Claims (15)

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전자 계약서는,계약 당사자가 입력하는 계약의 정보에 해당하는 메타 데이터부;상기 계약서의 형식이 이미지화 된 이미지부; 및계약 체결 사실의 입증 자료가 저장되는 계약 증명부를 포함하되,상기 메타 데이터부는 상기 이미지부의 이미지에 오버레이(overlay)되며, 상기 계약 증명부의 입증 자료도 상기 이미지부의 이미지에 오버레이되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 계약서를 이용한 통합 인증 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 계약 증명부는,음성, 사진 또는 지문 중에서 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 계약서를 이용한 통합 인증 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 통합 인증 서버는,상기 통합 인증 서버에서 저장하고 있는 음성 또는 사진 파일의 코덱(codec)이 상기 이동 단말기에서 지원하는 음성 또는 사진 파일의 코덱과 일치하지 않는 경우, 상기 통합 인증 서버에서 저장하고 있는 음성 또는 사진 파일의 형식을 상기 이동 단말기에서 지원하는 코덱 형식으로 변환하는 트랜스 코딩부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 계약서를 이용한 통합 인증 시스템.
