在此具体实施例中, 如图 4所示, 水平活动连接杆与水平连接横杆 30的中间部位 形成用于协调两前轮 21转弯的菱形活动架(图 2中 B部所示结构), 水平活动连接杆包 括第一水平活动连接杆 45、第二水平活动连接杆 46和第三水平活动连接杆 47, 龙头下 主杆 5b的下端与第一水平活动连接杆 45的中心固定连接, 第二水平活动连接杆 46的 一端和第三水平活动连接杆 47的一端分别轴接在第一水平活动连接杆 45的两端,第二 水平活动连接杆 46的另一端和第三水平活动连接杆 47的另一端分别轴接在水平连接横 杆 30上, 水平连接横杆 30的两端分别通过第二轴承 31与转向弯臂 25活动连接, 两个 转向弯臂 25呈一定角度且分别固定于前叉 23的内侧前沿。
在此具体实施例中, 制动机构包括刹把 7、 碟刹器 22和碟刹片 20, 碟刹器 22分别 固定设置在两前叉 23内壁和车架后立管 15上,碟刹片 20分别固定设置在两前轮 21内 侧和后桥主轴 2 上,刹把 7分别设置在龙头 48的两端,刹把 7通过刹车线与碟刹器 22 联动。
在此具体实施例中, 链传动机构包括设置于脚踏装置上的大花盘组 19和设置于后 桥主轴 29上的小花盘组 37,大花盘组 19和小花盘组 37通过链条 17传动连接,小花盘 组 37中的最大花盘 37a双向固定设置于后桥主轴 29上, 此最大花盘 37a通过链条 17 传动, 既可以前进, 也可以倒车。 其余花盘都向前单向固定设置于后桥主轴 29上, 只 可以前进。
在此具体实施例中, 座垫 11安装在座垫支管 12的上端, 座垫支管 12插接在车架 后立管 15中, 车架后立管 15上设置有用于调节紧固座垫支管在车架后立管 15中升降 活动的第一紧固装置 14, 可使座垫支管 12在车架后立管 15中升降自如。
实用实施例 在此实用实施例中, 本发明为一种多功能四轮变形自行车, 车架中杆 9完全缩入车 架前套管 3内, 打开载重基座 2内嵌隐的折装平叠栅栏 1, 通过调节龙头 48上的调节器 6, 调节龙头上主杆 5a与车架的角度, 从而变形为购物车, 如图 8所示;
在打开的载重基座 2栅栏 1内安装汽车儿童安全座椅 4变形为婴童手推车; 打开载重 基座 2平面内嵌隐的栅栏 1, 使前、 左、 右三面垂下, 后一面栅栏 1向后放平, 使载重基 座 2的底面 36与后一面栅栏 1水平形成桌面, 整车变形为野餐桌, 便于野外就餐, 如图 9 所示;
车架中杆 9完全缩入车架前套管 3内, 调节第二紧固装置 27, 降低座垫 11和座垫支管 12, 调节调节器 6使龙头上主杆 5a向后折弯放平并入车架两个后套管 10之间形成平面, 平叠收缩四面栅栏 1使之嵌隐入载重基座 2平面内, 整车体积变小, 可装入汽车后备箱或 家庭橱柜, 如图 10所示。
在此实用实施例中, 综上所述, 本发明一种多功能四轮变形自行车, 有从自行车 变形为婴童手推车、 购物车和野餐车的功能, 更适合都市人在忙碌工作之余休闲郊游。 在四轮平稳安全的前提下, 收缩栅栏 1和车架、 折缩龙头 48后做到体积变化极至, 便 于携带, 便于保管。 本发明一种多功能四轮变形自行车具有构思精巧, 结构简洁、 机巧 衔接, 转变便捷, 携带方便, 实用时尚, 体积变化大, 协调美观, 车架可伸缩, 龙头可 折缩等优点, 可实现自行车与童婴手推车、 购物车、 野餐车之间轻捷转变。
在此实用实施例中, 适用于 婴童出行 少年上学 青年上班 中年 休闲 老年购物、健身。 为促进人类低碳环保与可持续发展的文明进程和满足人们 休闲健身的内心需求略尽微薄之力。
在此实用实施例中, 本发明一种多功能四轮变形自行车制作时采用 16英寸轮圈, 整车长 1316mm宽 580讓高 800- 1000匿 ; 见图 10, 完全折缩后整车长 966讓 宽 580讓 高 500mra。 仅以此尺寸比例为例, 在此不一一例举。

Claims

1、 一种多功能四轮变形自行车, 包括车架、 载重基座、 两个前轮、 两个后轮、 转 向机构、 制动机构、 脚踏装置、 链传动机构和座垫, 两个前轮分别通过前叉与所述的载 重基座的底部连接, 其特征在于: 所述的车架为伸縮车架, 包括车架后支撑架、 车架斜 连管、车架横连管及两组或两组以上并排设置的伸缩套管组, 所述的伸缩套管组包括车 架前套管、车架中杆和车架后套管, 所述的车架前套管固定于载重基座的底部且活动套 设在所述的车架中杆前端, 所述的车架后套管固定套设在所述的车架中杆的尾端, 所述 的车架中杆处于所述的车架后套管前的部分可完全缩入所述的车架前套管中,所述的车 架前套管的管口设置有用于调节紧固车架中杆在车架前套管中伸缩活动的第二紧固装 置; 所述的转向机构包括龙头、 水平连接横杆、 所述的前叉下端固定设置的转向弯臂、 '· 龙头主杆及所述的龙头主杆下端固定设置的水平活动连接杆,所述的水平连接横杆的两 端分别与所述的转向弯臂活动连接,所述的龙头主杆包括相互活动连接的龙头上主杆和 龙头下主杆, 所述的龙头上主杆通过调节器在向上竖直到向后放平弧度内任意调节。