Abstract

折叠购物车,包括骑行座椅,具有轮子的可纵向折叠的购物篮架,转向装置;购物篮架可绕折叠轴纵向在折叠位置与展开位置之间转换,还包括将购物篮架锁定在展开状态的锁止装置,前后纵向排列至少有两排轮,一排为具有驱动装置的驱动轮,其余排为支撑轮,驱动轮和支撑轮至少其中之一排是左右对称布置的对轮。展开状态既能够慢速推行,又能快速骑行,同时免去了二次搬运转载,折叠收藏体积小。

一种折叠购物车
本申请要求如下中国专利申请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在 本申请中:

技术领域
本发明涉及一种折叠购物车, 尤其是适用城市购物的折叠购物车。
背景技术
现代城市家庭分工日趋细密, 有许多家庭出现全职太太或保姆, 购买 蔬菜、 食品等已经成为这些人的主要家务工作之一, 但是这些人一般不会 骑摩托车等机动工具, 而自行车的载货又有限, 因此提供一种可以比较多 的载货并且容易购物推行是非常有必要的; 同时高层电梯公寓的兴起, 大 型购物场所汽车停车位的紧张及购物超市附近的交通堵塞, 都迫切需要一 种适应短距离购物但是总体体积远远小于一般小轿车的购物车。
本发明试图提供一种能够满足上述门到门购物要求的折叠购物车。
发明内容
一种折叠购物车, 其改进在于: 包括骑行座椅、 具有轮子的可纵向折 叠的购物篮架、 转向装置; 所述购物篮架可绕折叠轴纵向在一折叠位置与 展开位置之间转换, 还有将购物篮架锁定在展开状态的锁止装置, 前后纵 向排列至少有两排轮, 其中之一为具有驱动装置的驱动轮, 其余排为支撑 轮, 驱动轮和支撑轮至少其中之一排是左右对称布置的对轮。
通过这样的改进, 解决了三个问题, 一是商场内购物时至少三轮落地 稳定慢推行、 同时兼顾运输路上至少三轮落地稳定快骑行两种移动方式, 二是购物篮架折叠状态时占用 4艮小的家庭体积; 三是进出购物场所或者电 梯公寓不需要二次搬运转载, 节省停车位和购物人体力, 緩解大型购物超 市附近的汽车堵塞, 实现门到门的轻松购物。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图, 对本发明进行更详细的说明, 显然这些实施例仅仅是 本发明的部分实施例而不是全部实施例, 本领域的专业技术人员在没有做 出创造性劳动的前提下所作出的其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护范围。
一种折叠购物车, 其改进在于: 包括骑行座椅 6、 具有轮子的可纵向 折叠的购物篮架、 转向装置; 所述购物篮架可绕折叠轴纵向在一折叠位置 与展开位置之间转换, 还有将购物篮架锁定在展开状态的锁止装置, 前后 纵向排列至少有两排轮, 其中之一为具有驱动装置的驱动轮, 其余排为支 撑轮, 驱动轮和支撑轮至少其中之一排是左右对称布置的对轮。 同时满足 了购物慢推行、 路上快骑行时状态平稳和家里收藏时整车体积大幅缩小及 门到门免二次搬运的三个要求, 从图 1到图 12及图 17典型地反映了纵向 二排轮、 三排轮两种轮结构车辆示意图, 购物篮架一般情况下可以配合软 性网兜 17或者购物篮,也可以配合改装婴儿车或残疾人座椅需要,具有多 种多样的轻便运输适应性, 考虑到整车重心不可越出纵向最边界的轮子, 骑行座椅 6位于若干排轮子之间, 接近驱动轮上方, 为了防止驱动轮打滑 或空转, 应该通过合适的受力结构将骑车人重量大部分传导到驱动轮上, 特别需要说明的是: 本发明文本中的"前、 后"用词主要是为了说明书中图 示零件表达的方便, 并非限定行车方向, 页面的左边为前, 右边为后。 本 发明文本中的 "排"仅仅是为了表述的方便, 可以是左右对称的二个轮子, 也可以是一个轮子, 纵向两排轮结构的折叠购物车前轮为支撑轮, 后轮为 驱动轮, 纵向三排轮结构的折叠购物车前轮为支撑轮, 驱动轮可能是中间 轮, 也可能是第三排轮, 当驱动轮是第三排轮时, 将其标示为第三排驱动 轮 10, 当驱动轮位于中间时, 第三排轮标示为第三排支撑轮 11 , 以免混淆 驱动轮与支撑轮。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述购物篮架包括一个后端固定平面 40, 固定平面 40下端具有驱动轮 2, 竖向折叠轴 3分列固定平面 40左右, 支 撑轮 1位于可左右折叠的活动折叠面前下端。 