技术领域 本发明涉及一种专色数码印花方法。 背景技术 随着经济的发展, 社会的进步, 人们对生活环境及纺织印花的个性化、 艺术化的要求不 断提高; 而传统的印花速度慢、 小批量生产费用高、 环境污染等因素无法达到现代人们的要 求。 根据这种情况, 为了适应市场的需求, 调整原来的印花结构, 用新兴的电脑喷墨打印来 代替解决这一问题, 即数码印花。 数码印花已经突破了传统印花对印花材料和尺寸的技术限制, 是新时代印花的趋势。 已 经在欧洲, 特别是意大利和周围, 新兴的数码印花是小批量的印花产品、 满足快速变化的时 尚需求和技术被认为是传统印花最合适的替代。 数码印花是适合所有类型的纤维, 它的颜色 是印刷计算方法的混合。 一个产品, 传统的印花方法大约需要 10〜15天; 而数码印花可以把 传统的复杂的步骤减少和压縮到紧凑的时间, 只要一两天时间, 大大减低劳动力和成本, 减 少污染, 提高了利润。 然而, 数码印花虽然有着许多印花领域的商业应用优点, 但现有的颜 色亮度和牢度, 还不能完全控制市场, 只能做少量的高端市场客户。 传统的数码印花 (DTP) 是用 C, M, Y, K, LC, LM, LY, LK (青色, 品红, 黄色, 黑色, 浅青, 浅品红, 浅黄, 浅黑) 中的 前四色或前六色或八色墨水, 是按印刷方式制作的, 颜色是经计算后混合出来打印在材料上, 根据现行 DTP的方式颜色表示是用经组合后, 眼睛看到的颜色, 有一定的局限性 (混合的颜 色有着色光不亮, 对色误差很多的缺点), 如果需大量生产, 由它做的采样 (S/0) 和批样颜 色, 会照成跟传统印花很大的颜色区别, 或者会照成大的索赔损失。
发明内容 为解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种专色数码印花方法,该方法不用混合色打印, 完全用事先配置好的专色进行数码印花, 这将突破目前的所有数码印花的方式, 能完成跟传 统印花的完美结合, 通过该方法大批量印花与传统印花颜色基本一致。 为了达成上述目的, 本发明的解决方案是: 一种专色数码印花方法, 该方法包括以下步 骤:
( 1 ) 通过电脑对所需的印花颜色进行分色;
( 2)对分好的颜色进行配色及颜色的调制, 并将调制好的颜色安装在数码印花机的 9〜 12个墨盒中, 每个墨盒配置一个敏感打印头, 使每个墨盒都能被自由控制, 安装完墨盒后, 通过数码印花机将花纹或图案印到经前处理后的纺织品上;
( 3)对印花后的纺织品水洗、 烘干, 洗掉纺织品的表面颜料, 并将纺织品烘干, 烘干后 形成成品。 本发明的有益效果为: 因现有数码印花机只有 C, M, Y, K, LC, LM, LY, LK (青色, 品 红, 黄色, 黑色, 浅青色, 浅品红色, 浅黄, 浅黑) 6种或 8种不同的基色, 打印的时候, 为了打到打印所需要的颜色要求, 这些颜色一般是运用视觉错觉的方法混合, 混合的颜色准 确性有相当的差距, 混合的颜色有着色光不亮, 对色误差很多的缺点。 现采用 9〜12色数码 印花机印花, 安装 9〜12个墨盒及 9〜12个敏感的打印头, 每个墨盒装有专门调制好的颜色 (专色), 每个墨头又都可以用打印软件自由控制, 这样就可以使用专色打印, 这样打印出的 花纹亮度高, 误差小。 这将突破目前的所有数码印花的方式, 能完成跟传统印花的完美结合, 通过该方法大批量印花与传统印花颜色基本一致。 具体实施方式 一种专色数码印花方法, 该方法包括以下步骤:
( 1 ) 通过电脑对所需的印花颜色进行分色, 分出的颜色按花纹或图案本身的颜色而定。
( 2)对分好的颜色进行配色及颜色的调制, 并将调制好的颜色安装在数码印花机的墨盒 中, 该数码印花机安装有 12个墨盒, 每个墨盒配置一个敏感打印头, 使每个墨盒都能被自由 控制, 这主要靠电脑的打印软件控制。 当然如果分出的颜色只有 10种颜色, 只要把调制好的 10中颜色分别装入数码印花机的其中 10个墨盒中即可。 在安装完墨盒后, 通过数码印花机 将调制好的颜色印到经前处理后的纺织品上, 形成花纹或图案, 纺织品的前处理可以为丝光、 减杂、 煮练、 漂白等, 主要是为了去除织物上的杂质, 浆料, 绒毛等, 从而提高织物的后续 整理性能, 比如吸湿性, 吸附染料的能力, 白度及手感。 ( 3 )对印花后的纺织品水洗、 烘干, 洗掉纺织品的表面颜料, 并将纺织品烘干, 烘干后 形成成品。 上述专色数码印花方法 通过调制好的颜料对纺织品直接进行打印, 不用原先的两种或两种以上颜色在数码印花 机内混合后打印, 这样打印在纺织品上的图案和花样鲜艳亮丽。
