技术领域
本公开涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种接入控制方法、消息广播方法及相关设备。
背景技术
在统一接入控制(Unified Access Control,UAC)方案中,为终端的各种业务请求分别定义了接入等级(Access Category),且网络侧设备广播的系统消息中,将不同的接入信息与不同的接入控制参数关联配置,其中,接入信息包括接入等级和公共移动网络(Public Land Mobile Network,PLMN)信息中的至少一种。当终端有业务请求时,终端根据其业务请求的接入信息获取系统消息中对应的接入控制参数,并根据接入控制参数确定接入请求是否被禁止(barring),以决定是否发起该业务请求的接入请求。
若网络侧设备在广播系统消息时,对于每一接入信息均配置关联的接入控制参数,将会使得网络侧设备的信令开销较大,而UAC中存在许多不同的接入等级,故系统消息中通常仅配置部分接入信息关联接入控制参数,尤其是对于尚未定义的接入等级,系统消息中进行关联接入控制参数的配置。
然而相关技术中,对于终端在其发起业务请求的接入信息未配置关联的接入控制参数的行为进行定义,在此情况下,会导致终端的行为不可控,从而使得终端的业务体验较差。
发明内容
本公开实施例提供一种接入控制方法、消息广播方法及相关设备,以解决目前因UE在其发起业务请求的接入信息未配置关联的接入控制参数的行 为进行定义,导致终端的行为不可控,从而使得终端的业务体验较差的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本公开是这样实现的:
第一方面,本公开实施例提供一种接入控制方法,应用于终端,包括:
确定所述终端的接入信息,其中,所述接入信息包括接入信息和公共移动网络PLMN信息中的至少一项;
接收网络侧设备广播的第一系统消息,所述第一系统消息不携带或携带至少一套接入控制参数,其中,所述至少一套接入控制参数的每套接入控制参数关联至少一个接入信息;
若所述第一系统消息不携带接入控制参数,或所述接入信息不与所述至少一套接入控制参数关联,则执行特定行为。
第二方面,本公开实施例还提供一种消息广播方法,应用于网络侧设备,包括:
广播第一系统消息,所述第一系统消息不携带或者携带至少一套接入控制参数,以及携带一套公共接入控制参数;或

这样,本公开实施例中,通过确定终端的接入信息,其中,接入信息包括接入等级和公共移动网络PLMN信息中的至少一项;接收网络侧设备广播的第一系统消息,第一系统消息不携带或携带至少一套接入控制参数,其中,至少一套接入控制参数的每套接入控制参数关联至少一个接入信息;若第一系统消息不携带接入控制参数,或接入信息不与至少一套接入控制参数关联,则执行特定行为。这样,终端在其发起业务请求的接入信息未配置关联的接入控制参数时,可以执行特定行为,从而降低终端的行为发生不可控的可能性,提升终端业务体验性能。

参见图1,图1是本公开实施例可应用的网络结构示意图,如图1所示,包括终端(User Equipment,UE)11和网络侧设备12,其中,终端11可以是手机、平板电脑(Tablet Personal Computer)、膝上型电脑(Laptop Computer)、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、移动上网装置(Mobile Internet Device,MID)或可穿戴式设备(Wearable Device)等终端侧设备,需要说明的是,在本公开实施例中并不限定终端11的具体类型。上述网络侧设备12可以为宏站、LTE eNB、5G NR NB等;网络侧设备12也可以是小站,如低功率节点(Low Power Node,LPN)微微(pico)基站、微蜂窝基站(femto cell)等小站,或者网络侧设备12可以为接入点(AP,access point);基站也可以是中央单元(Central Unit,CU)与其管理和控制的多个传输接收点(Transmission Reception Point,TRP)共同组成的网络节点。需要说明的是,在本公开实施例中并不限定网络侧设备12的具体类型。
本公开实施例提供一种接入控制方法,应用于终端,包括:
确定所述终端的接入信息,其中,所述接入信息包括接入等级和公共移动网络PLMN信息中的至少一项;
接收网络侧设备广播的第一系统消息,所述第一系统消息不携带或携带至少一套接入控制参数,其中,所述至少一套接入控制参数的每套接入控制参数关联至少一个接入信息;