如图 2A所示, 通过这样的 改进, 一个沿图中弧线左右折叠的竖向四边形或三边形购物篮就形成了, 分立竖向折叠轴 3靠拢或两个活动折叠面前端合并即构成三角形购物篮, 折叠结构最筒单。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述购物篮架包括一个后端固定平面 40, 固定平面 40下端具有驱动轮 2, 横向折叠轴 4位于固定平面 40上, 活动 折叠面上下折叠, 其前端具有支撑轮 1。 如图 3A、 3B所示, 经过这样的 改进, 沿图中弧线折叠,横向折叠轴位于固定平面 40上部时构成了类似大 写英文字母 A这样的展开购物篮架, 横向折叠轴位于固定平面 40下部时 构成一个类似大写英文字母 L这样的展开购物篮架, 这样的改进, 其日常 使用过程中折叠收藏具有最快的速度。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述购物篮架包括一个后端固定平面 40, 固定平面下端具有驱动轮 2, 平移活动折叠面借助若干折叠轴以平移方式 前后折叠, 活动折叠面下端具有支撑轮 1。 如图 4A所示, 这样的改进, 一 般 N型折叠, 或者如图 4A虚线部分的 M型折叠完成, 可以沿图 4A中纵 向将折叠购物篮架前后长度做大, 适用于长度尺寸比较大的物件运输。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述折叠轴是横轴, 分立于后端固定平面 40上下, 活动折叠面与后端固定平面 40之间是一侧视平行四边形。 如图 4B的虚线部分, 这样的改进使得折叠方式快捷筒单。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述锁止装置为位于纵向两排轮之间的侧 视可变三角形结构, 以若干个横轴为枢接点, 通过杆连接构成一个侧视三 角形杆结构, 三角形之其中一边长度可变并保持锁定状态, 分别对应购物 篮架的折叠状态与展开状态。 如图 1、 图 7、 图 8、 图 9所示, 是侧视可变 三角形锁止装置的特例之一,这样的结构有利于购物篮架的整体受力优化, 折叠与展开两种状态变换容易, 并且锁定方式筒单。
还可以做这样的优先改进:所述购物篮架包括一个可绕连接折叠轴 19 折叠的 X型购物篮架 18, 支撑轮 1直接安装在前下端即前下肢上,驱动轮 2位于后端。 如图 5、 图 7、 图 8、 图 12所示, X型购物篮架的两个折叠框 一般近似矩形, 以达到最大、 最实用的购物篮架体积, 这是本发明中受力 结构、折叠尺寸、骑行稳定性、 收藏方便性等性能最全面优化的结构之一。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述购物篮架为悬臂篮架, 所述购物篮架 包括一个后端固定平面 40, 固定平面 40下端具有轮子, 悬臂折叠购物篮 架借助折叠轴前后纵向折叠, 所述转向装置包括位于后端固定面上的竖向 转向杆 29, 竖向转向杆 29纵向向前延伸出一纵向杆 8,纵向杆 8另一端头 安装有驱动轮, 构成纵向二排轮结构, 纵向杆 8两端之一以竖向轴套方式 与竖向转向杆 29或者驱动轮轮叉枢接。如图 6所示, 图中弧形箭头表达可 转向竖向轴套枢接结构, 这种悬臂折叠结构比较适应少量购物, 具体的悬 臂篮架有多种方式, 比如第一种, 左右并列竖向折叠轴配合左右折叠活动 面的购物篮架; 第二种, 横向上折叠轴或下折叠轴配合上下折叠活动面的 购物篮架; 第三种, 前后平移折叠面的购物篮架; 第四种, X型折叠的购 物篮架等, 在本说明书的前文段落中已经有类似折叠结构的详细说明。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述纵向杆 8与竖向转向杆 29之间为快 拆装结构 7连接, 支撑轮左右对称布置。 这样的结构使得分拆后的购物篮 架用一排轮子即可在购物商场内用半倾斜的方式拖行, 特别适应老、 弱、 妇女进行少量购物, 同时又不影响重新组合后马路上骑行时的正常速度, 快拆装结构 7最方便、可靠的是短丝管螺纹对接,还可以是承插式 +止退销 对接, 如图 13A所示, 也可以采用合页抱箍直接与竖向转向杆 29连接, 如图 13B 所示。