Abstract

一种万向滚珠,包括:一本体(21)、一第一滚动体(22)、及设于本体(21)与第一滚动体(22)之间的数个第二滚动体(23),本体(21)一端设有容置槽(24)从而形成容置槽侧壁(241),该第二滚动体(23)可滚动地设置于容置槽侧壁(241)上,且本体(21)上设有与容置槽(24)连通的进气通道(25),容置槽侧壁(241)对应进气通道(25)向外延伸设置抵靠部(26),抵靠部(26)的侧面设有出气口(261)。万向滚珠可防止粉尘落入其内部,保证万向滚珠的顺利使用,延长使用寿命。

Description

万向滚珠 技术领域
本发明涉及一种万向滚珠, 尤其涉及一种具有进气通道的万向滚珠。 背景技术
如图 1 所示, 现有的万向滚珠包括: 一本体 100、 一第一滚动体 200、 及设于本体 100与第一滚动体 200之间的数个第二滚动体 300, 本体 100一端设有容置槽 110从而形成容置槽侧壁 112, 该第二滚动体 300可 滚动地设置于容置槽侧壁 112上, 在本体 100另一端设有连接部 120, 该 容置槽侧壁 112在自由端相对延伸设置一挡沿 114以供第二滚动体 300抵 靠。 当该万向滚珠应用于粉尘较多的场合例如玻璃基板切割机时, 粉尘会 掉到第一滚动体 200与挡沿 114之间的缝隙中, 使得第一滚动球 200与第 二滚动球 300之间的滚动摩擦变为滑动摩擦, 增加了摩擦力, 影响了万向 滚珠的使用效果, 且缩短了万向滚珠的使用寿命。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种万向滚珠, 其可防止粉尘落入其内部, 保 证其使用效果, 且延长使用寿命。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供一种万向滚珠, 其包括: 一本体、 一第 一滚动体、 及设于本体与第一滚动体之间的数个第二滚动体, 本体一端设 有容置槽从而形成容置槽侧壁, 该第二滚动体可滚动地设置于容置槽侧壁 上, 且本体上设有与容置槽连通的进气通道, 容置槽侧壁对应该进气通道 向外延伸设置抵靠部, 抵靠部的侧面设有出气口。
所述进气通道一端设于本体的侧面, 另一端设于容置槽中心处。
所述出气口均匀设置于抵靠部侧面。
所述出气口为通孔或凹槽。
本发明的有益效果: 本发明所提供的万向滚珠, 其设有与容置槽连通 的进气通道, 进气通道用于通入气体以将容置槽侧壁的异物如粉尘吹掉, 保证万向滚珠的顺利使用, 延长使用寿命。

为更进一步阐述本发明所釆取的技术手段及其效果, 以下结合本发明 的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
如图 2-5 所示, 本发明提供一种万向滚珠, 其包括: 一本体 21、 一 第一滚动体 22、 及设于本体 21 与第一滚动体 22之间的数个第二滚动体 23 , 本体 21一端设有容置槽 24从而形成容置槽侧壁 241 , 该第二滚动体 23可滚动地设置于容置槽侧壁 241上, 且本体 231上设有与容置槽 24连 通的进气通道 25 , 容置槽侧壁 241对应该进气通道 25向外延伸设置抵靠 部 26 , 抵靠部 26的侧面设有出气口 261 , 该出气口 261可均匀设置于抵 靠部 26侧面, 该出气口 261可为通孔或凹槽。
该容置槽侧壁 241 在自由端相对延伸设置一挡沿 242 , 该数个第二滚 动体 23排列于该挡沿 242与抵靠部 26之间。
优选地, 该进气通道 25—端设于本体 21 的侧面, 另一端设于容置槽 24中心处。
本发明在工作时通过进气通道 25通入干洁空气( Clean Dry Air ) 以将 容置槽侧壁的异物如粉尘吹掉, 避免异物卡在缝隙间使万向滚珠的滚动摩 擦变为滑动摩擦而影响使用效果, 从而延长使用寿命。
以上所述, 对于本领域的普通技术人员来说, 可以根据本发明的技术 方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形, 而所有这些改变和变形 都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

权 利 要 求
1、 一种万向滚珠, 包括: 一本体、 一第一滚动体、 及设于本体与第 一滚动体之间的数个第二滚动体, 本体一端设有容置槽从而形成容置槽侧 壁, 该第二滚动体可滚动地设置于容置槽侧壁上, 且本体上设有与容置槽 连通的进气通道, 容置槽侧壁对应该进气通道向外延伸设置抵靠部, 抵靠 部的侧面设有出气口。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的万向滚珠, 其中, 所述进气通道一端设于本 体的侧面, 另一端设于容置槽中心处。
3、 如权利要求 1 所述的万向滚珠, 其中, 所述出气口均匀设置于抵 靠部侧面。
4、 如权利要求 3 所述的万向滚珠, 其中, 所述出气口为通孔或凹 槽。
