Description
A. Kayou, M. Hatano, Studies in Surface Science and Catalysis 112, (1997), 473).
Fig. 1 ein Röntgendiffraktogramm des Beispiels 1; und
Fig. 2 ein Röntgendiffraktogramm des Beispiels 2.
Beugungswinkeln (2Θ) 26,0 ± 0,5 (h) , 27,1 ± 0,5 (i), 7,8 ± 0,5 (k) und 28,0 ± 0,5 (1) liegen.
Ri = Ph / (Ph + Pi) ) > 0,3, bevorzugt > 0,33 und besonders bevorzugt > 0,36; und/oder
R2 = Pi / (Pi + Pi) > 0,5, bevorzugt > 0,6 und besonders
bevorzugt > 0,63; und/oder
R3 = Pi / (Pi + Pk) < 0,8, bevorzugt < 0,7, besonders bevorzugt < 0,67.
b = 0,18 oder 0, 195
c = 0,18 oder 0, 196
d = 0,07 oder 0,08
e = 0,0375
f = 0 oder 0,02 und
In weiteren
Kohlenstoff in geringen Restmengen enthalten.
Rietveld-Rechnung (Rietveld, H.M.; A profile refinement method for molecular and magnetic structures, J. Appl . Cryst. 2
A profile refinement method for molecular and magnetic structures, J. Appl .
Die Auswertung folgte folgender Berechnung: w(E* in Prozent) = ß (E*-Messwert in mg/1) x V(Messkolben in 1) x 100 / m(Einwaage in mg) (E*= jeweiliges Element) . 4. Thermogravimetrie

Fig. 1 zeigt ein XRD-Diffraktogramm des Beispiels 1,
beispielsweise folgende charakteristische
IntensitätsVerhältnisse: Rl = P4 / (P4 + P5) = 0, 48
R2 = P5 / (P5 + P6) = 0,64
R3 = P5 / (P5 + P2) = 0,60
Rl = P4 / (P4 + P5) = 0,37
R2 = P5 / (P5 + P6) = 0,64
R3 = P5 / (P5 + P2) = 0,66.
