Claims (11)
- 吸音マットおよび遮音カバーを有し、レール表面の所要部分に一方の側面側から取り付けられる第1防音部材と、吸音マットおよび遮音カバーを有し、レール表面の所要部分に他方の側面側から取り付けられる第2防音部材と、両防音部材を固定するための固定具とを備えているレールの防音装置において、
固定具は、第1固定部材と第2固定部材とからなり、第1固定部材は、レール底部下面下方に差し込まれる水平部と、水平部の端部に連なって設けられて一方の防音部材の遮音カバーにあてがわれる立上り部とを有し、第2固定部材は、第1固定部材の水平部下方に差し込まれる水平部と、水平部の端部に連なって設けられて他方の防音部材の遮音カバーにあてがわれる立上り部とを有しており、第1および第2のいずれか一方の固定部材に、少なくとも1つの凸部が設けられ、他方の固定部材に、該凸部に嵌め合わされる凹部が設けられており、第1固定部材と第2固定部材とが、水平部同士重ね合わされて着脱可能に嵌め合わされていることを特徴とするレールの防音装置。 - 第1および第2固定部材の少なくとも一方に、水平部の反立上り部側の端部に設けられて固定部材の立上り部側への移動を規制する折曲げ部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1のレールの防音装置。
- 折曲げ部は、第2固定部材に設けられて第1固定部材の立上り部に外側から当接させられていることを特徴とする請求項2のレールの防音装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの凸部のうちの第1の凸部が、第1固定部材の立上り部の外側面に設けられ、第2固定部材の折曲げ部に第1の凸部に嵌め合わされる第1の凹部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3のレールの防音装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの凸部のうちの第2の凸部が、第1固定部材の水平部の反立上り部側の端部から水平方向に突出するように設けられ、第2の凸部に嵌め合わされる第2の凹部が第2固定部材の立上り部の下端部に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のレールの防音装置。
請求項5を削除 - 前記少なくとも1つの凸部のうちの第1の凸部が、第1および第2のいずれか一方の固定部材の水平部に設けられ、他方の固定部材の水平部に、第1の凸部に嵌め合わされる第1の凹部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2のレールの防音装置。
- 第1および第2固定部材のいずれか一方の水平部に、他方の水平部との重ね合わせ時に他方の水平部を案内するとともに、重ね合わせ後の他方の水平部のレール長さ方向の移動を規制するためのガイド部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6のレールの防音装置。
- 遮音カバーは、レール腹部側面上端部とレール底部上面先端部に渡された平板状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から7までのいずれかに記載のレールの防音装置。
- 遮音カバーは、レール腹部側面上端部からレール底部上面先端部にのびる傾斜部と、傾斜部の下端からレール底部側面に沿う垂直部と、垂直の下端からレール底部下面に沿ってのびる水平部とを有しており、吸音マットは、傾斜部および水平部の両方に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から7までのいずれかに記載のレールの防音装置。
- 遮音カバーの垂直部に、各固定部材のレール方向へのずれを防止する凸部が設けられている請求項9のレールの防音装置。
- 請求項5のレールの防音装置をレールに取り付ける方法であって、第1固定部材の水平部をレールの一側からレール底部下面下方に差し込んで第1固定部材を設置するステップと、第2固定部材の水平部をレールの他側から第1固定部材の水平部下方に差し込んでいき、第2固定部材の第2の凹部を第1固定部材の第2の凸部に嵌め合わせるとともに、第1固定部材の水平部の反立上り部側の端部と第2固定部材の立上り部側の端部との間に隙間が無く、第1固定部材の水平部の立上り部側の端部と第2固定部材の水平部の折曲げ部側の端部との間に隙間があるように第2固定部材を設置するステップと、棒状の工具を使用して、工具の一端側を支点に、工具の他端側を力点にして、工具の中間部分を第2固定部材の水平部の折曲げ部側の端部に下側から当接させ、力点に上方に力を作用させることで、第1固定部材の水平部の立上り部側の端部と第2固定部材の折曲げ部側の端部との間の隙間を無くすステップとからなることを特徴とするレールの防音装置の取付方法。
