During reverse power flow, the AC / DC conversion circuit 610 converts DC power from the DC / AC conversion circuit 620 into AC power and outputs the AC power to the disconnecting device 500.
- the DC / AC conversion circuit 620 is provided on the system power line 11, converts DC power from the AC / DC conversion circuit 610 into AC power, and outputs the AC power to the distribution board 300. During reverse power flow, the DC / AC conversion circuit 620 converts AC power from the distribution board 300 into DC power and outputs the DC power to the AC / DC conversion circuit 610.
- the storage battery 630 is connected to a connection point p4 between the AC / DC conversion circuit 610 and the DC / AC conversion circuit 620.
- Storage battery 630 charges DC power at connection point p4.
- the storage battery 630 discharges the charged DC power when the system 10 is blacked out or unstable.
- the DC / AC conversion circuit 620 converts the DC power discharged by the storage battery 630 into AC power and outputs the AC power. Thereby, even at the time of a power failure of the system 10 or when power is unstable, stable power supply is performed until the storage battery 630 is exhausted.
- FIG. 3 is an operation flowchart of the power supply system according to the present embodiment. Here, an operation when a power failure or an unstable power state occurs in the grid 10 when both the power generation units of the SOFC unit 100 and the PV unit 200 are operating will be described.
- step S101 a power failure or an unstable power state occurs in the system 10.
- the UPS 600 operates at the timing when a power failure or an unstable power state occurs in the system 10 to supply power.
- the storage battery 630 discharges the charged DC power
- the DC / AC conversion circuit 620 converts the DC power discharged by the storage battery 630 into AC power, via the system power line 11.
- Output to distribution board 300 a part of the output power of the UPS 600 is supplied to the PV PCS 220 through the PV power line 13.
- the power supplied here is a parameter that serves as a reference for the active method detection method in the isolated operation prevention function, such as the current, voltage, phase, frequency, etc. from the system 10 before the occurrence of a power failure or power instability. Are substantially matched. Therefore, the PV PCS 220 does not recognize the power failure or power instability state of the system 10 due to the power supply from the UPS 600 and does not operate the isolated operation prevention function.
- part of the output power of the UPS 600 is supplied to the SOFC / PCS 120 via the system power line 11, the intermediate power line 15, the path changeover switch 321, and the SOFC power line 12. Therefore, the SOFC / PCS 120 does not recognize the power outage or power instability state of the grid 10 due to the power supply from the UPS 600 and does not operate the isolated operation prevention function.
- step S103 the disconnection device 500 provided on the system 10 side from the UPS 600 recognizes a power failure or unstable power state of the system 10, and disconnects the SOFC unit 100 and the PV unit 200 from the system 10. Specifically, in disconnecting device 500, when control unit 530 determines that a power failure or an unstable power state has occurred in system 10, control unit 530 controls switch 510 to disconnect system power line 11. In addition, the control unit 530 outputs a notification to the route switching unit 320 via a communication line with the route switching unit 320.
- step S104 the path switching unit 320 switches the power supply path as described above in response to the notification from the disconnecting device 500.
- the output power of the SOFC / PCS 120 is supplied to the PV / PCS 220 via the SOFC power line 12, the path switch 321, the SOFC / PV link line 322, and the PV power line 13. Therefore, even if the power supply from the UPS 600 is interrupted, the PV power PCS 220 does not recognize the power failure or power instability state of the system 10 due to the power supply from the SOFC power PCS 120 and does not activate the isolated operation prevention function.
- the output power of the PV PCS 220 is supplied to the SOFC PCS 120 via the PV power line 13, the SOFC / PV cooperation line 322, the path changeover switch 321, and the SOFC power line 12. Therefore, even if the power supply from the UPS 600 is interrupted, the SOFC / PCS 120 does not recognize the power outage or power instability state of the system 10 due to the power supply from the PV / PCS 220 and does not activate the isolated operation prevention function.
- step S105 both the power generation units of the SOFC unit 100 and the PV unit 200 continue to operate without operating the single operation prevention function.
- the path switching unit 320 supplies the output power of the SOFC unit 100 to the PV unit 200 and supplies the output power of the PV unit 200 to the SOFC unit 100 when the system 10 is out of power or unstable.
- the power supply path is switched.
- each of the SOFC unit 100 and the PV unit 200 does not recognize a power outage or an unstable power state of the grid 10 due to power supply from the other power generation unit.
- the operation can be continued without operating the individual operation prevention function of each power generation unit.
- the UPS 600 since the UPS 600 supplies power when the system 10 is out of power or when power is unstable, the UPS 600 operates even when it takes time to switch the power supply path by the path switching unit 320. By performing the switching within a certain period, time for performing the switching can be secured.
- the disconnecting device 500 disconnects the SOFC unit 100 and the PV unit 200 from the system 10 when the system 10 is out of power or unstable. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the SOFC unit 100 and the PV unit 200 from being operated independently even when the SOFC unit 100 and the PV unit 200 continue to operate at the time of power failure of the system 10 or power instability.
- the SOFC unit 100 generates power with a power generation amount that matches the total power consumption amount of the load 400 so as not to perform reverse power flow based on the current value measured by the current sensor 310. It was.
- the SOFC unit 100 performs a constant output operation at the rated output power when the system 10 has a power failure or power is unstable.
- the surplus power (surplus power) may occur in the total output power of the SOFC unit 100 and the PV unit 200 with respect to the total power consumption of the load 400, the surplus power can be charged in the storage battery 630 of the UPS 600. .
- the power consumption of the load 400 can be more reliably covered. Further, the storage battery 630 can be used without wasting power generated by generating power by charging surplus power obtained by subtracting the total power consumption of the load 400 from the total output power of the SOFC unit 100 and the PV unit 200.
- the output power of the SOFC unit 100 can be increased to the rated power even when the load following capability of the SOFC unit 100 is low. Therefore, the power generation efficiency of the SOFC unit 100 is increased, and a decrease in load followability of the SOFC unit 100 can be suppressed.
- FIG. 4 is a block diagram of a power supply system according to this modification.
- the power supply system includes a HEMS (Home Energy Management System) 700 for managing power in the consumer.
- the HEMS 700 manages and displays the power consumption amount of the load 400, and performs control for power saving on the load 400.
- the HEMS 700 has communication lines with the power meter 800 on the system power line 11, with the UPS 600, and with the load 400.
- the HEMS 700 corresponds to a control device that controls the load 400.
- the HEMS 700 purchases power from the system 10 when disconnecting by the disconnecting device 500 (or immediately before) (that is, the total power consumption of the load 400> the total output power of the SOFC unit 100 and the PV unit 200). ) In the case of confirming the remaining amount of electricity stored in the storage battery 630 of the UPS 600, so that the total amount of power consumed by the load 400 ⁇ the total amount of output power of the SOFC unit 100 and the PV unit 200 until the amount of remaining electricity is exhausted. The total power consumption of the load 400 is reduced.
- the total power consumption of the load 400 can be more reliably covered by the total output power amount of the SOFC unit 100 and the PV unit 200 when the system 10 is blacked out or the power is unstable.
- the combination of SOFC unit 100 and PV unit 200 was illustrated as a plurality of different power generation units (power generation devices), it is not limited to this combination, and includes a combination including a wind power generation unit and a storage battery unit. It is good also as a combination.
- the present invention may be applied to a power supply system including at least two power generation units as long as the power supply system includes at least two different power generation units.