若所述第一系统消息不携带接入控制参数,或所述接入信息不与所述至少一套接入控制参数关联,则执行特定行为。
本公开实施例中,终端在其发起业务请求的接入信息未配置关联的接入控制参数时,可以执行特定行为,从而降低终端的行为发生不可控的可能性,提升终端业务体验性能。
参见图2,图2是本公开实施例提供的一种接入控制方法的流程图,应用于终端,如图2所示,包括以下步骤:201至203。
步骤201、确定所述终端的接入信息。
本公开实施例中,当终端发起业务请求时,由于统一接入控制(Unified Access Control,UAC)方案中为各业务请求定义了接入信息,故终端可以根据UAC的定义确定其发起业务请求的接入信息。其中,所述接入信息包括接入等级和公共移动网络(Public Land Mobile Network,PLMN)信息中的至少一项。
举例来说,目前UAC中总共有64个不同的接入等级(接入等级为0~63),且NR通信标准中可以将终端的各业务请求分别定义上述64个不同的接入等级中的至少一个接入等级,例如:寻呼应答业务(Response to paging)请求定义的接入等级为0,紧急业务(Emergency)请求定义的接入等级为2,上行(MO,Mobile Originate))多媒体电话(MMTel,Multi Media Telephony)语音呼叫业务请求定义的接入等级为4,上行多媒体视频呼叫业务(MO MMTel video call)定义的接入等级为5,等等,则若终端的业务请求为紧急业务请求,则终端可以确定其接入等级为2。
另外,上述接入信息中也可以包括PLMN信息,且终端部分业务被允许在特定的PLMN发起其业务请求的接入请求。例如:时延容忍业务被定义为 允许在广播消息携带的部分PLMN下发起接入请求,且该业务的业务请求定义的接入等级为1;运营商定制业务也被定义为允许在终端确定的PLMN所属的运营商定义的接入等级下发起接入请求,且该业务的业务请求定义的接入等级为32~63,等等。
步骤202、接收网络侧设备广播的第一系统消息,所述第一系统消息不携带或携带至少一套接入控制参数,其中,所述至少一套接入控制参数的每套接入控制参数关联至少一个接入信息。
本公开实施例中,各网络侧设备可以在其网络广播系统消息即第一系统消息,该第一系统消息可以不携带任何接入控制参数,或者,携带至少一套接入控制参数,且至少一套接入控制参数中每套接入控制参数预配置关联有至少一个接入信息。而当终端发起业务请求时,终端可以接收到其所在网络的一网络侧设备广播的系统消息。
其中,上述至少一套接入控制参数中每套接入控制参数,用于指示其关联的接入信息的接入请求是否被禁止,以使终端可以根据其接入信息关联的接入控制参数,决定是否发起相应的接入请求。
但是,若在网络侧设备为每一接入信息预配置一套接入参数,则最大需要支持的信令开销较大,而网络的广播信道容量十分有限,故网络侧设备并不会广播所有接入信息关联的接入控制参数配置;尤其是,在通信标准中,网络侧设备对于部分接入等级尚未定义(如目前通信标准未定义的接入等级为8~31),即该部分接入等级未配置关联有接入控制参数。
可见,当终端发起业务请求时,可能存在其接入信息未配置有关联的接入控制参数的情况,即终端所在网络的网络侧设备广播的第一系统消息中,未携带有与终端的接入信息关联的接入控制参数,甚至对于终端的接入信息未配置有关联的接入控制参数。
应当说明的是,上述步骤202可以在步骤201之前或者之后发生,也可以是与步骤201同时发生,而图2中仅示出步骤202在步骤201之后发生的情况,在此并不进行限定。
步骤203、若所述第一系统消息不携带接入控制参数,或所述接入信息不与所述至少一套接入控制参数关联,则执行特定行为。
本公开实施例中,在上述步骤202终端接收到第一系统消息之后,终端读取第一系统消息,并判断第一系统消息中是否存在配置有与其接入信息关联的接入控制参数,在其接入信息未配置有关联的接入控制参数的情况下,终端会执行特定行为,以降低终端的行为发生不可控的可能性,提升终端业务体验性能。
其中,上述终端执行特定行为,可以是终端根据预设规则执行特定行为;也可以是根据预配置执行特定行为;甚至于,还可以是根据协议定义执行特定行为,等等。
本公开具体实施例中,对于上述终端执行特定行为,提供了多种方式实现对终端行为的定义,其中,包括但不局限于以下方式一至方式八:
方式一中,终端根据第一预设规则,总是允许发起其接入信息的接入请求。
此种情况下,终端一旦确定在第一系统消息中,其发起的业务请求未配置有关联的接入控制参数的情况下,终端并不会通过接入控制参数去判断其接入请求是否被禁止(barring),而是直接允许其发起业务请求的接入请求。
