Abstract

本发明提供一种万向滚珠,其包括:一本体、一第一滚动体、及设于本体与第一滚动体之间的数个第二滚动体,本体一端设有容置槽从而形成容置槽侧壁,该第二滚动体可滚动地设置于容置槽侧壁上,且本体上设有与容置槽连通的进气通道,容置槽侧壁对应该进气通道向外延伸设置抵靠部,抵靠部的侧面设有出气口。本发明的万向滚珠可防止粉尘落入其内部,保证万向滚珠的顺利使用,延长使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种万向滚珠,尤其涉及一种具有进气通道的万向滚珠。
背景技术
如图1所示,现有的万向滚珠包括:一本体100、一第一滚动体200、及设于本体100与第一滚动体200之间的数个第二滚动体300,本体100一端设有容置槽110从而形成容置槽侧壁112,该第二滚动体300可滚动地设置于容置槽侧壁112上,在本体100另一端设有连接部120,该容置槽侧壁112在自由端相对延伸设置一挡沿114以供第二滚动体300抵靠。当该万向滚珠应用于粉尘较多的场合例如玻璃基板切割机时,粉尘会掉到第一滚动体200与挡沿114之间的缝隙中,使得第一滚动球200与第二滚动球300之间的滚动摩擦变为滑动摩擦,增加了摩擦力,影响了万向滚珠的使用效果,且缩短了万向滚珠的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种万向滚珠,其可防止粉尘落入其内部,保证其使用效果,且延长使用寿命。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种万向滚珠,其包括:一本体、一第一滚动体、及设于本体与第一滚动体之间的数个第二滚动体,本体一端设有容置槽从而形成容置槽侧壁,该第二滚动体可滚动地设置于容置槽侧壁上,且本体上设有与容置槽连通的进气通道,容置槽侧壁对应该进气通道向外延伸设置抵靠部,抵靠部的侧面设有出气口。
所述进气通道一端设于本体的侧面,另一端设于容置槽中心处。
所述出气口均匀设置于抵靠部侧面。
所述出气口为通孔或凹槽。
本发明的有益效果:本发明所提供的万向滚珠,其设有与容置槽连通的进气通道,进气通道用于通入气体以将容置槽侧壁的异物如粉尘吹掉,保证万向滚珠的顺利使用,延长使用寿命。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果,以下结合本发明的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
如图2-5所示,本发明提供一种万向滚珠,其包括:一本体21、一第一滚动体22、及设于本体21与第一滚动体22之间的数个第二滚动体23,本体21一端设有容置槽24从而形成容置槽侧壁241,该第二滚动体23可滚动地设置于容置槽侧壁241上,且本体231上设有与容置槽24连通的进气通道25,容置槽侧壁241对应该进气通道25向外延伸设置抵靠部26,抵靠部26的侧面设有出气口261,该出气口261可均匀设置于抵靠部26侧面,该出气口261可为通孔或凹槽。
该容置槽侧壁241在自由端相对延伸设置一挡沿242,该数个第二滚动体23排列于该挡沿242与抵靠部26之间。
优选地,该进气通道25一端设于本体21的侧面,另一端设于容置槽24中心处。
本发明在工作时通过进气通道25通入干洁空气(Clean Dry Air)以将容置槽侧壁的异物如粉尘吹掉,避免异物卡在缝隙间使万向滚珠的滚动摩擦变为滑动摩擦而影响使用效果,从而延长使用寿命。

1.一种万向滚珠,其特征在于,包括:一本体、一第一滚动体、及设于本体与第一滚动体之间的数个第二滚动体,本体一端设有容置槽从而形成容置槽侧壁,该第二滚动体可滚动地设置于容置槽侧壁上,且本体上设有与容置槽连通的进气通道,容置槽侧壁对应该进气通道向外延伸设置抵靠部,抵靠部的侧面设有出气口;所述进气通道一端设于本体的侧面,另一端设于容置槽中心处;所述出气口均匀设置于抵靠部侧面。 
2.如权利要求1所述的万向滚珠,其特征在于,所述出气口为通孔或凹槽。
