如图 2和图 3所示,散装机除了包括如上文所述的内锥斗 3和外锥斗 2 之外, 通常还包括连接环 5和柔性套 6, 内锥斗 3设置在所述外锥斗 2内, 所述连接环 5与所述内锥斗 3固定连接并设置在所述外锥斗 2的上方, 所 述连接环 5与所述外锥斗 2通过所述柔性套 6连接。连接环 5通过钢丝绳 8 等与吊装机构 (图中未示出) 连接。 工作时, 吊装机构通过钢丝绳 8使外 锥斗 2和内锥斗 3—起下放, 使得外锥斗 2的锥面外侧面与运输设备的进 料孔(图中未示出)贴合, 随着钢丝绳 8继续下放, 柔性套 6 (例如可以由 帆布制成) 收缩, 内锥斗 3继续下降至预定位置, 内锥斗 3停止移动, 以 便开始为运输设备装料。
为了对内锥斗 3的下降位置进行定位, 通常为内锥斗 3设置下限位装 置。 在现有技术中, 下限位装置通常包括内置式的传感器, 即限位器安装 在内锥斗 3的外壁上, 位于外锥斗 2内。 当传感器的触头与外锥斗 2的锥 面内侧面接触时, 表示内锥斗 3 已经下降到了预定位置。 这种下限位装置 由于设置在外锥斗 2 内部, 因此安装、 调试都不方便, 而且采用传感器与 锥面触碰的方式, 可靠性差, 易失灵。
因此优选地, 本发明的散装机设置的下限位装置包括传感器 71和限位 块 72,所述限位块 72固定在所述连接环 5和所述外锥斗 2中的一者的外壁 上, 所述传感器 71固定在所述连接环 5和所述外锥斗 2中的另一者的外壁 上。 从而, 当外锥斗 2 的锥面外侧面与运输设备的进料孔 (图中未示出) 贴合而内锥斗 3继续下降时, 即内锥斗 3相对于外锥斗 2向下运动时, 传 感器 71和限位块 72也相互靠近地移动, 当传感器 71与限位块 72相互接 触时, 表示内锥斗 3 已经下降到了预定位置。 这种下限位装置安装在外锥 斗 2和连接环 5的外侧, 从而易于安装和调试, 而且采用传感器 71与限位 块 72相互触碰的方式, 因此可靠性较好, 不易失灵。
在未经明确的相反说明的情况下, 本说明书上下文中以及权利要求书 中所述的 "固定"都可以是直接固定, 也可以是间接固定, BP , 限位块 72 可以直接或间接地固定在所述连接环 5和所述外锥斗 2中的一者的外壁上, 传感器 71可以直接或间接地固定在所述连接环 5和所述外锥斗 2中的另一 者的外壁上。 如上文所述, 所述限位块 72和传感器 71分别固定在所述连接环 5和 所述外锥斗 2的外壁上, 在一种具体的实施方式中, 所述传感器 71固定在 所述连接环 5的外壁上, 所述限位块 72固定在所述外锥斗 2的外壁上。 当 然也可以相反, 传感器 71固定在外锥斗 2的外壁上, 而限位块 72固定在 连接环 5的外壁上。
优选地, 如图 3所示, 所述下限位装置还可以包括安装杆 73, 所述限 位块 72可拆卸地固定 (例如通过螺栓固定) 在所述安装杆 73上, 所述安 装杆 73固定在所述连接环 5和所述外锥斗 2中的所述一者(例如外锥斗 2) 的外壁上, 并朝所述另一者(例如连接环 5 )延伸。 从而, 通过调节限位块 72在安装杆 73上的安装位置, 可以方便地调节内锥斗 3下降的预定位置。
更优选地, 如图 3所示, 所述下限位装置还可以包括引导所述安装杆 73的引导件, 该引导件固定在所述连接环 5和所述外锥斗 2中的所述另一 者(例如连接环 5 )上。 从而内锥斗 3相对于外锥斗 2向下运动时, 该引导 件可以引导安装杆 73的移动, 以确保内锥斗 3和外锥斗 2的相对同心。 所 述引导件可以为各种适当的形状和结构, 作为一种简单而易于安装的方式, 所述引导件可以为滑轮 74, 所述安装杆 73可以设置在滑轮 74的滑槽内。 滑轮 74可以方便地例如通过销轴进行安装。
以上结合附图详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式, 但是, 本发明并不 限于上述实施方式中的具体细节, 在本发明的技术构思范围内, 可以对本 发明的技术方案进行多种简单变型, 这些简单变型均属于本发明的保护范 围。
