Abstract
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 파워 릴레이 구동 장치는 배터리부의 제1 단자와 캐패시터를 포함하는 인버터부의 제1 단자 사이의 접속을 스위칭하는 제1 릴레이부; 상기 배터리부의 제2 단자와 상기 인버터부의 제2 단자 사이의 접속을 스위칭하는 제2 릴레이부; 상기 배터리부의 제2 단자와 상기 인버터부의 제 2 단자 사이에 상기 제2 릴레이부와 병렬로 연결되는 제1 스위칭부; 상기 배터리부의 제2 단자와 상기 인버터부의 제 2 단자 사이에 상기 제2 릴레이부와 병렬로 연결되는 제2 스위칭부; 및 상기 제1 릴레이부와 제1 스위칭부를 제어하여 상기 배터리부의 전원으로 상기 캐패시터를 프리-충전시키고, 상기 제2 릴레이부를 제어하여 상기 배터리부의 전원으로 상기 캐패시터를 노멀-충전시키며, 상기 제1 스위칭부를 제어하여 상기 캐패시터의 프리-충전을 종료하고, 상기 배터리부의 전원 공급 차단시 상기 제2 스위칭부를 제어하여 상기 제2 릴레이부와 상기 인버터부의 제2 단자 사이에 등전위를 형성하고 상기 제 2 릴레이부를 제어하여 상기 배터리부의 제2 단자와 상기 인버터부의 제2 단자를 전기적으로 분리시키는 BMS(Battery Management System)부를 포함한다.