其中,上述第一预设规则用于指示终端在确定在第一系统消息中,其发起的业务请求未配置有关联的接入控制参数的情况下,总是允许发起其接入信息的接入请求的规则。
方式二中,终端根据第二预设规则,总是禁止发起其接入信息的接入请求。
此种情况下,终端一旦确定在第一系统消息中,其发起的业务请求未配置有关联的接入控制参数的情况下,终端也不会通过接入控制参数去判断其接入请求是否被禁止,而是直接禁止发起其发起业务请求的接入请求。
其中,上述第二预设规则用于指示终端在确定在第一系统消息中,其发起的业务请求未配置有关联的接入控制参数的情况下,总是禁止发起其接入信息的接入请求的规则。
与方式一相比,由于终端总是允许发起其接入信息的接入请求,而实际可能存在终端的接入信息的接入请求被禁止,但终端却发起其接入信息的接入请求的情况,这样将导致终端占用网络资源;而方式二中,总是禁止终端 发起其接入信息的接入请求,不仅可以定义终端的行为,还可以避免终端占用网络资源的发生。
方式三中,终端根据第三预设规则,应用协议约定的一套接入控制参数,确定其接入信息的接入请求是否被禁止。
此种情况下,在通信系统中,可以通过协议约定至少一套接入控制参数,当终端确定在第一系统消息中,其发起的业务请求未配置有关联的接入控制参数的情况发生时,终端可以根据协议约定的至少一套接入控制参数,应用一套接入控制参数,确定其发起业务请求的接入请求是否被禁止,实现对终端行为的定义。
其中,上述终端根据协议约定的至少一套接入控制参数,应用一套接入控制参数,确定其发起业务请求的接入请求是否被禁止,可以是终端随机选择协议约定的一套接入控制参数,在此并不限定。
另外,上述第三预设规则用于指示终端在确定在第一系统消息中,其发起的业务请求的接入信息未配置有关联的接入控制参数的情况下,应用协议约定的一套接入控制参数,确定其接入信息的接入请求是否被禁止。应当说明的是,上述第一预设规则、第二预设规则以及第三预设规则,可以是终端中预先配置、预先定义或者网络侧设备根据协议为终端预先定义的规则。
当然,在上述终端通过一套接入控制参数,确定其发起业务请求的接入请求是否被禁止之后,终端可以根据确定的结果决定是否发起接入请求,即若终端确定其接入请求被禁止,则禁止发起接入请求;若确定其接入请求未被禁止,则发起接入请求。
由上述方式一至方式三可见,终端根据预设规则执行特定行为,其中,所述预设规则用于指示所述终端允许发起所述接入信息的接入请求;或指示所述终端禁止发起所述接入信息的接入请求;或指示所述终端应用协议约定的一套接入控制参数,确定所述接入信息的接入请求是否被禁止。
当然,除上述终端根据协议约定的一套接入控制参数执行特定行为之外,终端也可以根据其他接入控制参数执行特定行为,本公开具体实施例中,所述执行特定行为,可以包括:
根据第一接入控制参数,确定所述接入信息的接入请求是否被禁止,其 中,所述第一接入控制参数与所述接入信息不关联;或
根据第二接入控制参数,确定所述接入信息的接入请求是否被禁止,其中,所述第二接入控制参数与所述接入信息关联。
其中,对于终端根据第一接入控制参数,确定接入信息的接入请求是否被禁止,在此提供了多种实现方式,具体如下:
方式四中,在上述第一系统消息中携带有至少一套接入控制参数与接入参数关联的情况下,终端可以根据预配置,使用该至少一套接入控制参数中的一套接入控制参数,确定接入信息的接入请求是否被禁止,其中,该预配置用于指示终端使用第一系统消息中配置有与接入信息关联的一套接入控制参数,确定接入信息的接入请求是否被禁止。
其中,上述使用第一系统消息中配置有与接入信息关联的一套接入控制参数,确定接入信息的接入请求是否被禁止,为终端根据该套接入控制参数,确定该套接入控制参数关联的接入信息的接入请求是否被禁止,若该套接入控制参数关联的接入信息的接入请求被禁止,则终端发起业务请求的接入信息的接入请求被禁止;若该套接入控制参数关联的接入信息的接入请求未被禁止,则终端发起业务请求的接入信息的接入请求未被禁止。
另外,上述终端所使用的一套接入控制参数,可以是第一系统消息中携带的配置有与接入信息关联的至少一套接入控制参数中,随机选择的或者指定的一套接入控制参数,例如:可以是第一系统消息中携带的配置有与接入信息关联的至少一套接入控制参数中,第一套接入控制参数或者最后一套接入控制参数,等等。
当然,除上述方式四之外,终端还可以使用不关联任何接入信息的公共接入控制参数,确定接入信息的接入请求是否被禁止,即本公开具体实施例中,所述第一接入控制参数可以为所述至少一套接入控制参数中的一套接入控制参数;或公共接入控制参数,所述公共接入控制参数不关联接入信息。
