Abstract
Description
図1はこの発明の実施の形態1における入退室管理システムの構成を示す図である。図2はこの発明の実施の形態1における入退室管理システムの機能を説明するための平面図である。図2は、本入退室管理システムが備えられた建物内部の一例を示している。
受信機6及び報知装置7は、扉5毎に設けられている。受信機6及び報知装置7は、対応の扉5の近傍(例えば、扉5に隣接する壁面等)に設置される。受信機6と報知装置7とは、一つの装置として構成されていても構わない。例えば、報知装置7は、受信機6に内蔵されていても良い。
情報制御手段10は、ローカルコントローラ2において、情報の送受信を制御する。
以下に、図2に示す例を参照して、判定手段14の機能について具体的に説明する。
なお、受信機6の構成は、上記に限定されるものではない。
通行者A(が携帯するICタグ8)が通路19において受信機6の検出範囲9に入ると、そのICタグ8のID情報が、アンテナ6aによって受信される。これにより、判定手段14は、通行者A(が携帯するICタグ8)が部屋18に入ろうとしていることを判定する。その後、通行者Aが出入口を通過して部屋18に入ると、携帯するICタグ8のID情報が、アンテナ6bによって受信される。これにより、判定手段14は、通行者A(が携帯するICタグ8)が部屋18に入ったことを判定する。
火災感知装置17は、例えば、熱や煙を感知して、火災の発生を検出する。火災感知装置17は、火災の発生を検出すると、火災発生情報を、接続されているローカルコントローラ2に出力する。火災感知装置17から火災発生情報を直接受信したローカルコントローラ2では、情報制御手段10が、センター装置1や他のローカルコントローラ2に、火災発生情報を配信する。
避難制御が行われている時の具体的な内容については、後述する。
センター装置1には、ID情報を新規に登録する機能が備えられている。例えば、センター装置1は、所定の入力装置(図示せず)から新規登録情報が入力されると、内部のID情報と機器情報とを、入力された新規登録情報に合わせて更新する。また、センター装置1は、対応のローカルコントローラ2に対して、上記新規登録情報を配信する。センター装置1から新規登録情報を受信したローカルコントローラ2では、受信した新規登録情報に基づいて記憶手段11の記憶内容を書き換え、通行許可者の情報を更新する。
また、センター装置1は、通行権限や在室情報、警報履歴を管理する。
本実施の形態では、上記構成の入退室管理システムを利用して、避難している人に適切な案内を行うための構成について説明する。
その他の構成は、実施の形態1と同様である。
かかる場合、避難している人が通路20から部屋24に入っても、その避難者はその先(部屋26)に進むことはできない、即ち、この避難者は、再び扉5cを通って通路20に戻らなければならない。このため、扉5cを管理するローカルコントローラ2では、扉5gが制御できない旨の異常情報を受信すると、避難経路判定手段が、扉5cの部屋24側から続く避難経路が通行止めになっていることを判定する。なお、避難者が部屋24から扉5c(通行規制場所)を通過して通路20側に出る場合は、避難者は、その後、扉5aや5bを通過して他の場所に行くことができる。このため、避難経路判定手段は、扉5gが制御できない旨の異常情報を受信しても、扉5cの通路20側から続く避難経路については、通行止めになっていないことを判定する。

Claims (9)
- 所定の災害の発生を検出する災害検出装置と、
所定の部屋への入退室を規制するための扉の近傍に設けられ、所定の検出範囲に存在するICタグからID情報を受信する受信機と、
通常時は、前記受信機が受信したID情報が既登録のID情報と一致する場合に、前記扉の錠装置を解錠する通常制御を行い、前記災害検出装置によって災害の発生が検出されると、前記扉の錠装置に対して所定の避難制御を行う錠制御手段と、
前記扉の近傍に設けられた報知装置と、
前記災害検出装置によって災害の発生が検出されると、前記受信機が受信したID情報に基づいて、入室を許可されていないICタグが前記部屋に入る恐れがあるか否かを判定する判定手段と、
入室を許可されていないICタグが前記部屋に入る恐れがあることが前記判定手段によって判定された場合に、前記報知装置から、入室を許可されていない旨を報知させる警告制御手段と、
