- all or part of the covering sheet can be formed of a thermoplastic nonwoven fabric.
- the tear suppressing structure is provided in the covering sheet and fulfills a function of suppressing the covering sheet from being torn by the pet. According to the said structure, even if a pet scratches a surface sheet with a nail or bites with a tooth
- a tear suppression structure suppresses tearing of the covering sheet by a sharp part which arises when a sharp part of a pet moves relatively with respect to a covering sheet, contacting a surface sheet.
- a coating sheet is torn especially by the sharp part of a pet.
- the tearing of the covering sheet in this case may occur when the sharp part of the pet is in contact with the surface sheet but does not penetrate the surface sheet and the sharp part moves relative to the covering sheet.
- the sharp portion of the pet abuts on the top sheet and penetrates the top sheet, and the sharp portion may move relative to the covering sheet.
- the “sharp part” referred to here is a sharp part where the pet may break the pet sheet, and typically the pet's nails and teeth correspond to the sharp part.
- the “relative movement” here includes a form in which the sharp part of the pet moves with respect to the cover sheet and a form in which the cover sheet moves with respect to the sharp part of the pet. Specifically, it is based on pets, such as by nail scratching along the extending surface of the covering sheet, nail biting in the direction intersecting the extending surface of the covering sheet, or by biting operation by teeth. Various tearing operations cause tearing of the coated sheet.
- the pet sheet according to this aspect is configured to receive excrement while being separated from the excretion part. It is suitably used for excrement receiving sheets in which a tearing phenomenon in which the covering sheet is torn by the sharp part may occur.
- the pet sheet has a pet use mode in which the pet sheet is spread and used in a flat state. It is preferable that the excrement receiving surface that receives the excrement of the pet in a state and the pet walking surface on which the pet can walk are combined.
- excretion is performed in a state where a pet excretion part (a generation site of manure) is separated from the top sheet.
- the pet selects a desired urination location from each part on the top sheet, or performs the next urination while avoiding the location where the urination has been performed once. At this time, the pet frequently performs active activities on the surface sheet.
- the surface sheet is torn by contact between the sharp part of the pet and the outer surface of the surface sheet, and further, the covering sheet is torn. Therefore, in the pet use mode, it is possible to suppress the covering sheet from being torn following the surface sheet even when the pet is actively active on the surface sheet before or after excretion.

Abstract