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述悬臂前下端具有支撑轮, 构成纵向三 排轮结构, 所述纵向杆与竖向转向杆之间为快拆装结构 7 连接。 如图 10 所示, 这样的结构可以使用大型购物篮架, 购物时可将部分车体分拆留在 购物场所外, 购物篮架部分在购物场所内推行时不失灵活性。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述转向装置位于支撑轮上。 如图 1、 图 5所示, 这样的改进使得转向灵活。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述支撑轮的竖向轮叉以竖向轴套方式枢 接在所述折叠购物篮架前下端上, 竖向轮叉上具有横向转向柄 24, 转向柄 24以线操纵方式被左右摇摆控制。 如图 1所示, 最筒单的用一只手通过握 紧单手双向转向器 31 ,正反^紧转向控制线 25即可达到左右转向的目的, 图 1中的左下局部详图更清晰地揭示了其结构原理。 这样的改进使转向装 置结构筒单、 操作方便、 造价低廉。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述转向装置包括立于后端固定面的竖向 转向杆 29, 所述驱动轮 2连接到竖向转向杆 29上, 所述竖向转向杆 29与 所述后端固定面 40及驱动轮 2的连接, 其中之一是竖向轴套的枢接结构。 如图 2B详图所示, 即为其中一实施例, 通过这样的改进, 竖向轴套枢接 提供了转向功能, 方便且制造成本低。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述竖向转向杆向前延伸出一纵向杆 8, 其端头还有第三排支撑轮 11 , 构成纵向三排轮结构。 如图 3B虚线部分所 示, 即为其中一实施例, 这样的三排轮结构大大增加了整车的稳定性, 从 而增加了购物篮架的载货量。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述纵向杆 8与竖向转向杆 29之间为快 拆装结构 7连接。 如图 3B所示, 这样的改进是对折叠购物车进行分拆, 购物篮架部分单独进入购物场所内, 增加推行灵活性。
还可以做这样的优先改进:所述驱动轮 2直接安装在 X型购物篮架后 下端上, 即后下肢上。 如图 5所示, 这样的改进具有推行稳定性、 骑行稳 定性、 折叠方便性等全面性能的优化, 驱动轮也可以安装在折叠矩形框后 下肢部分的纵向延伸杆上, 矩形框演变为球拍型折叠框 20, 如果驱动轮左 右两个均布, 则演变为字母 K)状。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述驱动轮 2安装在竖向锁止杆 9上, X 型购物篮后上下肢以横轴套方式枢接于竖向锁止杆 9。 如图 7、 图 8所示, 这样的改进容易实现上下横轴套之间的距离控制,锁止购物篮架展开状态, 行驶稳定而且折叠方便, 驱动轮 2与竖向锁止杆 9的连接点可以在横轴套 之上, 也可以在横轴套之下, 如图 8A虚线所示, 还可以在两个横轴套之 间, 如图 8B所示, 以利于受力结构的多种优化。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述 X型购物篮后上下肢 22以横轴套方 式枢接于竖向锁止杆 9。 如图 1所示, 这样的改进通过拉紧上下横向轴套 的距离达到篮架展开状态锁止的目的, 是比较筒单的展开锁止保持状态。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述转向装置包括竖向锁止杆 9向前延伸 出一纵向杆 8, 纵向杆 8另一端头具有第三支撑轮 11 , 构成纵向三排轮结 构,纵向杆 8两端之一以竖向轴套方式与竖向锁止杆或者第三轮轮叉枢接。 如图 9所示, 不仅提供了更稳定的三排轮结构, 而且竖向轴套枢接提供了 转向功能, 这是本发明中最具骑行方便性、 稳定性而且载货量大的结构之 一, 因为它整体展开结构类似于传统三轮车。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述纵向杆 8与竖向锁止杆 9之间为快拆 装结构 7连接。 如图 9所示, 这样的改进是为了购物时将车头留在外面而 减少购物时占用空间, 增加购物篮架在购物场所内的移动灵活性。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述中间驱动轮 2与第三轮互换, 纵向杆 端头变为第三排驱动轮 10, 中间轮变为支撑轮。 如图 1、 图 10所示, 这样 的结构有利于驱动结构优化, 驱动轮位于端头时其驱动结构有较大的自由 空间, 可以做的比位于中间时更精密、 更复杂、 更庞大。
