- step S21 ordering of tablet patterns for pattern matching is performed.
- step S22 to S25 pattern matching is performed inside the medicine pack image 33g of FIG. 11 using the tablet pattern C having the smallest tablet pattern area, and the tablet regions 54a, 55a subjected to the pattern matching are determined. Then, the tablet areas 54a and 55a that are pattern-matched to the tablet pattern C are deleted, and a new medicine pack image 33h for search is created.
- FIG. 12 shows a medicine pack image 33h for search. Since the counted number of tablet areas of the tablet pattern C matches the number of tablets of the tablet pattern C of the packing pattern information 27, the audit code of the tablet pattern C is changed to "processed". In the progress check step S25, since it is determined that there is a tablet pattern whose audit code is "unprocessed", the process proceeds to the matching step S22.
- the tablet inspection unit 16 performs pattern matching inside the medicine pack image 33h for search of FIG. 12 using the tablet pattern Bha having the second smallest tablet pattern area. However, since there is no tablet area having a pattern matching with the tablet pattern Bha in the medicine pack image 33h for searching, the number of counted tablet areas of the tablet pattern Bha is zero.
- the tablet inspection unit 16 creates a new medicine pack image for search by deleting the tablet area detected from the medicine pack image 33h for search. However, here, since there is no detected tablet area, the medicine pack image for searching is the same as the medicine pack image 33h of FIG.
- the tablet inspection unit 16 sets the black area of the area smaller than the reference area inside the medicine pack image 33h for search with the selected tablet pattern Bha area as the reference area. By detecting as a candidate, a plurality of broken tablet area candidates are searched.
- FIG. 12 shows an example of the broken tablet area candidates 61 and 62.
- the tablet inspection unit 16 obtains the area of each of the broken tablet region candidates 61 and 62, adds up the areas, and obtains the total area.
- the tablet inspection unit 16 compares the total area with the reference area of the tablet pattern Bha, and determines whether they match (or nearly match). Here, since the total area is in the range of 90 to 110% of the reference area, the tablet inspection unit 16 determines that both are in agreement.
- the broken tablet area candidates 61 and 62 are broken tablet areas of the tablet pattern Bha. Since the total area of the broken tablet area candidates 61 and 62 is approximately one tablet area, the tablet area of the tablet pattern Bha is counted as one.
- the tablet inspection unit 16 synthesizes the shapes of the broken tablet region candidates 61 and 62 used in the total, and pattern matching the synthesized shape with the tablet pattern Bha makes the synthesized shape coincide with the tablet pattern Bha. You may check the In general, there is only one odd-shaped tablet of the same type enclosed in the medicine package 13, and if the irregular-shaped tablet is broken, irregular-shaped tablets can be counted by the above-mentioned method. In addition, even when two odd-shaped tablets corresponding to the tablet pattern of the same odd-shaped tablet are broken, counting can be performed by repeating the same method.
- the tablet inspection unit 16 deletes the broken tablet area candidates 61 and 62 determined to be the tablet pattern Bha in the breakage detection step S26 from the medicine pack image 33h for searching, Create a new drug pack image for search.
- the new search drug package image for search is used for pattern matching of the subsequent tablet pattern.
- the tablet inspection unit 16 counts the number of tablet areas (here, one) of the tablet pattern Bha counted in the breakage detection step S26 and the insufficient number calculated in the tablet number inspection step S24 (here Let's compare with 1).
- the tablet inspection unit 16 changes the inspection code of the tablet pattern Bha from "unprocessed” to "processed", and proceeds to the progress check step S25.
- the tablet dividing unit 14 when the tablet division unit 14 has a tablet division function, the effect of the inspection is particularly large.
- the tablet dividing unit 14 mechanically divides the standard-shaped tablet B into halves based on the packing instruction information 26 of the packing instruction unit 11 to obtain an irregular-shaped tablet.
- Create B The tablet dispensing unit 12 mechanically encloses the prepared irregular shaped tablet B in the medicine package 13. In a very rare case, it may occur that the tablet dividing portion 14 fails to divide the standard shape tablet B and the medicine package 13 is sealed with the standard shape tablet B instead of the irregular shape tablet B. is there.
- the medicine package inspection system 10 of the first embodiment since the inspection including the shape of the irregular shaped tablet is performed, it is assumed that the standard shape tablet B is contained in the medicine package 13 instead of the irregular shape tablet B. , That mismatch can be detected. When a mismatch is detected, for example, the medicine package inspection system 10 stops the audit and displays an alarm on the display unit 18.
- the tablet inspection unit 16 in the medicine package inspection system 10 obtains a standard-shaped tablet pattern of the type of tablet included in the packing instruction information 26 from the tablet information holding unit 20 and instructs the packing instruction.
- the irregular shape tablet pattern of the irregular shape tablet is generated.
- the tablet inspection unit 16 creates the irregular shaped tablet pattern Bha by dividing the standard shape tablet pattern B in half in the a direction based on the packing instruction information 26. Therefore, the tablet information holding unit 20 only needs to hold only standard-shaped tablet patterns for various tablets, which facilitates creation of a database.
