安装压面螺杆 5的轴孔贯穿压面桶 4前、 后两侧且在压面桶 4前、 后 两侧壁上分别形成第一通孔和第二通孔, 第一通孔边缘设有向外延伸的套 口 41, 套口 41设有与锁定螺母 7相连的螺紋; 第二通孔边缘设有向外延 伸的接头 42, 接头 42与机体 1可拆卸连接; 面条成型模块 8成帽状, 面 条成型模块 8外圆周方向设有面条成型孔 81,锁定螺母 7紧压住面条成型 模块 8外边缘且与套口 41螺紋连接。 压面螺杆 5包括一杆体, 杆体外圆周设有螺旋的螺牙 50, 螺牙 50与 杆体一起形成挤压面团的螺旋压面通道, 螺旋压面通道一端为面团旋卷入 的入口端, 入口端位于竖直通道正下方, 在入口端的螺牙边缘设有用于将 面团挤压成条状再卷入螺旋压面通道内的开口槽 500; 螺旋压面通道另一 端为面团挤出的出口端, 在出口端设有径向挤压面团的尾牙 501。 压面螺 杆 5前端中心有安装孔 51,安装孔 51内套状有一用于限制压面螺杆 51前 端圆周震动的固定轴 100, 固定轴 100与压面螺杆 5之间设有轴承套 101, 轴承套 101套装在固定轴 100外且用硅胶密封圈 102封装在安装孔 51内, 面条成型模块 8底部中心设有方形连接柱 82,固定轴 100外端设有方形卡 槽, 方形连接柱 82套装在方形卡槽内以限制固定轴 100转动。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 多功能面条机, 包括机体和设置在机体内的电机, 其特征在于: 机体上方有和面桶,和面桶内有搅拌片和搅拌转轴,机体前侧设有压面桶, 压面桶内装有压面螺杆, 压面螺杆前端套装有可更换的面条成型模块, 压 面桶与和面桶连通, 压面桶与和面桶之间设有活动门, 通过打开活动门使 得和面桶内的面团能在搅拌片离心力作用下甩入压面桶内; 所述电机与压 面螺杆、 搅拌转轴之间设有齿轮传动装置。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述多功能面条机, 其特征在于: 所述齿轮传动 装置包括与电机输出端连接的电动蜗杆, 电动蜗杆输出端连接有斜齿轮, 斜齿轮中心有一传动轴, 传动轴与电动蜗杆相互垂直, 所述压面螺杆与传 动轴同轴设置且随传动轴同步转动, 传动轴上设置有传动用的大伞齿, 大 伞齿输出端连接有小伞齿, 所述搅拌转轴与小伞齿同轴设置且随小伞齿同 步转动。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述多功能面条机, 其特征在于: 所述和面桶的 桶底倾斜设置,所述活动门装在和面桶的桶底的低位侧,活动门为一可上、 下移动的竖直挡板, 竖直挡板与和面桶的桶底、 桶侧壁配合, 竖直挡板上 端设有手柄, 竖直挡板将和面桶内部分割成两个腔体, 搅拌片和搅拌转轴 位于其中一腔体内, 另一腔体底部设有与压面桶的桶口连通的竖直通道。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述多功能面条机, 其特征在于: 所述和面桶上 扣盖有桶盖, 桶盖上设有放面粉进入桶内的开口、 供竖直挡板上下移动穿 过的开口槽以及封盖开口的小盖, 桶盖上还有与所述竖直通道正对的小孔 和封盖小孔的旋转盖片。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述多功能面条机, 其特征在于: 安装压面螺杆 的轴孔贯穿压面桶前、 后两侧且在压面桶前、 后两侧壁上分别形成第一通 孔和第二通孔, 第一通孔边缘设有向外延伸的套口, 套口设有与锁定螺母 相连的螺紋;第二通孔边缘设有向外延伸的接头,接头与机体可拆卸连接; 所述面条成型模块成帽状, 面条成型模块外圆周方向设有面条成型孔, 锁 定螺母紧压住面条成型模块外边缘且与套口螺紋连接。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述多功能面条机, 其特征在于: 所述压面螺杆 前端中心有安装孔, 安装孔内套状有一用于限制压面螺杆前端圆周震动的 固定轴, 固定轴与压面螺杆之间设有轴承套, 轴承套套装在固定轴外且用 硅胶密封圈密封在安装孔内, 所述面条成型模块底部中心设有方形连接 柱, 固定轴外端设有方形卡槽, 方形连接柱套装在方形卡槽内以限制固定 轴转动。
7、 根据权利要求 5或 6所述多功能面条机, 其特征在于: 所述多压 面螺杆包括一杆体, 杆体外圆周设有螺旋的螺牙, 螺牙与杆体一起形成挤 压面团的螺旋压面通道, 螺旋压面通道一端为面团旋卷入的入口端, 入口 端位于竖直通道正下方, 在入口端的螺牙边缘设有用于将面团挤压成条状 再卷入螺旋压面通道内的开口槽; 螺旋压面通道另一端为面团挤出的出口 端, 在出口端设有径向挤压面团的尾牙。