还可以做这样的优先改进:所述竖向锁止杆 9两端之横轴套可沿 X型 购物篮后上下肢横杆 22横向滑动。这样的改进是为了整车连续二次折叠后 进一步缩短长度, 如图 1中箭头 41所示, 第一次折叠指的是 X型购物篮 架折叠, 第二次折叠指的是绕竖向锁止杆的折叠。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述 X型购物篮架之前上肢长度为零。这 样的结构一般适用于婴儿车改装。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述 X型购物篮架 18之折叠轴轴孔有两 个, 分列于其中之一长折叠框中点上下, 另二短折叠框以其端头折叠轴交 叉地枢接其上。 如图 11所示, 短折叠框一般是开口矩形, 这是 X型折叠 购物篮架的变种, 其展开后前后长度加长, 购物篮架具有更大的长度, 适 用于大型婴儿卧车改装。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述 X型购物篮架 18之连接折叠轴 19 为平行双轴, 分别枢接于两个折叠框上, 平行双轴之间以短杆相连。 这样 改进是为了改善折叠购物篮架的受力结构。
还可以做这样的优先改进:所述 X型购物篮架 18之折叠轴 19一端安 装在平行置于折叠框上的弹簧緩沖结构 32上。 如图 7、 图 8A所示, 这样 的改进有效提高了购物篮架的緩沖能力, 适用于崎岖颠簸路面。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述横轴套上还具有与竖向锁止杆 9活动 连接的竖向轴套, 形成十字型轴套 15。 如图 1、 图 7、 图 10所示, 这样的 改进是为了将多种功能集中于一个零件上, 比如车辆转向功能, 比如 X型 购物篮架折叠时轴套沿着竖向锁止杆 9的上下滑动功能, 提高车辆装配的 整体可靠性与生产效率。 还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述横轴套是合页抱箍 14,可开合地枢接 X型购物篮架 18—侧上下肢横杆 22。 如图 7所示, 这样的改进使得 X型 购物篮架折叠时, 打开合页抱箍 14即脱离横杆 22, 适应了 X型购物篮架 折叠时后上下肢横杆 22之间距离大幅变化。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述竖向锁止杆 9分上下两段, 中间采用 一个快拆装对接结构 13相连。 如图 7所示, 解决了 X型购物篮架 18折叠 时后上下肢横杆 22之间距离大幅变化的问题, 快拆装对接结构 13—般选 择短丝管对接, 也可以选择承插 +止退销对接, 如图 13A所示。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述竖向锁止杆 9是一个伸缩杆。 如图 1 所示, 有外伸缩套筒 23 , 同样解决了折叠时, X型购物篮架后上下肢横杆 22之间距离大幅变化的问题。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述骑行座椅 6直接安装在竖向锁止杆 9 上。 骑行座椅 6与竖向锁止杆 9之间的连接可以有座椅杆或者无座椅杆作 中介杆, 这样的改进可以让骑车人的重量直接传递到后端驱动轮 2上, 降 低 X型购物篮架的受力。