另外需要说明的是, 在上述具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体技术特 征, 在不矛盾的情况下, 可以通过任何合适的方式进行组合。 为了避免不 必要的重复, 本发明对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。
此外, 本发明的各种不同的实施方式之间也可以进行任意组合, 只要 其不违背本发明的思想, 其同样应当视为本发明所公开的内容。

权利要求
1、 一种散装机, 该散装机包括外锥斗(2)、 内锥斗(3)、 连接环(5)、 柔性套 (6) 和所述内锥斗 (3) 的下限位装置, 所述内锥斗 (3) 设置在所 述外锥斗 (2) 内, 所述连接环 (5) 与所述内锥斗 (3) 固定连接并设置在 所述外锥斗 (2) 的上方, 所述连接环 (5) 与所述外锥斗 (2) 通过所述柔 性套 (6) 连接, 其特征在于, 所述下限位装置包括传感器 (71) 和限位块
(72), 所述限位块 (72) 固定在所述连接环 (5) 和所述外锥斗 (2) 中的 一者的外壁上, 所述传感器(71)固定在所述连接环(5)和所述外锥斗(2) 中的另一者的外壁上。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的散装机, 其特征在于, 所述下限位装置还包 括安装杆 (73), 所述限位块 (72) 可拆卸地固定在所述安装杆 (73) 上, 所述安装杆 (73) 固定在所述连接环 (5) 和所述外锥斗 (2) 中的所述一 者的外壁上, 并朝所述另一者延伸。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的散装机, 其特征在于, 所述下限位装置还包 括引导所述安装杆 (73) 的引导件, 该引导件固定在所述连接环 (5) 和所 述外锥斗 (2) 中的所述另一者上。
4、根据权利要求 3所述的散装机,其特征在于,所述引导件为滑轮 (74), 所述安装杆 (73) 设置在所述滑轮 (74) 的滑槽内。
5、 根据权利要求 1至 4中任意一项所述的散装机, 其特征在于, 所述 传感器 (71) 固定在所述连接环 (5) 的外壁上, 所述限位块 (72) 固定在 所述外锥斗 (2) 的外壁上。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 4中任意一项所述的散装机, 其特征在于, 该散 装机还包括料位计, 该料位计包括料位计主体 (11)、 感应件 (12) 以及连 接在该料位计主体 (11) 和感应件 (12) 之间的连接杆 (13), 所述料位计 主体(11)固定到所述内锥斗(3)上, 所述感应件(12)从所述内锥斗(3) 伸出, 并且所述连接杆 (13) 为长度可调式杆。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的料位计, 其特征在于, 所述连接杆 (13) 包 括可拆卸地连接的多个杆段 (131)。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的料位计, 其特征在于, 所述连接杆 (13) 还 包括连接套 (132), 相邻两个所述杆段 (131) 通过所述连接套 (132) 可 拆卸地连接。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的料位计, 其特征在于, 所述杆段 (131) 与 所述连接套 (132) 通过开口销连接。
10、 根据权利要求 6所述的散装机, 其特征在于, 所述散装机还包括 料位计安装座 (4), 所述料位计主体 (11) 通过所述料位计安装座 (4) 固 定到所述内锥斗 (3) 上。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的散装机, 其特征在于, 所述料位计安装座 (4) 为空心的锥台形, 所述料位计主体 (11) 固定在该锥台形的料位计安 装座 (4) 的顶面上方。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的散装机, 其特征在于, 所述锥台形的料位 计安装座 (4) 的侧面通过固定件固定到所述内锥斗 (3) 上。
