Our body contains the same number of elements. Our bodies need these minerals. It is important to be able to ingest these various kinds of trace amounts (metallic elements) minerals. It is said that 100 kinds of bacteria inhabit the intestines in order to maintain health. The function of the intestines has also changed due to changes in our dietary habits and environmental changes in the ingredients. As you grow older due to human fate, your intestines work worse, making it difficult to make vitamin K, vitamin B, and so on, making it difficult to maintain health due to constipation. Therefore, it is important to activate intestinal bacteria.

  • [Minular importance of trivalent chromium] (1) The trivalent chromium mineral promotes the action of enzymes necessary for carbohydrate energy metabolism. Chromium's main function It works on metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids. It was revealed in the late 1950s that chromium is an essential nutrient. Since then, attention has been paid to the causal relationship between abnormal sugar metabolism and abnormal lipid metabolism due to chromium deficiency, especially the decrease in chromium content associated with food purification and lifestyle-related diseases (such as diabetes and arteriosclerosis). Currently, it is known that it plays an important role in promoting the functions of enzymes necessary for carbohydrate energy metabolism and promoting fatty acid and cholesterol components.
  • Chromium is synthesized into a chromium compound called GET by intestinal bacteria and improves the action of insulin. Therefore, it is thought to prevent diabetes. Chromium also improves lipid metabolism and lowers the levels of neutral fat and cholesterol in the blood to the normal range to prevent arteriosclerosis and hypertension. By the way, it is trivalent chromium (Cr +3 ) that is said to work effectively in the body.

Amino acids are said to have the effects of (1) dieting, (2) improving immunity, and (3) reducing fatigue. There are around 50 amino acids in nature. Twenty of them constitute human body proteins. 60% of the body is water but the other half is made of protein. In other words, around 20% of the body is made of protein, in other words it is made of amino acids.
  • Proteins are composed of hundreds of thousands of 20 types of amino acids, but various types of proteins can be made depending on the sequence. Using a single substance called an amino acid as a material, the difference in the properties of the side chains is utilized, and by combining them well, an infinite number of proteins with different properties and functions are created.
  • the 20 amino acids that make up 20% of the body are 9 essential amino acids, and these amino acids cannot be synthesized in the body, so they can only be taken from a daily diet.

