Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un four (1), qui comprend une enceinte (2), une cavité de four (3) située à l'intérieur de ladite enceinte (2), par laquelle est effectuée l'opération de cuisson, au moins un conduit d'évacuation (5), à travers lequel passe l'air circulant à l'intérieur de la cavité de four (3), et celui-ci assurant la délivrance de l'air passant à travers celle-ci vers l'environnement extérieur, le conduit ayant une paroi avant (10), une paroi arrière (9) et un orifice de sortie (8) restant entre la paroi avant (10) et la paroi arrière (9), au moins une barrière (6) étant disposée à l'orifice de sortie (8), s'étendant à partir de l'orifice de sortie (8) vers le conduit d'évacuation (5), et étant attachée à partir de l'un de ses côtés à l'orifice de sortie (8), et à la paroi arrière (9) à partir de l'autre côté.
