Abstract
본 발명은 인터컬레이터가 컨쥬게이트된 금속 나노입자를 이용한 핵산의 검출방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로, 기판 상에 DNA 프로브가 고정된 DNA칩에 목적핵산을 포함하는 시료를 적용시킨 다음, 이중나선 핵산과 결합하는 인컬레이터가 컨쥬게이트된 금속 나노입자를 반응시킨 후 금속 인핸싱 용액(enhancing solution)을 반응시켜서 상기 금속 나노입자의 크기를 증폭하여 육안으로 목적핵산을 검출하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 핵산의 검출방법은 인터컬레이터가 컨쥬게이트된 금속 나노입자를 이용함으로써, 다른 어떠한 장비 없이도 육안으로 핵산 검출이 가능하여 기존의 검출 방식보다 검출 시간 및 분석 비용이 절감되는 효과뿐만 아니라 장치의 소형화가 가능하여 가축 농장이나 가정 등에서 현장 진단이 가능하다는 장점이 있다.
