Definitions
- the invention relates to an umbrella dewatering machine.
- the present invention also relates to a water immersion mechanism for holding an umbrella for dehydration in an umbrella dewatering machine.
- the umbrella dewatering machine Since the umbrella dewatering machine generates centrifugal force by rotating to remove the rainwater droplets from the umbrella, and realizes rapid automatic water removal, the umbrella must be pre-clamped in the rotatable water tank before the spin-drying, and set in the water tank by the cylinder or the motor. It is difficult to provide a power source for the clamping device, and it is impossible to transmit the pressure gas and the connection circuit between the fixed frame and the rotating water tank, that is, the clamping of the umbrella cannot be achieved. If the umbrella is not clamped, it will be offset in the rainwater, and it will be in an eccentric state, which will cause severe vibration and prevent the equipment from running smoothly. When rotating, the centrifugal force is outward, and the clamp needs to be tightened in the opposite direction.
- a centering clip assembly can be provided at the water tank, by manually pulling the soft strip to center the umbrella and then pressing the umbrella through the collet.
- This kind of structure requires manual placement of the umbrella, which is neither safe nor wasteful. If the clamping is not strong, the eccentricity may cause vibration. If the clamping is too tight, some of the accumulated water will not be able to be properly discharged, which will affect the dehydration efficiency.
- the present invention solves the problem of providing an umbrella de-watering mechanism.

- first elastic members are disposed obliquely and are singular, they should be arranged in an axisymmetric manner around their center of gravity vertical line to balance the supporting water-repellent mechanism 80; if the first elastic members are a few, Then, it may be arranged in an axisymmetric manner around the center line of the center of gravity of the center of gravity, or may be arranged symmetrically in a plane to balance the support of the water immersion mechanism 80.
- the elastic member group includes a plurality of first elastic members disposed vertically or obliquely, and an upper end of the first elastic member is coupled to the frame 98 and a lower end thereof and the base
- the seats 62 are connected to form a suspension suspension structure.
- the first elastic member is a suspension elastic member 66, and the water slinging mechanism 80 is suspended inside the frame 98 by the suspension elastic member 66, so that the main motor 82 and the rotating member in the water immersion mechanism 80 can be absorbed at work.
- the vibration generated by the process ensures the smooth operation of the umbrella dewatering machine.
- lateral buffer protection can be provided at the same time.
- the first elastic member is a coil spring.
- the first elastic member in the suspension support structure i.e., the support elastic member 65
- the first elastic member in the suspension suspension structure that is, the suspension elastic member 66
- the water-repellent mechanism 80 is mounted inside the frame 98 by the connection of the coil springs, and at the same time, the water-repellent mechanism 80 is damped during operation.
- the spring is placed vertically to make the bearing more balanced and stable, and the shock absorption effect is better.
- the hydrophobic balance mechanism further includes a soft sleeve tightly wrapped around the outer side of the coil spring.
- the soft sleeve is preferably a rubber sleeve, or a bellows, or other rubber sleeve having a certain flexibility, or a metal braided flexible soft sleeve.
- the soft spring sleeve is tightly attached to the coil spring, and the radial swing of the coil spring is reduced to keep the spiral spring connection stable, thereby further improving the stability of the suspension or the support, thereby improving the stability of the suspension structure, reducing vibration, and improving the umbrella dewatering machine. Service life.
- the elastic member group should include at least three first elastic members 65/66, so that the water-repellent mechanism 80 can be smoothly supported or suspended to make the operation stable and reliable to achieve shock absorption. More preferably, the elastic member set includes four of the first elastic members such that the four first elastic members are provided to the water-repellent mechanism 80 from both sides to raise the fulcrum, thereby ensuring that the frame 98 is given from four sides.
- the water mechanism 80 provides an elastic shock absorbing support.
- the elastic member set includes only three first elastic members, then the three first elastic members should be uniformly distributed around the periphery of the water-repellent mechanism 80, that is, uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction.
- the four elastic members can be symmetrically two, that is, the two elastic members on the same side and the two elastic members on the other side are symmetrically arranged on the middle surface of the water-repellent mechanism 80.
- the two elastic members on the same side are also symmetrically distributed, and the two diagonally opposite elastic members are arranged symmetrically.
- the four first elastic members can be easily installed with the frame of the quadrilateral section, while the quadrilateral frame can be more stably placed on the ground, giving the umbrella dehydrator a more stable support.
- a brake clutch structure can be provided between the main motor and the support member, thereby controlling the power transmission and controlling the opening and stopping of the support member. It is also possible to set the main motor as a stepper motor or a servo motor without the need for a brake clutch structure.