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种多功能四轮变形自行车, 其特征在于: 所述的龙头 两端分别设置有把手和调节器, 所述的龙头上主杆的上端与所述的龙头的中心固定连 接, 所述的龙头上主杆的下端与所述的龙头下主杆上端通过销铆活动榫接, 所述的龙头 上主杆下端的榫凸顶部活动设置有上弧形齿轮块,所述的龙头下主杆上端的榫凹内固定 设置有下弧形齿轮块, 所述的上弧形齿轮块与所述的下弧形齿轮块互相咬合, 所述的龙 头上主杆的管内设 有弹簧, 所述的弹簧的上端固定于所述的龙头上主杆内, 所述的弹 簧的下端与所述的上弧形齿轮块上端紧密接触,所述的上弧形齿轮块上端固定连接钢丝 绳, 所述的钢丝绳穿过弹簧经龙头上主杆管内固定于调节器上。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的一种多功能四轮变形自行车, 其特征在于: 所述的水平 活动连接杆与所述 水平连接横杆的中间部位形成用于协调两前轮转弯的菱形活动架, 所述的水平活动连接杆包括第一水平活动连接杆、第二水平活动连接杆和第三水平活动 连接杆, 所述的龙头下主杆的下端与所述的第一水平活动连接杆的中心固定连接, 所述 的第二水平活动连接杆的一端和所述的第三水平活动连接杆的一端分别轴接在所述的 第一水平活动连接杆的两端,所述的第二水平活动连接杆的另一端和所述的第三水平活 动连接杆的另一端分别轴接在所述的水平连接横杆上,所述的水平连接横杆的两端分别 通过轴承与所述的转向弯臂活动连接,两个所述的转向弯臂呈一定角度且分别固定于前 叉的内侧前沿。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种多功能四轮变形自行车, 其特征在于: 所述的车架 前套管的管口处设置有导向筋, 所述的车架中杆上设置有用于确定伸缩长度的导向凹 槽, 所述的导向筋与所述的导向槽配合滑动;
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种多功能四轮变形自行车, 其特征在于: 各个所述的 车架前套管并排设置且与所述的载重基座底部固定连接,各个所述的车架后套管与车架 前套管相应并排固定设置,所述的车架前套管与所述的车架中杆为相对应的任何规则管 状且相互滑动配合。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种多功能四轮变形自行车, 其特征在于: 所述的载重 基座的底部设置有架于所述的两前叉顶端用于承重的横梁,所述的横梁两端通过轴承分 别与所述的前叉活动轴接, 所述的载重基座的平面内设置嵌隐式拆装平叠栅栏, 所述的 载重基座由前沿连接杆、 左连接杆、 右连接杆和后沿连接杆围成, 所述的前沿连接杆、 左连接杆、右连接杆和后沿连接杆上分别铰链有栅栏, 所述的栅栏的侧边上设置有用于 固定连接相邻栅栏的连接卡钩。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种多功能四轮变形自行车, 其特征在于: 所述的链传 动机构包括设置于脚踏装置上的大花盘组和设置于后桥主轴上的小花盘组,所述的大花 盘组和所述的小花盘组通过链条传动连接,所述的小花盘组中设置有可用于前进和倒车 的最大花盘。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种多功能四轮变形自行车, 其特征在于: 所述的车架 后支撑架包括车架后立管、左斜支管和右斜支管, 所述的左斜支管的上端和所述的右斜 支管的上端分别焊接于所述的车架后立管上,所述的左斜支管的下端和所述的右斜支管 的下端分别焊接于所述的后轮的后桥主轴的两端,所述的车架后立管的下端和所述的车 架横连管的后端分别固定连接在所述的后桥主轴的中点位置上,所述的车架后套管分别 与所述的车架斜连管的上端和所述的车架后立管的上端固定连接,所述的车架斜连管的 下端和所述的车架横连管的前端分别固定连接在所述的脚踏装置的轴套上。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的一种多功能四轮变形自行车, 其特征在于: 所述的制动 机构包括刹把、碟刹器和碟刹片, 所述的碟刹器分别固定设置在两前叉内侧和车架后立 管上, 所述的碟刹片固定设置在两前轮内侧和后桥主轴上, 所述的刹把分别设置在龙头 上主杆的两端, 所述的刹把通过刹车线与所述的碟刹器联动。
10、 根据权利要求 1-9中任一项所述的一种多功能四轮变形自行车, 其特征在于: 所述的载重基座上可配套设置汽车儿童安全座椅和透明弹性防护罩。