还可以做这样的优先改进:所述骑行座椅 6直接安装在 X型折叠购物 篮架 18的后上肢延长杆上。这样的结构依旧将骑车人重量通过竖向锁止杆 9传递到后驱动轮 2上, 降低 X型购物篮架 18的受力。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述竖向锁止杆 9与十字型轴套 15之间 可滑动, 所述竖向锁止杆 9分两段可折叠连接, 其中一段长度为 X型购物 篮架打开时一侧上下肢横杆 22之间的距离。这样一则通过滑动配合提高 X 型购物篮架折叠时的快捷性, 同时 X型购物篮架展开时竖向锁止杆折叠倒 下, 防止向上伸出的竖向锁止杆遮挡骑车人的视线, 如图 10所示。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述转向装置包括所述竖向锁止杆 9与驱 动轮 2之间以竖向轴套 5枢接。 图 8A、 B中竖向轴套 5提供了转向功能, 筒化了转向装置, 降低了制造成本。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述驱动轮 2具有纵向伸缩结构 12,驱动 轮轮叉连接纵向导杆, 所述竖向锁止杆 9上具有供安装纵向导杆的导孔, 导杆与导孔之间可纵向滑动。如图 7所示,这样的改进使得整车长度可调, 大大增加了在购物商场内的行动灵活性, 这也是本发明最具实用性的结构 之一。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述折叠购物车具有骑行座椅位置变换结 构。 这样的改进出于空车与满载车的整体重心调整, 以增加该车空车去、 满车回两种行驶状况具有同样的行驶稳定性。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述骑行座椅 6安装于竖向锁止杆 9上, 所述位置变换是绕竖向锁止杆 9的前后对称位置。如图 12所示,这样的座 椅反向结构 28是最大幅度改变整车重心的办法,空车时骑车人可在购物篮 架内驾驶, 满载时, 骑车人在购物篮架外驾驶, 具有大幅度调整整车重心 的作用, 对称位置有两种办法达到, 一是绕竖向锁止杆 9轴套枢接 180旋 转达到座椅位置对称变换,如图 12中弧形箭头,二是竖向锁止杆 9上的纵 向导孔与座椅纵向导杆的配合,如图 12中横箭头, 达到正向或者反向的座 椅位置对称变换。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述驱动结构为分体式脚踏驱动结构 27, 脚踏主动部分安装于纵向杆 8—侧。 如图 9所示, 这样的改进使得驱动结 构布局优化, 增加骑行人的蹬脚舒适度。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述快拆装结构上部是开口轴座 33 , 下部 是对中管道短丝接口 30, 所述分体式驱动装置是伞齿轮驱动, 位于对接管 道内。 如图 16所示, 这样的改进使得前后装配、 对中容易, 同时兼有良好 的装配组合强度, 润滑油污不会污染骑车人。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述十字型轴套 15具有与所在 X型购物 篮架横杆 22或竖向锁止杆 9之间的止滑装置。这样的改进使得购物篮架展 开状态锁止功能借助十字型轴套得以实现, 使得横向滑动锁止功能也可以 实现, 最筒单的止滑结构是在轴套上开螺孔, 利用螺栓连接轴套与轴进行 锁止, 或者利用螺栓压力产生的摩擦力锁止。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述止滑装置包括轴套开沟槽并且内嵌夹 圏 16。 如图 14所示, 这样的改进不损害轴套内的杆本身, 止滑同时还可 以保持内轴杆与外轴套之间的相对转动, 而且夹圏 16 的松紧操作非常容 易。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述驱动轮为一个, 至少一排支撑轮左右 对称布置。 如图 1、 图 7、 图 10所示, 这样的改进在保持车辆行马史稳定性 的前提下,驱动单轮比驱动对称双轮相对筒单, 而且多重折叠时体积更小, 一重折叠指的是购物篮架折叠, 二重折叠指的是竖向锁止杆 9或竖向转向 杆 29处前后车体两部分继续折叠。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述驱动装置为传统自行车脚踏驱动结 构。 