- 一种消息广播方法,应用于网络侧设备,包括:广播第一系统消息,所述第一系统消息不携带或者携带至少一套接入控制参数,以及携带一套公共接入控制参数;或广播所述第一系统消息和第二系统消息,所述第一系统消息不携带或者携带至少一套接入控制参数,所述第二系统消息携带一套公共接入控制参数;或广播第二系统消息,所述第二系统消息携带一套公共接入控制参数;其中,所述至少一套接入控制参数的每套接入控制参数关联至少一个接入信息;所述公共接入控制参数不关联接入信息。

- 根据权利要求10所述的终端,其中,所述第二接入控制参数为所述终端中预配置与所述接入信息关联的接入控制参数。
