,当自走电机停止工作后割草机就可以自动进入可方便推拉的状态,更符合割草机使用者的思维习惯,减少了因技术问题而带来的使用不惯感。

具体实施方式
图1和2所示为本实用新型一种带有自动离合器的割草机较佳实施例的立体爆炸示意图。该割草机1包括一个机壳10、枢接在机壳10内的割草刀具11、安装在机壳10之内驱动刀具11进行割草的割草电机12、设置在机壳10内的自走电机13、与自走电机13相对固定的减速机构14、由减速机构14驱动的自走驱动轴15、由自走驱动轴15驱动的一对后轮16、安装在机壳10前部的一对前轮17、安装在机壳10后方的操作把手18、电源30、以及在把手上的操纵机构19。在本实施例中,减速机构14通过减速机构外壳141与自走电机13相对固定,自走驱动轴15通过轴承151穿过减速机构外壳141。
如图3所示,本实用新型的特征在于在自走电机13和减速机构14之间设置的一个自动离合器20。同时参考图4、5、6,自动离合器20包括一个圆筒状的外壳21、一条固设在外壳21的一侧的输出轴22、一对容纳于外壳21内对称的离合块23、一对将两个离合块23拉向彼此的弹性件24、一条穿过两个离合块23之间并通过一个轴承25固定于外壳21与输出轴22相对的另一侧的输入轴26、以及一个固设在输入轴26上的啼块27。每块离合块23具有一条圆弧形的外缘231和一条中部横向滑槽232。外缘231和外壳21的筒形内侧壁211之间具有一定的摩擦力;啼块27可滑动的容纳于两个离合块23的横向滑槽232之内,使得两个离合块23可以沿着啼块27相向或相背来回移动。来自自走电机13的动力可以经动力传输装置131传至输入轴26。在本实施例中,两个弹性件24是两个弹簧。
在使用时,使用者可以控制操作把手18上的操纵机构19来打开割草电机12和自走电机13。自走电机13的动力经三角皮带131传动至自动离合器20的输入轴26。输入轴26的转动带动啼块27的转动,容纳于横向滑槽232之内的啼块27将推动两个离合块23转动。在离合块23转动的时候,两个离合块23将由于惯性作用克服两个弹性件24的拉力进行径向的离心运动直至外缘231紧贴外壳21的筒形内侧壁211。外缘231与筒形内壁211之间的摩擦力随着自走电机13转速的增加而增加,当摩擦力大到一定程度时,外壳21将在摩擦力的带动下也开始转动。固设在外壳21一侧的输出轴22也将随外壳21的转动而转动,带动减速机构14,驱动自走驱动轴15驱动后轮16。此时,自动离合器20处于一种“合”的状态。
如果使用者通过操纵机构19关闭割草电机12和自走电机13,啼块27将逐渐停止转动。两个离合块23的离心力逐渐消失,在两个弹性件24的拉力下沿啼块27的导向作用相向移动,外缘231离开筒形内壁211。此时自动离合器20处于一种“离”的状态,后轮16、自走驱动轴15、以及减速机构14与自走电机13分离,使用者可以方便的对割草机1进行推拉的操作。
如本技术领域的人所知,本实用新型的附图和实施例仅为说明本实用新型的功能、结构和原理而不应当成为对本实用新型理解上的限制;同时,本实用新型的目的均已经实现。上述实施例可能在不脱离本实用新型原理的情况下有所变更,故此,本实用新型的保护应以权利要求书中所描述的范围为准。
Claims (3)
1.一种带有自动离合器的割草机,其包括一个机壳(10)、枢接在机壳(10)内的割草刀具(11)、安装在机壳(10)之内驱动刀具(11)进行割草的割草电机(12)、设置在机壳(10)内的自走电机(13)、与自走电机(13)相对固定的减速机构(14)、由减速机构(14)驱动的自走驱动轴(15)、由自走驱动轴(15)驱动的一对后轮(16)、安装在机壳(10)前部的一对前轮(17)、安装在机壳(10)后方的操作把手(18)、电源(30)以及在把手上的操纵机构(19),其特征在于在自走电机(13)和减速机构(14)之间设置的一个自动离合器(20),该自动离合器(20)包括一个圆筒状的外壳(21)、一条固设在外壳(21)的一侧的输出轴(22)、一对容纳于外壳(21)内对称的离合块(23)、一对将两个离合块(23)拉向彼此的弹性件(24)、一条穿过两个离合块(23)之间并通过一个轴承(25)固定于外壳(21)与输出轴(22)相对的另一侧的输入轴(26)、以及一个固设在输入轴(26)上的啼块(27);每块离合块(23)具有一条圆弧形的外缘(231)和一条中部横向滑槽(232),外缘(231)和外壳(21)的筒形内侧壁(211)之间具有一定的摩擦力;啼块(27)可滑动的容纳于两个离合块(23)的横向滑槽(232)之内,自走电机(13)的动力经动力传输装置(131)传至输入轴(26)。
2.如权利要求1所述的带有自动离合器的割草机,其特征在于减速机构(14)通过一个减速机构外壳(141)与自走电机(13)相对固定。
3.如权利要求1所述的带有自动离合器的割草机,其特征在于自走驱动轴(15)通过轴承(151)穿过减速机构外壳(141)。
