发明内容
为解决既有行动装置缺乏类似无线电对讲机的沟通模式,本发明提出一种行动装置的广播通讯方法,其由一行动装置执行,其步骤包含:
接收一触发讯号后录制外部的一语音或声音或影音,该触发讯号为该行动装置的一触控荧幕按键或与该行动装置无线或有线连接的一按键接受触发而产生;
转换该语音或声音或影音为该串流讯号;
输出该串流讯号至一云端系统;以及
持续接收该云端系统所接收来自于其他行动装置所传送的串流讯号。
本发明又提出一种无线电云端系统的跨网通讯方法,其由一云端系统执行,并与多个加入该云端系统的行动装置进行串流讯息传递,其步骤包含:
提供多个拟无线电通讯频道,每个频道接受各行动装置加入参与,每个拟无线电通讯频道分别与加入参与的各行动装置输出或接收串流讯息;
接收参与不同拟无线电通讯频道的各行动装置所输出的串流讯息;及
分别传送每个拟无线电通讯频道所接收的串流讯息至参与该拟无线电通 讯频道的行动装置。
通过上述说明可知,本发明具有如下特点以及达成下述技术功效:
1.行动装置30可以透过云端系统50而可执行类似无线电话机的通讯功能,同时也可与一般的无线电话机以近似形式沟通。
2.多种不同功能属性的频道,使用者可透过如行动电话的装置,选择加入不同功能的频道,接收同时参与该频道的其他使用者的串流语音讯息,而且使用者也可简单透过如使用无线电话机的按压后说话的形式,传送串流语音讯息给其他的使用者。

本发明实施例中的该无线电闸道器20形成多个通讯通道(Channel),各无线电通讯装置10与该无线电闸道器20可经由预设或选定的通讯通道完成讯息沟通。不同的通讯通道配置,可让选定的无线电通讯装置10于群组内透过该无线电闸道器20完成特定群组的无线电通讯。一般而言该无线电闸道器20与各无线电通讯装置10之间系以广播方式(broadcasting)传递。
该无线电闸道器20与该云端系统50讯号连接,可为实体网路讯号连接或无线网路讯号连接。该云端系统50与该无线电闸道器20之间传递输送该网路讯号。

进一步地,如图1所示,本发明可包含一物联网路元件80与该云端系统50网路连接,该物联网路元件80持续接收或侦测一物联讯号,该物联讯号可为一环境温度、一霾害侦测、一火警侦测等,该物联网路元件80将所接收的物联讯号输出至该云端系统50,使该云端系统50可将对应该物联讯号的一串流讯号输出至特定或非限定的该行动装置30。举例而言,该物联网路元件80为火灾侦测元件,当火灾侦测结果相关的物联讯号输出至该云端系统50时,该云端系统50可播放一火警通知录音的串流讯号至各行动装置30。
进一步地,本发明的云端系统50可提供各商家自行设定一个专属的拟无线电通讯频道,该频道可专用于商家与连线的该行动装置30之间的串流讯息传递。以实际范例说明,该频道可用于商家的客户服务,使用者透过该行动装置30传送一客诉的串流讯息至商家的该拟无线电通讯频道,该商家收到客诉的该串流讯息后,可指派给相关处理人员或服务人员,对应人员可于后透过该拟无线电通讯频道回传发出客诉的该串流讯号。选择特定的该行动装置30发出回应客诉的该串流讯号的方法可以是透过该行动装置30于该云端系统50的注册资讯,对该行动装置30发出客诉处理结果的该串流讯息。换言之,每个频道的拥有者可设定是否对特定行动装置30或全部的行动装置30发出 回应,如此可达到选择式发出串流讯息的效果。
前述的拟无线电通讯频道的设定,可为该云端系统50内部预先设定,举例而言,其可依据主题,分别预先设定多个频道,例如专门提供路况报导的频道、专门提供优惠讯息的频道、购物专门频道、美容专门频道、宗教专门频道、教育专门频道、广播专门频道等等。或者该云端系统50也可提供一介面,使注册的该行动装置自行开立一个专属的拟无线电通讯频道,让其他的行动装置30可加入专属的拟无线电通讯频道。
以下为几个实施范例:
实施例1:请配合参考图2,某商家可设立自己的该拟无线电通讯频道持续播放串流讯号,并与该频道内的其他使用者、商家直接进行类似无线电话机的沟通形式沟通。该商家也可透过该云端系统50,使参加拟无线电通讯频道的该行动装置30接收一功能标签55,该功能标签55的内容不限定,可以是一语音留言、一声音留言、一优惠认证,举例而言,该功能标签为该商家的一优惠讯息录音,该优惠讯息录音于可进一步设定一开启权限要求,该开启权限要求例如于一卫星定位地址邻近一距离内,可读取该优惠讯息录音。或者,该开启权限要求可以是一密码。
实施例2:请配合参考图2,该功能标签55可以是一道路事故通知录音或一路况通报录音等,当参与有关道路讯息的该拟无线电通讯频道的各行动装置30满足该开启权限要求,则可播放该道路事故通知录音或该路况通报录音。