を備えた入退室管理システム。 - 前記受信機は、
前記部屋の外側に存在するICタグからID情報を受信するための第1受信手段と、
前記部屋の内側に存在するICタグからID情報を受信するための第2受信手段と、
を備え、
前記判定手段は、入室を許可されていないICタグから、前記第1受信手段がID情報を受信した場合に、入室を許可されていないICタグが前記部屋に入る恐れがあることを判定する請求項1に記載の入退室管理システム。 - 前記判定手段は、前記災害検出装置によって災害の発生が検出されると、前記受信機が受信したID情報に基づいて、入室を許可されていないICタグが前記部屋に入ったか否かを判定し、
前記警告制御手段は、入室を許可されていないICタグが前記部屋に入ったことが前記判定手段によって判定されると、所定のセンター装置に通報する
請求項1に記載の入退室管理システム。 - 前記受信機は、
前記部屋の外側に存在するICタグからID情報を受信するための第1受信手段と、
前記部屋の内側に存在するICタグからID情報を受信するための第2受信手段と、
を備え、
前記判定手段は、
入室を許可されていないICタグから、前記第1受信手段がID情報を受信した場合に、入室を許可されていないICタグが前記部屋に入る恐れがあることを判定し、
入室を許可されていないICタグから、前記第2受信手段がID情報を受信した場合に、入室を許可されていないICタグが前記部屋に入ったことを判定する
請求項3に記載の入退室管理システム。 - 前記警告制御手段は、入室を許可されていないICタグが前記部屋に入る恐れがあることが前記判定手段によって判定された場合は、入室を許可されていないICタグが前記部屋に入ったことが前記判定手段によって判定された後も、前記報知装置から、入室を許可されていない旨を報知させる請求項3又は請求項4に記載の入退室管理システム。
- 入室を許可されていないICタグが前記部屋に入ったことが前記判定手段によって判定されてから、そのICタグが前記部屋から出るまでの時間を計測し、計測結果を前記センター装置に送信させる計測手段と、
を備えた請求項3又は請求項4に記載の入退室管理システム。 - 所定の災害の発生を検出する災害検出装置と、
所定場所の通行を規制するための扉の近傍に設けられ、所定の検出範囲に存在するICタグからID情報を受信する受信機と、
通常時は、前記受信機が受信したID情報が既登録のID情報と一致する場合に、前記扉の錠装置を解錠する通常制御を行い、前記災害検出装置によって災害の発生が検出されると、前記扉の錠装置に対して所定の避難制御を行う錠制御手段と、
前記扉の近傍に設けられた報知装置と、
前記災害検出装置によって災害の発生が検出されると、前記受信機が受信したID情報に基づいて、ICタグが前記所定場所を通行しようとしているか否かを判定する第1判定手段と、
前記所定場所を通行した後に続く避難経路が通行止めになっているか否かを判定する第2判定手段と、
ICタグが前記所定場所を通行しようとしていることが前記第1判定手段によって判定され、且つ、前記所定場所を通行した後に続く避難経路が通行止めになっていることが前記第2判定手段によって判定された場合に、前記報知装置から、前記所定場所を通らないようにする旨を報知させる警告制御手段と、
を備えた入退室管理システム。 - 前記受信機は、
前記扉の一側に存在するICタグからID情報を受信するための第1受信手段と、
前記扉の他側に存在するICタグからID情報を受信するための第2受信手段と、
を備え、
前記第2判定手段は、前記扉の他側から続く避難経路が通行止めになっているか否かを判定し、
前記警告制御手段は、前記第1受信手段がICタグからID情報を受信し、且つ、前記扉の他側から続く避難経路が通行止めになっていることが前記第2判定手段によって判定された場合に、前記報知装置から、前記所定場所を通らないようにする旨を報知させる
請求項7に記載の入退室管理システム。 - 前記第2判定手段は、前記扉の一側から続く避難経路が通行止めになっているか否かを判定し、
前記警告制御手段は、前記第2受信手段がICタグからID情報を受信し、且つ、前記扉の一側から続く避難経路が通行止めになっていることが前記第2判定手段によって判定された場合に、前記報知装置から、前記所定場所を通らないようにする旨を報知させる
請求項8に記載の入退室管理システム。