如图 1、 图 5、 图 9所示, 这样的改进是最环保的, 可以链式传动, 也 可以伞齿轮传动, 也可以脚踏轮轴直接驱动, 这些都是我们常见的传统自 行车、 三轮车、 儿童车的驱动传动方式, 在这些驱动结构上还可以加装变 速机构, 以带来骑车人更多的速度和方便。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述驱动装置为可折叠悬臂脚踏驱动结 构,所述折叠悬臂 21—端轴套枢接到驱动轮轮轴 45上,折叠悬臂 21与附 近车架之间通过一根角度控制杆确定不同夹角达到折叠目的。 角度控制杆 的最佳结构是弧形, 且角度控制杆上具有若干定位孔, 通过定位销定位, 如图 15所示, 这样的改进是为了进入购物场所时收起悬臂 21 , 减少购物 篮架整体长度, 增加购物篮架在购物场所内移动的灵活性, 同时也适应骑 车人的人体伸展舒适度要求, 折叠悬臂脚踏驱动结构可以让骑车人恰到好 处地伸展人体、 协调四肢。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述驱动装置为轮毂电机驱动结构。 这样 的改进是车辆外观最整洁的, 因为减少了诸多机械驱动和传动装置。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述驱动装置为内燃机驱动结构。 这样的 改进具有长距离运输的优点, 克服了人力、 电池皆不持久的动力问题。
还可以做这样的优先改进: 所述折叠购物篮架包括一排支撑对轮, 以 快拆装结构安装在一个传统自行车后部, 传统自行车前后部分以快拆装对 接结构 7相连。 这样的纵向可拆装三排轮结构改进, 既单纯的前两排轮可 以作为传统自行车使用, 也可以单纯的后两排轮作为购物车推行, 还可以 整体三排轮作为运输车骑行。
还可以做这样的优先改进:所述折叠购物篮架包括 X型折叠购物篮架 18, 所述自行车后部快拆装结构是这样的, 其 X型折叠购物篮架的一侧矩 形折叠框上、 下肢横杆 22以合页抱箍方式连接在座椅杆 42上。 这样的改 进是最筒单的快拆装连接结构,当然合页抱箍可以被其他快连接方式替代, 可以方便地安装在现有小轮自行车上, 当然这样的折叠购物篮架以类似方 式, 也可以安装在自行车车头前部, 具有基本相同的效果。
还可以做这样的优先改进:所述折叠购物篮架包括 X型折叠购物篮架 18, 所述自行车后部快拆装结构是这样的, 其 X型折叠购物篮架 18的一 侧矩形折叠框上肢横杆 22以合页抱箍方式连接在座椅杆 42上, 同侧矩形 折叠框下肢横杆 22中间断开,断口处两端分别以管轴 7 插方式与驱动轮轮 轴 45两端相连接。 如图 17所示, 当然此处的合页抱箍也可以被其他类似 连接方式代替, 此处的脚踏驱动也可以被轮毂电驱动代替, 这样的改进是 本发明最优组合结构之一。

Claims

1、 一种折叠购物车, 其特征在于: 包括骑行座椅、 具有轮子的可纵向 折叠的购物篮架、 转向装置; 所述购物篮架可绕折叠轴纵向在一折叠位置 与展开位置之间转换, 还有将购物篮架锁定在展开状态的锁止装置, 前后 纵向排列至少有两排轮, 其中之一为具有驱动装置的驱动轮, 其余排为支 撑轮, 驱动轮和支撑轮至少其中之一排是左右对称布置的对轮。
2、一种如权利要求 1所权述的折叠购物车, 其特征在于: 所述购物篮架 包括一个后端固定平面, 固定平面下端具有驱动轮, 竖向折叠轴分列固定 利 _
平面左右, 支撑轮位于可左右折叠的 1活动折叠面前下端。

4、一种如权利要求 1所述的折叠购物车, 其特征在于: 所述购物篮架 包括一个后端固定平面, 固定平面下端具有驱动轮, 活动折叠面借助若干 折叠轴以平移方式前后折叠, 平移活动折叠面下端具有支撑轮。
5、一种如权利要求 1所述的折叠购物车, 其特征在于: 所述折叠轴是 横轴, 分立于后端固定平面上下, 活动折叠面与后端固定平面之间是一侧 视平行四边形。
6、一种如权利要求 1所述的折叠购物车, 其特征在于: 所述锁止装置 为位于纵向两排轮之间的侧视可变三角形结构, 以若干个横轴为枢接点, 通过杆连接构成一个侧视三角形杆结构, 三角形之其中一边长度可变并保 持锁定状态, 分别对应购物篮架的折叠状态与展开状态。
7、一种如权利要求 1所述的折叠购物车, 其特征在于: 所述购物篮架 包括一个可绕连接折叠轴折叠的 X型购物篮架, 支撑轮直接安装在前下端 即前下肢上, 驱动轮位于后端。
