Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer haftvermittelnden Schicht auf einer Oberfläche (3) eines Titanwerkstoffs (5). Das Verfahren umfasst die Schritte: Einbringen der Oberfläche (3) in eine wässrige alkalischen Lösung, um¬ fassend Natriumhydroxid mit einer Konzentration in einem Bereich von 100 - 300 g/l, Natriumtartrat mit einer Konzentration in einem Bereich von 20 - 200 g/l, Methylglycindiessigsäure-Na3 mit einer Konzentration in einem Bereich von 5 g/l - 60 g/l, Pentanatriumtriphosphat mit einer Konzentration in einem Bereich von 2 g/l - 20 g/l, und Anlegen einer Spannung (13) zwischen Lösung und Titan Werkstoff (5) für eine vorgegebene Zeitdauer zur Herstellung der Schicht durch anodische Oxidation der Oberfläche (3).