这里,终端使用公共接入控制参数,确定接入信息的接入请求是否被禁止,为终端根据公共接入控制参数,确定接入请求是否被禁止,若接入请求被禁止,则确定终端的接入信息的接入请求被禁止;若接入请求未被禁止,则确定终端的接入信息的接入请求未被禁止。
在此,对于上述终端使用公共接入控制参数,确定接入信息的接入请求是否被禁止,提供了多种实现方式,包括但不局限于以下方式五至方式七:
方式五中,终端使用其预配置的公共接入控制参数,确定接入信息的接入请求是否被禁止。
这种情况下,上述公共接入控制参数被预配置于终端中,在终端确定在第一系统消息中,其发起的业务请求未配置有关联的接入控制参数的情况下,终端可以直接调用其预配置的公共接入控制参数。
当然,上述公共接入控制参数也可以是由网络侧设备广播的系统消息中携带,具体如下:
方式六中,终端读取上述第一系统消息中携带的公共接入控制参数,确定接入信息的接入请求是否被禁止。
此种情况下,网络侧设备发送的第一系统消息中,至少还携带有上述公共接入控制参数,在终端确定在第一系统消息中,其发起的业务请求未配置有关联的接入控制参数的情况下,终端可以读取第一系统消息中的公共接入控制参数。
方式七中,终端接收第二系统消息,并读取第二系统消息中携带的公共接入控制参数,确定接入信息的接入请求是否被禁止。
此种情况下,终端还可以接收第二系统消息,该第二系统消息与上述第一系统消息为不同的系统消息,且该第二系统消息中至少携带有上述公共接入控制参数。
应当说明的是,上述第一系统消息和上述第二系统消息,可以是有同一网络侧设备广播,即网络侧设备在其网络内广播第一系统消息和第二系统消息;或者也可以是不同网络侧设备发送,例如:在多连接通信系统中,即一个终端可以与多个网络侧设备连接,且上述第一系统消息和上述第二系统消息,分别为与终端连接的两个不同网络侧设备广播。
由上述方式五至方式七可见,本公开具体实施例中,所述公共接入控制参数可以为所述终端中预配置的接入控制参数;或所述第一系统消息中携带的接入控制参数;或所述终端接收的第二系统消息中携带的接入控制参数,且所述第二系统消息不同于所述第一系统消息。
上述方式四至方式七中,终端可以根据与其接入信息不关联的第一接入控制参数,确定接入信息的接入请求是否被禁止;当然,终端也可以根据与关联的第二接入控制参数,确定接入信息的接入请求是否被禁止,具体如下:
方式八中,终端根据预配置与其接入信息关联的接入控制参数,确定接入信息的接入请求是否被禁止。
此种情况下,终端中预配置有或者协议预定义有与其接入信息关联的接入控制参数,在终端确定在第一系统消息中,其发起的业务请求未配置有关联的接入控制参数的情况下,终端可以直接确定与其接入信息关联的接入控制参数。
可见,本公开具体实施例中,所述第二接入控制参数可以为所述终端中预配置与所述接入信息关联的接入控制参数。
应当说明的是,在上述步骤202之后,若终端确定在第一系统消息中,其发起的业务请求配置有关联的接入控制参数,终端可以根据其接入信息关联的接入控制参数,确定其接入信息的接入请求是否被禁止,在此并不进行赘述。
本公开实施例中,上述接入信息可以是接入等级和PLMN信息中的至少一种,在此以接入信息为接入等级为例,对上述接入控制方法进行说明:
终端确定其发起业务请求的接入等级;
终端接收网络侧设备广播的第一系统消息,所述第一系统消息不携带或携带至少一套接入控制参数,其中,所述至少一套接入控制参数的每套接入控制参数关联至少一个接入等级;
若所述第一系统消息不携带接入控制参数,或所述接入等级不与所述至少一套接入控制参数关联,则终端执行特定行为。
其中,上述终端执行特定行为可以包括但不局限于以下方式1至方式8:
方式1中,终端根据第一预设规则,总是允许发起其接入等级的接入请求;
方式2中,终端根据第二预设规则,总是禁止发起其接入等级的接入请求;
方式3中,终端根据第三预设规则,应用协议约定的一套接入控制参数, 确定其接入等级的接入请求是否被禁止;
方式4中,在上述第一系统消息中携带有至少一套接入控制参数与接入参数关联的情况下,终端可以根据预配置,使用该至少一套接入控制参数中的一套接入控制参数,确定接入等级的接入请求是否被禁止,其中,该预配置用于指示终端使用第一系统消息中配置有与接入等级关联的一套接入控制参数,确定接入等级的接入请求是否被禁止;
方式5中,终端使用其预配置的公共接入控制参数,确定接入等级的接入请求是否被禁止;
方式6中,终端读取上述第一系统消息中携带的公共接入控制参数,确定接入等级的接入请求是否被禁止。
方式7中,终端接收第二系统消息,并读取第二系统消息中携带的公共接入控制参数,确定接入等级的接入请求是否被禁止。
方式8中,终端根据预配置与其接入等级关联的接入控制参数,确定接入等级的接入请求是否被禁止。
