Definitions
- the present invention relates to a design part arrangement structure for a vehicle.
- the parting line formed on the design surface of the vehicle has a great influence on the appearance design, so various measures such as uniforming the thickness of the parting line have been applied.
- various measures such as uniforming the thickness of the parting line have been applied.
- the parting line has a curved part (hereinafter referred to as “curved part”).
- curved part When at least one of the two members is made of a panel material, it is necessary to press-mold the flange portion on the panel material so as to follow the parting line.
- the curvature of the curved portion angle of the corner portion
- the elongation rate of the portion corresponding to the curved portion becomes larger.
- the elongation percentage of the flange portion increases as the height of the flange portion increases.
- the elongation percentage of the flange portion increases as the angle of the flange portion with respect to the main body portion of the panel material decreases. And if the elongation rate of a flange part is large, since a member will be extended largely, when a member reaches the limit of elongation, there exists a possibility that a crack etc. may occur. Therefore, there has been a demand for increasing the degree of freedom of the curvature of the curved portion while reducing the elongation rate of the flange portion.
- the present invention has been developed from such a viewpoint, and an object of the present invention is to provide a design component arrangement structure for a vehicle in which the degree of freedom of the curvature of the curved portion is increased while reducing the elongation rate of the flange portion. Moreover, this invention makes it a subject to provide the design component arrangement structure of the vehicle which the design property on an external appearance improves, suppressing the increase in cost and the number of work processes.
