作为本发明的第一优选实施方式, 参照图 1至图 4所示的一种电子烟, 其 包括雾化器、 供电装置 35 以及连接雾化器和供电装置 35的对正连接部件, 所 述的雾化器包括雾化杆 1和设置于雾化杆 1内的雾化头, 所述的供电装置 35和 雾化杆 1外形为方形, 雾化杆 1端部与烟嘴主体 2连接, 雾化头包括导液管 3、 雾化头座体 4以及设置于雾化头座体 4内的发热装置 5,雾化头座体 4侧壁设置 有通烟空隙 38, 导液管 3与烟嘴主体 2内的烟液腔 6连接, 导液管 3内设置有 导液绳 36, 雾化头座体 4外设置有镍网 7, 镍网 7外部设置有与发热装置 5的 负极连接的导体环 8, 雾化头座体 4底部设置有通孔 40, 雾化头底部设置有第 一导电部件 9, 第一导电部件 9与发热装置 5的正极电连接, 第一导电部件 9通 过硅胶塑封至导体环 8的端部, 第一导电部件 9中心设置有通孔 40, 通孔 40部 位与第二导电部件 10接触, 第二导电部件 10的端部设置有通气槽 11, 第二导 电部件 10上设置有密封槽, 密封槽上设置有绝缘圈 34, 雾化杆 1侧壁开有通气 孔 12, 烟嘴主体 2中设置有用于抽烟的烟道。 所述的对正连接部件包括第一连 接部件 13和第二连接部件 14,第一连接部件 13的外壁面设置有限位凸起圈 15, 该限位凸起圈 15上呈一定角度间隔设置有平槽口 16和弧形凹槽口 17, 为了确 保对正连接的稳定, 设置有两个平槽口 16和两个弧形凹槽口 17, 两个平槽口 16之间间隔 180° 弧度, 两个弧形凹槽口 17之间间隔 180° 弧度, 相邻的平槽 口 16和弧形凹槽口 17之间间隔 90° 弧度,所述的第二连接部件 14侧壁设置有 用于限位的弹簧片 20, 弹簧片 20上设置有直限位片 18和弯曲限位片 19, 直限 位片 18和平槽口 16的尺寸对应, 弯曲限位片 19与弧形凹槽口 17形状相对应, 所述的第一连接部件 13与供电装置 35连接, 所述的第二连接部件 14设置于雾 化杆 1 内, 雾化头设置于第二连接部件 14内, 第二连接部件 14端部设置有对
雾化头进行限位的限位口。 所述的第一连接部件 13的顶端设置有密封槽, 密封 槽内设置密封圈 21。
对于具有两个平槽口 16和两个弧形凹槽口 17的电子烟, 相邻的平槽口 16 和弧形凹槽口 17之间间隔 90° 弧度, 在连接时, 将供电装置 35和雾化杆 1的 棱角相差 90° 放置, 这时弹簧片 20与平槽口 16的位置相对, 第一连接部件 13 能够穿入到第二连接部件 14内, 然后, 使第一连接部件 13和第二连接部件 14 之间发生 90° 旋转, 这时, 弹簧片 20的弯曲限位片 19转动至弧形凹槽口 17的 位置, 被弧形凹槽口 17卡住, 对第一连接部件 13和第二连接部件 14进行周向 定位, 使其无法自由转动, 直限位片 18则被限位凸起圈 15卡住, 对第一连接 部件 13和第二连接部件 14进行轴向定位, 使二者保持紧密的连接。 如图 4所 示, 抽烟时, 空气从雾化杆 1侧壁的通气孔 12进入, 通过第二导电部件 10的 通气槽 11、雾化头座体 4底部的通孔 40进入雾化头内, 人在从烟嘴主体 2抽烟 时, 雾化头座体 4内的空气通过雾化头座体 4侧壁设置的通烟空隙 38到达烟嘴 主体 2, 然后到达吸烟者口中, 这时雾化头座体 4内产生负压, 烟液在负压作用 下通过导液管 3进入雾化头内, 在加热装置的作用下雾化, 然后通过雾化头座 体 4侧壁设置的通烟空隙 38到达烟嘴主体 2, 然后到达吸烟者口中。
实施例 2
