Abstract
L'invention concerne un four dentaire comprenant un boîtier (12), une chambre de cuisson (14), disposée dans le boîtier (12), présentant une ouverture d'accès (32) et une unité de chauffage (16) servant au chauffage de la chambre de cuisson (14). Le four dentaire (10) présente en outre un élément de fermeture (28) pouvant être actionné automatiquement, pour libérer et fermer l'ouverture d'accès (32), l'élément de fermeture (28) et le boîtier (12) étant déplaçables, exclusivement linéairement l'un par rapport à l'autre, pour libérer progressivement l'ouverture d'accès (32) et pour fermer cette dernière. Le four dentaire est en outre pourvu d'une unité de commande (40) servant à commander l'élément de fermeture (28) et/ou le boîtier (12), pour libérer et fermer l'ouverture d'accès (32). Après arrêt d'un processus de cuisson, et en fonction de l'état de fermeture de l'ouverture d'accès (32), ainsi que d'une température régnant encore dans la chambre de cuisson, l'unité de commande (40) commande l'élément de fermeture (28) et/ou le boîtier (12), en vue d'un refroidissement accéléré de la chambre de cuisson (14), afin de libérer de manière croissante l'ouverture d'accès (32) et/ou le produit soumis à la cuisson (34).
