7. 一种如权利要求 5 和 6任一所述的基于互联网的车载系统的通信方 法, 具体为: 1 ) 车载电台客户端向服务器端发送登录请求, 该请求 通过互联网送到服务端; 2 )服务端根据接收到的登录请求判断该请 求是否合法, 并根据结果建立车载电台与远程服务器的连接; 3 )服 务端建立与其连接的选择同一电台频道的车载电台之间的连接; 4 ) 服务器将一台车载电台发送的语音信息转发至处于同一电台频道的 其它车载电台。
8. 如权利要求 7所述的通信方法, 其特征在于, 车载电台和远程服务器 登录连接后, 可以接收到服务端发来的电台列表信息, 用户可以选择 某个感兴趣的电台加入或者自己建立新的电台; 当用户发出加入某个 电台的请求后, 服务端会判断该电台是否需要密码, 如果需要密码, 则要求用户输入正确密码才能加入所选电台。
9. 如权利要求 7所述的通信方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 4 )具体为: 一车 栽电台按下通话按键要求发言, 车载客户端收到此指令后, 向服务器 发送通话请求; 服务端判断此时此频道的状态, 是空闲状态, 还是有 人占用频道发言; 如果有人占用频道, 向请求方车载客户端发回一个 占用状态, 该车载客户端的请求无效; 如果频道空闲, 则车载客户端 的请求成功, 服务端把频道状态改成独占状态, 此时其他车载客户端 发送的通话请求则无效; 车载客户端请求成功后, 用户开始发言, 语 音信息通过互联网发送到服务器, 服务器把语言信息转发到其他车载 电台; 其他车载电台客户端收到此语音信息后通过喇 p八播放出来; 用 户发言结束后, 松开通话按键, 车载客户端向服务端发一结束通话的 请求; 服务器接收到请求后, 把频道状态改成空闲, 此次通话结束, 服务器又可以接收其他用户的通话请求。
10.如权利要求 7所述的通信方法, 其特征在于, 车载电台除了可以发送 语音信息外还可以发送视频、 图像、 文字信息。