作为本发明的第二种优选实施方式, 参照图 5-10所示的一种电子烟, 其包 括雾化器、 供电装置 35 以及连接雾化器和供电装置 35的对正连接部件, 所述 的雾化器包括雾化杆 1和设置于雾化杆 1内的雾化头, 所述的供电装置 35和雾 化杆 1外形为方形, 雾化杆 1端部与烟嘴主体 2连接, 雾化头包括导液管 3、 雾 化头座体 4以及设置于雾化头座体 4内的发热装置 5,雾化头座体 4侧壁设置有
通烟空隙 38, 导液管 3与烟嘴主体 2内的烟液腔 6连接, 导液管 3内设置有导 液绳 36, 雾化头座体 4外设置有镍网 7, 镍网 7外部设置有与发热装置 5的负 极连接的导体环 8, 雾化头座体 4底部设置有通孔 40, 雾化头底部设置有第一 导电部件 9, 第一导电部件 9与发热装置 5的正极电连接, 第一导电部件 9通过 硅胶塑封至导体环 8的端部, 第一导电部件 9中心设置有通孔 40, 通孔 40部位 与第二导电部件 10接触, 第二导电部件 10的端部设置有通气槽 11, 第二导电 部件 10上设置有密封槽, 密封槽上设置有绝缘圈 34, 雾化杆 1侧壁开有通气孔 12, 烟嘴主体 2中设置有用于抽烟的烟道。 对正连接部件包括连接件 A22、 连 接件 B23、 连接件 C24以及与连接件 A22固定连接的两个弹性定位杆 25, 这两 个弹性定位杆 25之间相隔 180 ° 弧度设置, 所述的连接件 C24上设置有凸起的 限位圈 26, 该限位圈 26上设置有两个平限位口 27和两个弧形限位口 28, 平限 位口 27和弧形限位口 28间隔设置, 相邻平限位口 27和弧形槽口之间间隔 90 ° , 所述的连接件 B23内设置有具有与平限位口 27对应的平限位部 39的孔, 所述的连接件 B23上还设置有用于穿过弹性定位杆 25的通孔 40, 该通孔 40设 置于平限位部 39的外侧旁边, 在对正连接状态, 弹性定位杆 25端部与弧形限 位口 28相对应, 连接件 A22设置于雾化杆 1内, 连接件 B23与连接件 A22固 定连接, 所述的雾化头设置于连接件 A22内, 连接件 A22端部设置有对雾化头 进行限位的限位口。
在连接时, 将连接部件 A和 B固定连接, 然后将供电装置 35和雾化杆 1 的棱角相差 90 ° 放置, 这时连接部件 B的平限位部 39与限位圈 26的平限位口 27相对, 弹性定位杆 25也可以从平限位口 27的空隙处穿过, 然后使供电装置 35和雾化杆 1发生相对转动, 转动 90 ° , 这时, 供电装置 35和雾化杆 1的棱
角正好对其, 弹性定位杆 25到达弧形限位口 28, 供电装置 35和雾化杆 1无法 自由转动, 起到周向限位的作用, 平限位部 39则被限位圈 26卡住, 无法进行 轴向移动, 对其起到轴向限位的作用, 这样就保证了供电装置 35和雾化杆 1之 间的对正连接和紧密连接。 实施例 2的空气流向与实施例 1基本相同。
实施例 3 在实施例 1和实施例 2的基础上, 作为本发明的技术方案的进一步改进, 所述的供电装置 35与对正连接部件之间设置有电路控制装置, 该电路控制装置 包括壳体、 控制电路板 29、 按键开关 30和具有 LED灯的电量显示导光圈 31 ; 所述的供电装置 35内设置有充电电池 32, 供电装置 35的底部设置有充电控制 板 33和充电控制端口 37。
Claims
1、 一种电子烟, 其特征在于: 其包括雾化器、 供电装置以及连接雾化器 和供电装置的对正连接部件, 所述的雾化器包括雾化杆和设置于雾化杆内的 雾化头, 所述的供电装置和雾化杆外形为方形, 雾化杆端部与烟嘴主体连接, 雾化头包括导液管、 雾化头座体以及设置于雾化头座体内的发热装置, 雾化 头座体侧壁设置有通烟空隙, 导液管与烟嘴主体内的烟液腔连接, 雾化头座 体外设置有镍网, 镍网外部设置有与发热装置的负极连接的导体环, 雾化头 座体底部设置有通孔, 雾化头底部设置有第一导电部件, 第一导电部件与发 热装置的正极电连接, 第一导电部件中心设置有通孔, 通孔部位与第二导电 部件接触, 第二导电部件的端部设置有通气槽, 雾化杆侧壁开有通气孔, 烟 嘴主体中设置有用于抽烟的烟道。