本公开实施例的接入控制方法,通过确定终端的接入信息;接收网络侧设备广播的第一系统消息,第一系统消息不携带或携带至少一套接入控制参数,其中,至少一套接入控制参数的每套接入控制参数关联至少一个接入信息;若第一系统消息不携带接入控制参数,或接入信息不与至少一套接入控制参数关联,则执行特定行为。这样,终端在其发起业务请求的接入信息未配置关联的接入控制参数时,可以执行特定行为,从而降低终端的行为发生不可控的可能性,提升终端业务体验性能。

本公开实施例中,通过确定终端的接入信息,其中,接入信息包括接入等级和公共移动网络PLMN信息中的至少一项;接收网络侧设备广播的第一 系统消息,第一系统消息不携带或携带至少一套接入控制参数,其中,至少一套接入控制参数的每套接入控制参数关联至少一个接入信息;若第一系统消息不携带接入控制参数,或接入信息不与至少一套接入控制参数关联,则执行特定行为。这样,终端在其发起业务请求的接入信息未配置关联的接入控制参数时,可以执行特定行为,从而降低终端的行为发生不可控的可能性,提升终端业务体验性能。
应理解的是,本公开实施例中,射频单元601可用于收发信息或通话过程中,信号的接收和发送,具体的,将来自基站的下行数据接收后,给处理器610处理;另外,将上行的数据发送给基站。通常,射频单元601包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、收发信机、耦合器、低噪声放大器、双工器等。此外,射频单元601还可以通过无线通信系统与网络和其他设备通信。
UE通过网络模块602为用户提供了无线的宽带互联网访问,如帮助用户收发电子邮件、浏览网页和访问流式媒体等。
音频输出单元603可以将射频单元601或网络模块602接收的或者在存储器609中存储的音频数据转换成音频信号并且输出为声音。而且,音频输出单元603还可以提供与终端600执行的特定功能相关的音频输出(例如,呼叫信号接收声音、消息接收声音等等)。音频输出单元603包括扬声器、蜂鸣器以及受话器等。
输入单元604用于接收音频或视频信号。输入单元604可以包括图形处理器(Graphics Processing Unit,GPU)6041和麦克风6042,图形处理器6041对在视频捕获模式或图像捕获模式中由图像捕获装置(如摄像头)获得的静态图片或视频的图像数据进行处理。处理后的图像帧可以显示在显示单元606上。经图形处理器6041处理后的图像帧可以存储在存储器609(或其它存储介质)中或者经由射频单元601或网络模块602进行发送。麦克风6042可以接收声音,并且能够将这样的声音处理为音频数据。处理后的音频数据可以在电话通话模式的情况下转换为可经由射频单元601发送到移动通信基站的格式输出。
终端600还包括至少一种传感器605,比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器。具体地,光传感器包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中,环 境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示面板6061的亮度,接近传感器可在终端600移动到耳边时,关闭显示面板6061和/或背光。作为运动传感器的一种,加速计传感器可检测各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别UE姿态(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等;传感器605还可以包括指纹传感器、压力传感器、虹膜传感器、分子传感器、陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等,在此不再赘述。
显示单元606用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息。显示单元606可包括显示面板6061,可以采用液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)、有机发光二极管(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,OLED)等形式来配置显示面板6061。