8、一种如权利要求 1所述的折叠购物车, 其特征在于: 所述购物篮架 为悬臂篮架, 所述购物篮架包括一个后端固定平面, 固定平面下端具有轮 子, 悬臂折叠购物篮架借助折叠轴前后纵向折叠, 所述转向装置包括位于 后端固定面上的竖向转向杆, 竖向转向杆纵向向前延伸出一纵向杆, 纵向 杆另一端头安装有驱动轮, 构成纵向二排轮结构, 纵向杆两端之一以竖向 轴套方式与竖向转向杆或者驱动轮轮叉枢接。
9、一种如权利要求 8所述的折叠购物车, 其特征在于: 所述纵向杆与 竖向转向杆之间为快拆装结构连接, 支撑轮左右对称布置。
10、 一种如权利要求 8所述的折叠购物车, 其特征在于: 所述悬臂前 下端具有支撑轮, 构成纵向三排轮结构, 所述纵向杆与竖向转向杆之间为 快拆装结构连接。
11、 一种如权利要求 1至 7任一所述的折叠购物车, 其特征在于: 所 述转向装置位于支撑轮上。
12、 一种如权利要求 11所述的折叠购物车, 其特征在于: 所述支撑轮 的竖向轮叉以竖向轴套方式枢接在所述折叠购物篮架前下端上, 竖向轮叉 上具有横向转向柄, 转向柄以线操纵方式被左右摇摆控制。
13、 一种如权利要求 2至 5任一所述的折叠购物车, 其特征在于: 所 述转向装置包括立于后端固定面的竖向转向杆, 所述驱动轮连接到竖向转 向杆上, 所述竖向转向杆与所述后端固定面及驱动轮的连接, 其中之一是 竖向轴套的枢接结构。
14、一种如权利要求 13所述的折叠购物车, 其特征在于: 所述竖向转 向杆向前延伸出一纵向杆, 其端头还有支撑轮, 构成纵向三排结构。
15、一种如权利要求 14所述的折叠购物车, 其特征在于: 所述纵向杆 与竖向转向杆之间为快拆装结构连接。
16、 一种如权利要求 7所述的折叠购物车, 其特征在于: 所述驱动轮 直接安装在 X型购物篮架后下端上, 即后下肢上。
17、 一种如权利要求 7所述的折叠购物车, 其特征在于: 所述驱动轮 安装在竖向锁止杆上, X型购物篮架后上下肢以横轴套方式枢接于竖向锁 止杆。
18、 一种如权利要求 16所述的折叠购物车, 其特征在于: 所述 X型 购物篮架后上下肢以横轴套方式枢接于竖向锁止杆。
19、 一种如权利要求 17或 18所述的折叠购物车, 其特征在于: 所述 转向装置包括竖向锁止杆向前延伸出一纵向杆, 纵向杆另一端头具有第三 支撑轮, 构成纵向三排轮结构, 纵向杆两端之一以竖向轴套方式与竖向锁 止杆或者第三轮轮叉枢接。
20、一种如权利要求 19所述的折叠购物车, 其特征在于: 所述纵向杆 与竖向锁止杆之间为快拆装结构连接。
21、一种如权利要求 19所述的折叠购物车, 其特征在于: 所述中间驱 动轮与第三轮互换, 纵向杆端头变为第三排驱动轮, 中间轮变为支撑轮。
22、一种如权利要求 19所述的折叠购物车, 其特征在于: 所述竖向锁 止杆两端之横轴套可沿 X型购物篮架后上下肢横杆横向滑动。
23、 一种如权利要求 7所述的折叠购物车, 其特征在于: 所述 X型购 物篮架之前上肢长度为零。
24、 一种如权利要求 7所述的折叠购物车, 其特征在于: 所述 X型购 物篮架之折叠轴轴孔有两个, 分列于其中之一长折叠框中点上下, 另二短 折叠框以其端头折叠轴交叉地枢接其上。
25、 一种如权利要求 7所述的折叠购物车, 其特征在于: 所述 X型购 物篮架之连接折叠轴为平行双轴, 分别枢接于两个折叠框上, 平行双轴之 间以短 相连。
26、 一种如权利要求 7所述的折叠购物车, 其特征在于: 所述 X型购 物篮架之折叠轴一端安装在平行置于折叠框上的弹簧緩沖结构上。
27、 一种如权利要求 17或 18所述的折叠购物车, 其特征在于: 所述 横轴套上还具有与竖向锁止杆活动连接的竖向轴套, 形成十字型轴套。
28、 一种如权利要求 17或 18所述的折叠购物车, 其特征在于: 所述 横轴套是合页抱箍, 可开合地枢接 X型购物篮架一侧上下肢横杆。
29、 一种如权利要求 17或 18所述的折叠购物车, 其特征在于: 所述 竖向锁止杆分上下两段, 中间采用一个快拆装对接结构相连。
30、 一种如权利要求 17或 18所述的折叠购物车, 其特征在于: 所述 竖向锁止杆是一个伸缩杆。

36、 一种如权利要求 17或 18所述的折叠购物车, 其特征在于: 所述 折叠购物车具有骑行座椅位置变换结构。
