Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de sac gonflable qui réduit le temps et le nombre d'étapes nécessaires pour coudre un tissu fixe du dispositif de sac gonflable tout en augmentant la résistance du tissu fixe. Le présent dispositif de sac gonflable (20) comprend un tissu fixe (30) fixé à la carrosserie du véhicule. Le tissu fixe (30) est muni d'un tissu (34) de corps principal, d'un tissu (40) de renfort, d'une partie cousue (37) de liaison et d'une partie cousue (38) de renfort. Le tissu (34) de corps principal est formé d'un seul tenant avec le dispositif de sac gonflable (20), et le tissu (40) de renfort est cousu de façon à chevaucher le tissu (34) de corps principal. La partie cousue (37) de liaison relie le tissu (40) de renfort au tissu (34) de corps principal, et la partie cousue (38) de renfort renforce le tissu fixe (30). La partie cousue (37) de liaison et la partie cousue (38) de renfort sont formées de manière continue.