用户输入单元607可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与UE的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号输入。具体地,用户输入单元607包括触控面板6071以及其他输入设备6072。触控面板6071,也称为触摸屏,可收集用户在其上或附近的触摸操作(比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触控面板6071上或在触控面板6071附近的操作)。触控面板6071可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸方位,并检测触摸操作带来的信号,将信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收触摸信息,并将它转换成触点坐标,再送给处理器610,接收处理器610发来的命令并加以执行。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线以及表面声波等多种类型实现触控面板6071。除了触控面板6071,用户输入单元607还可以包括其他输入设备6072。具体地,其他输入设备6072可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆,在此不再赘述。
进一步的,触控面板6071可覆盖在显示面板6061上,当触控面板6071检测到在其上或附近的触摸操作后,传送给处理器610以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理器610根据触摸事件的类型在显示面板6061上提供相应的视觉输出。虽然在图6中,触控面板6071与显示面板6061是作为两个独立的部件来实现UE的输入和输出功能,但是在某些实施例中,可以将触控面板6071 与显示面板6061集成而实现UE的输入和输出功能,具体此处不做限定。
接口单元608为外部装置与终端600连接的接口。例如,外部装置可以包括有线或无线头戴式耳机端口、外部电源(或电池充电器)端口、有线或无线数据端口、存储卡端口、用于连接具有识别模块的装置的端口、音频输入/输出(I/O)端口、视频I/O端口、耳机端口等等。接口单元608可以用于接收来自外部装置的输入(例如,数据信息、电力等等)并且将接收到的输入传输到终端600内的一个或多个元件或者可以用于在终端600和外部装置之间传输数据。
存储器609可用于存储软件程序以及各种数据。存储器609可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据手机的使用所创建的数据(比如音频数据、电话本等)等。此外,存储器609可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。
处理器610是UE的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个UE的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器609内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器609内的数据,执行UE的各种功能和处理数据,从而对UE进行整体监控。处理器610可包括一个或多个处理单元;可选的,处理器610可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器610中。
终端600还可以包括给各个部件供电的电源611(比如电池),可选的,电源611可以通过电源管理系统与处理器610逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。
另外,终端600包括一些未示出的功能模块,在此不再赘述。
可选的,本公开实施例还提供一种终端600,包括处理器610,存储器609,存储在存储器609上并可在所述处理器610上运行的程序,该程序被处理器610执行时实现上述接入控制方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。

在图7中,总线架构可以包括任意数量的互联的总线和桥,具体由处理器701代表的一个或多个处理器和存储器703代表的存储器的各种电路链接在一起。总线架构还可以将诸如外围设备、稳压器和功率管理电路等之类的各种其他电路链接在一起,这些都是本领域所公知的,因此,本文不再对其进行进一步描述。总线接口提供接口。收发机702可以是多个元件,即包括发送机和接收机,提供用于在传输介质上与各种其他装置通信的单元。针对不同的用户设备,用户接口704还可以是能够外接内接需要设备的接口,连接的设备包括但不限于小键盘、显示器、扬声器、麦克风、操纵杆等。