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述的对正连接部件包 括第一连接部件和第二连接部件, 第一连接部件的外壁面设置有限位凸起圈, 该限位凸起圈上呈一定角度间隔设置有若干个平槽口和若干个弧形凹槽口, 所述的第二连接部件侧壁设置有用于限位的弹簧片, 弹簧片上设置有直限位 片和弯曲限位片, 直限位片和平槽口的尺寸对应, 弯曲限位片与弧形凹槽口 形状相对应, 对正连接状态, 弯曲限位片与弧形凹槽口的位置相对应, 所述 的第一连接部件与供电装置连接, 所述的第二连接部件设置于雾化杆内, 雾 化头设置于第二连接部件内, 第二连接部件端部设置有对雾化头进行限位的 限位口。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述的第一连接部件的 顶端设置有密封槽, 密封槽内设置密封圈。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述的平槽口和弧形凹 槽口之间的间隔弧度为 10° 〜170。 。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述的限位凸起圈上设 置有两个平槽口和两个弧形凹槽口, 两个平槽口之间间隔 180° , 两个弧形凹 槽口之间间隔 180° , 相邻的平槽口和弧形凹槽口之间间隔 90° , 在第二连 接部件上相应的设置有两个弹簧片, 对正连接状态, 弹簧片的弯曲限位片与 弧形凹槽口位置对应。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述的对正连接部件包 括连接件 A、 连接件 B、 连接件 C以及与连接件 A固定连接的弹性定位杆, 所述的连接件 C上设置有凸起的限位圈, 该限位圈上设置有若干个平槽口和 若干个弧形凹槽口, 所述的连接件 B 内设置有具有与平槽口对应的平限位部 的孔, 所述的连接件 B上还设置有用于穿过弹性定位杆的通孔, 该通孔设置 于所述的平限位部的外侧在对正连接状态, 弹性定位杆端部与弧形凹槽口相 对应, 连接件 A设置于雾化杆内, 连接件 B与连接件 A固定连接, 所述的雾 化头设置于连接件 A内, 连接件 A端部设置有对雾化头进行限位的限位口。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述的连接件 A上固定 有两个弹性定位杆, 在连接件 B上对应设置有两个用于穿过定位杆的孔和两 个平限位部, 连接件 C的限位圈上设置有两个平限位口和两个弧形限位口, 平限位口和弧形限位口间隔设置, 相邻平限位口和弧形槽口之间间隔 90° 。
8、 根据权利要求 1至 7中任意一项所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述的 供电装置与对正连接部件之间设置有电路控制装置, 该电路控制装置包括壳 体、 控制电路板、 按键开关和具有 LED灯的电量显示导光圈。
9、 根据权利要求 1至 7中任意一项所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述的 供电装置内设置有充电电池, 供电装置的底部设置有充电控制板和充电控制
10、 根据权利要求 1至 7中任意一项所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述 的第二导电部件上设置有密封槽, 密封槽上设置有绝缘圈。