实施例3:请配合参考图2,该功能标签55可以是一家庭留言录音,当使用者回家时,该行动装置30由云端系统50播放该家庭留言录音。
实施例4:该云端系统50可以提供依据地理位置邻近与否而加入该频道,而接收频道所传递的串流讯息。
该行动装置30可设定应用程式,同时间可以接收或执行多个频道的串流讯息的传递,使用者可以设定显示多个频道的接收与通话的画面,持续接收并且选择所要通话的频道。
该行动装置30之间也可透过蓝牙或短距离的配对或网路连结,可使邻近的行动装置30可以互相传递串流讯息,不需要传送至该云端系统50。
进一步地,该行动装置30可包含一显示介面,该显示介面可包含多个已 经登入的该云端系统50上的该拟无线电通讯频道,
藉由前述说明可知,本发明具有如下特点以及达成下述技术功效:
1.行动装置30可以透过云端系统50而可执行类似无线电话机的通讯功能,同时也可与一般的无线电话机以近似形式沟通。
2.多种不同功能属性的频道,使用者可透过如行动电话的装置,选择加入不同功能的频道,接收同时参与该频道的其他使用者的串流语音讯息,而且使用者也可简单透过如使用无线电话机的按压后说话的形式,传送串流语音讯息给其他的使用者。
3.本发明可用于非同步的留言,透过传送串流讯息,可让接收者得选择回复的时间。
4.行动电话使用者可选择适当的频道持续接收路况、留言、警示,非常便于开车族可使用,降低开车过程持续观看文字的需要,提昇用路安全。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种行动装置的广播通讯方法,其特征在于,其由一行动装置执行,其步骤包含:
    接收一触发讯号后录制外部的一语音或声音或影音,所述触发讯号包含所述行动装置的一触控荧幕按键、一无线连接的按键或一有线连接的按键;
    转换所述语音或声音或影音为串流讯号;
    输出所述串流讯号至一云端系统;以及
    持续接收所述云端系统所接收来自于其他行动装置所传送的串流讯号。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的行动装置的广播通讯方法,其特征在于,所述行动装置接收所述云端系统的多个拟无线电通讯频道所传送的串流讯息,并于接收触发讯号时而选择传送串流讯息至不同的拟无线电通讯频道。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的行动装置的广播通讯方法,其特征在于,所述行动装置接收所述云端系统的的一功能标签,所述行动装置于一开启权限要求满足播放所述功能标签,所述开启权限要求包含一卫星定位地址或一身分认证。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的行动装置的广播通讯方法,其特征在于,所述行动装置与邻近的行动装置以一蓝牙连线连接,并传递串流讯息。
  5. 一种无线电云端系统的跨网通讯方法,其特征在于,其由一云端系统执行,并与多个加入所述云端系统的行动装置进行串流讯息传递,其步骤包含:
    提供多个拟无线电通讯频道,每个频道接受各行动装置加入参与,每个拟无线电通讯频道分别与加入参与的各行动装置输出或接收串流讯息;
    接收参与不同拟无线电通讯频道的各行动装置所输出的串流讯息;及
    分别传送每个拟无线电通讯频道所接收的串流讯息至参与所述拟无线电通讯频道的行动装置。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的无线电云端系统的跨网通讯方法,其特征在于,其中该分别传送每个拟无线电通讯频道所接收的串流讯息至参与所述拟无线电通讯频道的行动装置的步骤中,所述云端系统系输出所述串流讯息于一开启权限要求满足的各行动装置。
  7. 如权利要求5-6中任一项所述的无线电云端系统的跨网通讯方法,其特征在于,所述云端系统由网路连接的一无线电闸道器接收一网路讯号,并 转换为串流讯号的后广播至各行动装置,且将所接收的所述串流讯号以网路讯号形式输出至与所述无线电闸道器连接的多个无线电通讯装置。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的无线电云端系统的跨网通讯方法,其特征在于,所述云端系统接收一物联网路元件所侦测的一物联讯号,并依据所接收的物联讯号配合一串流讯息输出给参与特定拟无线电通讯频道的各行动装置。
  9. 如权利要求5-7中任一项所述的无线电云端系统的跨网通讯方法,其特征在于,所述云端系统中特定的拟无线电通讯频道产生一功能标签,判断参与的各行动装置于满足一开启权限要求后,播放所述功能标签所对应的串流讯息。