- the tablet inspection unit 16 generates the irregular shaped tablet pattern by dividing the standard shape tablet pattern based on the number of divisions included in the packing instruction information 26 and the division direction. Therefore, it is possible to generate an irregular shaped tablet pattern whose shape is accurate, and the accuracy of pattern matching of the irregular shaped tablet is improved.
- the tablet inspection unit 16 divides the standard shape tablet pattern B into half in the a direction and 1 ⁇ 2 in the irregular shape tablet pattern Bha and b direction. A divided irregular shaped tablet pattern Bhb may be created, and a tablet area that is pattern-matched to each pattern may be detected.
- the tablet inspection unit 16 in the medicine package inspection system 10 first determines a tablet area to be pattern-matched to the irregular shaped tablet pattern in the medicine package image for search. Then, every time a tablet area to be pattern-matched to the irregular shaped tablet pattern is determined, a new search medicine pack image is generated by deleting the determined tablet area from the search medicine pack image. . And the tablet inspection part 16 detects the tablet area
- the tablet packing section 12 divides a tablet into a medicine pack body
- the tablet dividing section 14 divides a standard shaped tablet into a modified shaped tablet, and the divided shaped tablet and other standard shaped tablets
- the tablets are dropped together by gravity and placed in the medicine package.
- the tablet dispensing unit 12 mechanically seals the medicine package after putting together a plurality of types of tablets for taking by one patient at a time into the medicine package.
- the irregular shaped tablet is made by mechanically dividing the standard shaped tablet into 1 ⁇ 2 or 1 ⁇ 4, and therefore it is much more brittle than the standard shaped tablet. Therefore, breakage of the irregular shaped tablet enclosed in the medicine package often occurs.
- the number of black regions in the medicine package image is larger than that in the case where the broken irregular shaped tablet is not enclosed in the medicine package.
- the method of counting and auditing the number of black regions in the medicine package image can not accurately grasp the number of tablets in the medicine package.
- the tablet inspection unit 16 in the medicine package inspection system uses the packing pattern information as the number of tablet areas whose pattern matches the irregular shaped tablet pattern detected in the medicine package image for search. If the number is smaller than the number of tablets of the irregular shaped tablet pattern shown, a broken tablet area candidate having an area area smaller than the tablet pattern area of the irregular shaped tablet pattern is detected in the medicine pack image for searching. Further, the tablet inspection unit 16 determines whether or not the total area obtained by summing (pluraling a plurality of area areas of the broken tablet area candidates) and the tablet pattern area of the irregular shaped tablet pattern match each other.
- the tablet inspection unit 16 generates an irregularly shaped tablet pattern by combining a plurality of broken tablet area candidates when the synthetic area of the plurality of broken tablet area candidates is substantially the same as the tablet pattern area of the irregularly shaped tablet pattern. And are detected as a tablet area to be pattern-matched. Thereby, the tablet inspection part 16 can carry out an accurate audit including the shape of the irregular shaped tablet even when the irregular shaped tablet is broken. In addition, although it is a very rare case, also when a standard shape tablet is damaged, an exact audit can be performed similarly.
- the tablet inspection unit 16 in the medicine package inspection system 10 performs pattern matching in order from the tablet pattern having the smallest tablet pattern area, errors in pattern matching of the tablet pattern are reduced, and accurate inspection is possible. It will be possible. This will be described. For example, it is assumed that pattern matching is performed from a standard-shaped tablet A having a large tablet pattern area. Since the tablet pattern A area of the tablet pattern A of the standard shape tablet A is larger than the tablet pattern area of the other tablets, when the other tablets are densely packed in the medicine package 13, the dense blocks are put together into one. Pattern matching is likely to occur as a tablet area. Therefore, when other tablets are densely packed in the medicine package 13, an error in the inspection result is likely to occur. Thus, contrary to the present embodiment, if pattern matching is performed from a tablet pattern having a large tablet pattern area, an error in the test result may occur.
- the tablet inspection unit 16 in the medicine package inspection system 10 performs pattern matching from a tablet pattern having a small tablet pattern area, if the target tablet is broken, the broken tablet region candidate is The number of broken tablets can be reduced, and the broken tablet area can be accurately selected in a short time. This will be described. For example, assuming that one of the two standard-shaped tablets A is broken assuming that the pattern matching is performed from the standard-shaped tablet A having a large tablet pattern area, a normal standard shape using the tablet pattern A One tablet area of the tablet A can be detected. However, since the broken standard-shaped tablet A can not be detected as it is, it is necessary to search for broken tablet area candidates.
- the tablet inspection unit 16 in the medicine package inspection system 10 is configured to repeatedly perform the following (a) and (b) in order from the tablet pattern having the smallest tablet pattern area.
- (A) The number of tablets corresponding to the tablet pattern is counted by detecting from the medicine pack image for searching a tablet region which is pattern-matched to the tablet pattern.
- (B) A new drug pack image for search is generated by deleting the tablet area detected from the drug pack image for search.
