Definitions
- This Invention refers to a set of taxes that are used as a roof for porches, patios or other outdoor spaces that are to be covered or discovered according to seasonality or weather conditions, as well as smoke output in case of emergencies in shopping centers, subways and even fire exit or entrance in case of fire. It brings to this type of important things that come to solve problems not solved until now, incorporating significant advantages over what is already known.
- the first novelty consists in having devised a collapsible system whereby the leaves of the montera are opened by accordion collapsing above their guides. This implies that the leaves as they move towards the opening end of the montera also rise above the guides, thereby achieving an extraordinary reduction in the space occupied once the montera is opened. The end result is a complete, diaphanous, unobstructed opening.
- the leaves of the montera object of this invention rely on their glues on skates provided with bearings, the four guarantee that the movement is carried out in a smooth way, these bearings being also provided with a nylon tread that minimizes the displacement noise.
- This has resolved problems of friction, friction and wear of parts caused by the sliding of the blades without bearings.
- mats were placed under the friction guides to achieve a good insulation, depositing on the mats all the weight of the leaves and resulting in that soon the leaves got stuck or simply did not move through the stiffness of the mats.
- the maximum width of the sheets in these known mounts could not exceed 130 cm., Since exceeding this width the weight of the leaves would prevent their movement on the mats, this being one of the most pronounced defects, since to cover a patio, for example, 6 meters long, by 4 meters wide, three glues would have to be mounted across the roof of the patio, plus two that would have to be fixed to the wall, and place three sheets of which two would be movable and one of them fixed, allowing all this only a 60% opening.
- the proposed invention has its field of application in the mooring construction industry and particularly in the Motorized folding mooring industry.
- the document ES 1 015 514 U 6 refers to a mobile enclosure, for bilges, consisting of a framing structure consisting of two transverse clamping profiles, one rear mounted in a fixed place and the other front with function also of gutter , and at least two longitudinal rail beams, a plurality of cover plates, each with at least two guide skates for their movement by said longitudinal rail beams, stop means, travel limiters and drag means of manual or automatic operation to achieve guided displacement of the cover plates.
- the above displaces the cover plates by means of gliding skates on rail beams, not on bearings, and does not fold the plates, but remain horizontal.
- the disadvantages of this system are that the displacement without bearings ends up causing jams, seizures, breakages and not folding the plates the total opening surface is too small.
- Document ES 1 004 672 U 8 refers to outdoor covering and protection elements, which constitute a roof designed to be mounted on metal scaffolds and / or on auxiliary metal structures, whether light, tubular profile structures, which are adapt in each case to the different activities to protect and cover from the weather Inclemencias, being the sheet of plastic, canvas or fabric covering that constitutes the ceiling itself mounted on an own structure, formed by supports that are basically composed of three posts in the inner sections and by four posts in the outer sections of the roof, by braces or tensioners, slings and accessories for attachment, anchoring, fixing and tensioning; in each support of the structure itself, the main post of vertical position at its upper end contains a fastening accessory and at its lower part its free end constitutes one of the two feet that fit the scaffolding or the supporting auxiliary structure;
- This vertical central post has fixed parts that allow the union and articulation with two or three other posts depending on whether it is an inner support or an extreme support, which make up this structure, one of the aforementioned posts is of polygonal section and
- ES 2 220 858 T3 10 is a telescopic roof for zones, which includes a series of roof elements that can move along longitudinal lateral sliding tracks from an extended position in which they cover the area, towards a position removed in which occupy a small space, and vice versa, the cover elements including a pair of front legs and a pair of rear legs in engagement with the longitudinal lateral sliding tracks, the pair of front legs presenting a transverse distance that is different than the global transverse distance between the pair of rear legs, said roofing elements being identical to each other, and the longitudinal lateral sliding tracks, common to all the aforementioned cover elements, are a pair of parallel sliding tracks on each longitudinal side, each lateral track including an inner track and an outer track formed on opposite sides of the side track !, said tracks presenting course areas above them that are inclined and separated on the same side, so that identical cover elements can be arranged next to each other and overlapping in the retracted position.
- Document ES 1 021 106 U 8 refers to a structure for practicable roof enclosures, of the type that incorporates a rear profile or bottom profile, from which a plurality of rail beams, properly spaced apart, between which respective groups will play play of cover plates, retractable and slidably extendable, rail beams that converge on their front end on a frontal profile, in functions in addition to gutter, essentially characterized in that both the side rail beams, which only have to incorporate guides or slides in their internal face, as tees Intermediate rail beams, with sliding on both sides, are structured based on a single profile, profile provided with as many grooves or glues as cover plates play between two rafters, extending in opposition to these guides in two side and parallel partitions, one of which is finished off in a small recessed groove, outwardly oriented concavity and asymmetric branches, while the other does in a small inwardly orthogonally layered nerve and capable of interlocking in the aforementioned groove of another identical profile when two of them are mounted
- ES 2 323 824 B1 describes a sliding roof comprising fixed and parallel fixed profiles, formed by a central core and lateral branches distributed on both sides of the central core between which channels located at different levels are defined, fixed plates and mobiles formed by a frame consisting of an anterior profile, a posterior profile and two lateral profiles, and a sheet of preferably translucent or transparent material, in which the mobile plate additionally comprises rolling means for guided movement between the channels.
- a motor transmits its movement by means of a toothed belt to a connecting piece that is linked to the lower mobile plate to cause the sliding roof to move in the direction of opening or closing, the mobile plates being sized to facilitate their coupling between facing channels of parallel fixed profiles from the bottom of the roof without the rolling means and because the rolling means comprise two supports, then laterally attachable, by sliding on the lateral profiles of the movable plates, which incorporate horizontal wheels and wheels verticals that rotate in the channel of the fixed profile during the movement of the mobile plate.
- the motorized folding mount object of the present invention is constituted from base guides whose body is formed by a hollow tube through which a drag chain is displaced. In the lower part of the body of these guides are fixed along rivets or other means of fixing the glues of the "J" shaped sheets, inside of which the roller bearings are housed, serving of guiding the leaves in their displacement and folding and supporting the weight of the skates and the leaves until the moment of the closing of the montera.
- Drag glides are located in the upper part of the body of the base guide and are connected to it by welding cords or other means of connection, forming a "C" inside which a drag piece is housed and moved in the that the drive shaft is screwed, being fixed at its top a tube welded to the drag guide for the seat of an angle as a dropper that prevents any overflow of water inwards and staying on said angle, bands of neoprene that guarantee the eatanqueidad of the montera.
- the lateral part of the guide serves as a wall for the channeling of rainwater or morning dew collected by the mountain.