  • There are eleven amino acids that can be synthesized in the body and the remaining nine are essential amino acids that can only be taken from food. As you can see from the fact that the skin is constantly being reborn, the protein in the body is constantly undergoing metabolism that repeats synthesis and degradation.
  • Proteins cannot be synthesized if only one amino acid is needed. That's why essential amino acids and other amino acids must be taken from daily meals. All proteins are made of amino acids, but not all amino acids are proteins. The amino acids that make up a protein are called bound amino acids, but there are other cases that act alone. This is the free amino acid. Bound amino acids are 10kg or more in muscles, etc., whereas free amino acids are only 150g to 200g in the whole body. However, free amino acids have a nuanced function even if they are small in quantity. For example, free amino acids are the raw material for vitamins. Niacin, a type of vitamin B county, is made from the amino acid triple tophan.
  • niacin it is an important vitamin involved in the metabolism of all three major nutrients: carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Free amino acids also help to reduce fatigue.
  • the trio of valine, leucine, and inleucine known by the nickname of BCAA, which is said to be a branched chain amino acid, is the essential amino acid.
  • Amino acids that can suppress muscle fatigue when supplemented with BCAA amino acids are basically absorbed from the small intestine and metabolized by the liver, but BCAA amino acids are also metabolized by muscles. BCAAs that are metabolized in the muscles are thus likely to be a source of muscle energy.
  • the basic energy for moving the body is sugar and fat accumulated in the body.
  • BCAA is decomposed and consumed as a kinetic energy source.
  • the branched chain amino acids of BCAA are further decomposed by exercising carbohydrates and fats and become energy sources.
  • an enzyme called a branched chain ⁇ -silicate dehydrase complex in mitochondria is activated by stimulation of movement. This enzyme breaks down BCAA and turns it into a substance called acetyl COA and sends it to citric acid.
  • the citric acid cycle is a cycle that uses fat to break down fats and turn them into energy.
  • BCAA amino acids activate the citric acid cycle, breaking down carbohydrates and fats into kinetic energy sources. If you continue hard work and training for a while, you will gradually lose your concentration and willingness to do anything. BCAA intake not only reduces muscle fatigue but also reduces the central fatigue of the brain. BCAA is also necessary to maintain concentration and motivation.
  • the cause of central fatigue is thought to be a neurotransmitter called serotonin.
  • the brain has about 15 billion neurons, and these neurons secrete various substances in the brain. This is called a neurotransmitter, and it exchanges signals and information to control the entire brain.
  • the raw material is tryptophan, which is an amino acid, and when the concentration of tryptophan in the brain is high, serotonin becomes excessive, resulting in central fatigue.
  • Serotonin deficiency is said to cause depression, but not too much. It is only serotonin that neurotransmitters are secreted in a balanced manner without excess or deficiency, and will keep the brain and mind healthy. What is the relationship between serotonin and BCAA? In order for substances to enter the brain, it is necessary to pass through the cerebrovascular barrier of capillaries. There are gaps in ordinary capillaries, and substances can freely enter and exit from there, but the capillaries in the brain There is a dedicated door that allows only necessary items to pass through, with strict vigilance to prevent any strange objects from entering the brain. This is the only substance that can pass through the door at the cerebrovascular barrier. The problem is that tryptophan and BCAA transporters are common.
  • Tryptophan and BCAA are classified as neutral amino acids, but there is only one type of transporter for neutral amino acids. Since the number of transporters is also limited, tryptophan and BCAA are in competition. When BCAA is sufficient, tryptophan goes into the brain more and more with unlimited transport. Serotonin is made from it as a raw material, and fatigue is also increased in the central part. If BCAA is sufficient, transporters compete and the amount of tryptophan entering the cerebellum decreases accordingly. As a result, central fatigue is reduced. Considering all of these things, in order to prevent the accumulation of ⁇ protein in cells in the brain, which is considered to be one of the causes of dementia, avoid inactivation of brain cells.
  • Brain cell protein health is a balanced intake of many kinds of minerals, many kinds of vitamins, and many kinds of amino acids. • Manganese In addition to the main materials calcium and phosphorus, many vitamins and minerals are involved in bone formation. Manganese is one of them. The connective tissue that makes bones and indirect strong cannot be synthesized without the enzymes involved in manganese, so if there is insufficient manganese during the growth period, it will become stunted. It is also a component of enzymes that act on carbohydrate and protein metabolism. Manganese works to produce energy. The symptoms of manganese deficiency are well known from animal experiments such as growth retardation, skeletal abnormalities, decreased fertility, ataxia, and abnormal carbohydrate metabolism. Manganese is sometimes referred to as “love minerals” because the lack of manganese minerals makes it less love-oriented.
  • Manganese is the basis of maternal instinct. It works for enzymes that increase gland secretion and gives maternal love. Manganese is sometimes referred to as “love minerals” because it is not love-oriented if there is a lack of manganese. There seems to be no doubt that manganese deficiency will reduce sexual function and pregnancy ability, and offspring from mothers of manganese-deficient animals show ataxia and balance dysfunction, and high manganese gives no ataxia I know I will give birth to a child. In other words, manganese is a special nutrient that affects the offspring of animals at the genetic level.

I think that the role of each mineral is fulfilled. Molybdenum and health ... There are many unclear points about molybdenum deficiency, but anemia, fatigue, uric acid metabolism disorder and infertility are listed as possible. In Africa, China, and the former Soviet Union, epidemiological studies have shown that esophageal cancer occurs frequently in areas with low molybdenum content in soil and drinking water, and the possibility of the anticancer effect of molybdenum has been shown. • Dahistrom et al. Reported that serum Rb levels were reduced by complete intravenous therapy.
  • Canavese et al. Found that Rb balance was negative in dialysis patients, and that Rb concentrations in blood clots and tissues decreased, resulting in a low Rb state. From this, it is estimated that Rb deficiency is involved in depressive symptoms in patients with renal failure.
  • Rb and k have approximately the same affinity for Na +, k + -ATPase, and the maximum rate of hydrolysis is lower for Rb than for K. Since k distribution in the body changes due to Rb deficiency, it is considered that Rb regulates the function of Na +, K + -ATPase (and hence Na + pump). Since Cu distribution is also changed by Rb deficiency, Rb may be involved in regulating the function of Cu transport ATPase. Rb has a cardiotonic effect and an antidepressant effect, and Na +, k + -ATPase, regulation of activity and increase in catecholamine release are involved in function discovery.
  • Rb deficiency in Rb is not apparent in humans, it has been suggested that Rb deficiency is involved in depression and depression in patients with renal failure. Clinical studies conducted in Italy as a pharmaceutical have confirmed the antidepressant action of Rb.