可选的,本公开实施例还提供一种网络侧设备700,包括处理器701,存储器703,存储在存储器703上并可在所述处理器701上运行的程序,该程序被处理器701执行时实现上述消息广播方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
本公开实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,计算机可读存储介质上存储有程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现本公开实施例提供的终端侧的消息广播方法实施例的各个过程,或者该程序被处理器执行时实现本公开实施例提供的网络侧设备的消息广播方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。其中,所述的计算机可读存储介质,如只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,简称ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,简称RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者装置所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置中还存在另外的相同要素。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本公开的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,空调器,或者网络设备等)执行本公开各个实施例所述的方法。
上面结合附图对本公开的实施例进行了描述,但是本公开并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本公开的启示下,在不脱离本公开宗旨和权利要求 所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,均属于本公开的保护之内。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种接入控制方法,应用于终端,包括:
    确定所述终端的接入信息,其中,所述接入信息包括接入等级和公共移动网络PLMN信息中的至少一项;
    接收网络侧设备广播的第一系统消息,所述第一系统消息不携带或携带至少一套接入控制参数,其中,所述至少一套接入控制参数的每套接入控制参数关联至少一个接入信息;
    若所述第一系统消息不携带接入控制参数,或所述接入信息不与所述至少一套接入控制参数关联,则执行特定行为。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述执行特定行为,包括:
    根据预设规则执行所述特定行为,其中,所述预设规则用于指示所述终端允许发起所述接入信息的接入请求;或指示所述终端禁止发起所述接入信息的接入请求;或指示所述终端应用协议约定的一套接入控制参数,确定所述接入信息的接入请求是否被禁止。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述执行特定行为,包括:
    根据第一接入控制参数,确定所述接入信息的接入请求是否被禁止,其中,所述第一接入控制参数与所述接入信息不关联;或
    根据第二接入控制参数,确定所述接入信息的接入请求是否被禁止,其中,所述第二接入控制参数与所述接入信息关联。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述第一接入控制参数为所述至少一套接入控制参数中的一套接入控制参数;或公共接入控制参数,所述公共接入控制参数不关联接入信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述公共接入控制参数为所述终端中预配置的接入控制参数;或所述第一系统消息中携带的接入控制参数;或所述终端接收的第二系统消息中携带的接入控制参数,且所述第二系统消息不同于所述第一系统消息。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述第二接入控制参数为所述终端中预配置与所述接入信息关联的接入控制参数。
  7. 一种消息广播方法,应用于网络侧设备,包括:
    广播第一系统消息,所述第一系统消息不携带或者携带至少一套接入控制参数,以及携带一套公共接入控制参数;或
    广播所述第一系统消息和第二系统消息,所述第一系统消息不携带或者携带至少一套接入控制参数,所述第二系统消息携带一套公共接入控制参数;或
    广播第二系统消息,所述第二系统消息携带一套公共接入控制参数;
    其中,所述至少一套接入控制参数的每套接入控制参数关联至少一个接入信息;所述公共接入控制参数不关联接入信息。
  8. 一种终端,包括:
    确定模块,用于确定所述终端的接入信息,其中,所述接入信息包括接入等级和公共移动网络PLMN信息中的至少一项;
    接收模块,用于接收网络侧设备广播的第一系统消息,所述第一系统消息不携带或携带至少一套接入控制参数,其中,所述至少一套接入控制参数的每套接入控制参数关联至少一个接入信息;
    处理模块,用于若所述第一系统消息不携带接入控制参数,或所述接入信息不与所述至少一套接入控制参数关联,则执行特定行为。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的终端,其中,所述处理模块,具体用于:
    根据预设规则执行所述特定行为,其中,所述预设规则用于指示所述终端允许发起所述接入信息的接入请求;或指示所述终端禁止发起所述接入信息的接入请求;或指示所述终端应用协议约定的一套接入控制参数,确定所述接入信息的接入请求是否被禁止。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的终端,其中,所述处理模块,具体用于:
    根据第一接入控制参数,确定所述接入信息的接入请求是否被禁止,其中,所述第一接入控制参数与所述接入信息不关联;或
    根据第二接入控制参数,确定所述接入信息的接入请求是否被禁止,其中,所述第二接入控制参数与所述接入信息关联。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的终端,其中,所述第一接入控制参数为所述至少一套接入控制参数中指定的一套控制参数;或公共接入控制参数,所述 公共接入控制参数不关联接入信息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的终端,其中,所述公共接入控制参数为所述终端中预配置的接入控制参数;或所述第一系统消息中携带的接入控制参数;或所述终端接收的第二系统消息中携带的接入控制参数,且所述第二系统消息不同于所述第一系统消息。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的终端,其中,所述第二接入控制参数为所述终端中预配置与所述接入信息关联的接入控制参数。
  14. 一种网络侧设备,包括:
    发送模块,用于:
    广播第一系统消息,所述第一系统消息不携带或者携带至少一套接入控制参数,以及携带一套公共接入控制参数;或
    广播所述第一系统消息和第二系统消息,所述第一系统消息不携带或者携带至少一套接入控制参数,所述第二系统消息携带一套公共接入控制参数;或
    广播第二系统消息,所述第二系统消息携带一套公共接入控制参数;
    其中,所述至少一套接入控制参数的每套接入控制参数关联至少一个接入信息;所述公共接入控制参数不关联接入信息。
  15. 一种终端,包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的程序,其中,所述程序被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的接入控制方法中的步骤。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有程序,其中,所述程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的接入控制方法的步骤。
  17. 一种网络侧设备,包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的程序,其中,所述程序被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求7所述的消息广播方法中的步骤。
  18. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有程序,所述程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求7所述的消息广播方法的步骤。
