　ここで、電子化されたデータを有効活用する代表的なアプリケーションとして、写真を管理するスクラップブックアプリケーション、レシートを基に収支を管理する家計簿アプリケーション、およびイベントを基にスケジュールを管理するカレンダーアプリケーションが存在する。
　なお、特許文献１には、家族または世帯内において情報を通知する特定のメンバを決定し、イベントに関する情報を入力したときは、イベントに関する情報を電子カレンダーのイベントが行われる日付の箇所に自動的に登録し、電子カレンダーに登録されたイベントに関わる情報を特定のメンバに通知する技術が開示されている。

　しかしながら、上述したそれぞれのアプリケーションに登録されているデータは、それぞれのアプリケーション内、いわゆる“閉じた環境”で管理されているので、データをアプリケーション間で相互に連携させることは出来なかった、という問題点があった。
　本発明は、上記に鑑みてなされたものであって、電子化されたデータをアプリケーション間で相互に連携させて管理することができるデータ管理装置、データ管理方法、およびデータ管理プログラムを提供することを目的とするものである。
　上述した課題を解決し、目的を達成するために、本発明にかかるデータ管理装置は、制御部を備え、前記制御部は、紙媒体に関するデータに対する光学文字認識処理に因って生成されたタグデータ、および／または当該データの種類の判別結果に関する種類判別結果データを用いて、当該データを、スクラップブックアプリケーション、家計簿アプリケーション、およびカレンダーアプリケーションのうち少なくとも１つに登録する登録手段を備えたこと、を特徴とする。
　また、本発明にかかるデータ管理装置は、前記のデータ管理装置において、表示部をさらに備え、前記制御部は、前記スクラップブックアプリケーション、前記家計簿アプリケーション、および前記カレンダーアプリケーションのうち少なくとも１つを対象として、当該対象に登録されているデータの内容を判別する判別手段と、前記判別手段で得られた判別結果に基づいて、前記判別手段で対象とされた各々のアプリケーションに登録されている各々の前記データ間の関連性を分析する分析手段と、前記分析手段で前記関連性が高いと分析された前記データのペアおよび当該データが登録されている前記アプリケーションを識別するための識別データのペアを含む関連データを設定する設定手段と、前記スクラップブックアプリケーション、前記家計簿アプリケーション、または前記カレンダーアプリケーションの起動に因って前記表示部に表示されている画面に、当該起動されているアプリケーションに対応する識別データと当該識別データとは異なる識別データとのペアが含まれている前記設定手段で設定された前記関連データに含まれている前記データを表示する関連データ表示実行手段と、をさらに備えたこと、を特徴とする。
　また、本発明にかかるデータ管理装置は、前記のデータ管理装置において、表示部をさらに備え、外部からのアクセスが可能な情報通信端末とネットワークを介して接続され、前記制御部は、前記スクラップブックアプリケーション、前記家計簿アプリケーション、および前記カレンダーアプリケーションのうち少なくとも１つを対象として、当該対象に登録されているデータの内容を判別する判別手段と、前記判別手段で得られた判別結果に基づいて、前記情報通信端末に格納されているデータの中から、前記判別手段で判別対象とされた前記データと類似するものを抽出する抽出手段と、前記抽出手段で抽出された前記データを前記表示部に表示する抽出データ表示実行手段と、をさらに備えたこと、を特徴とする。
　また、本発明にかかるデータ管理装置は、前記のデータ管理装置において、表示部をさらに備え、前記家計簿アプリケーションには、家計の残金が登録されており、前記制御部は、前記家計簿アプリケーションに登録されている前記残金を、前記カレンダーアプリケーションの起動に因って前記表示部に表示されているカレンダー画面に含まれている日毎の表示領域のうち、現時点に対応する日の前記表示領域に表示する残金表示実行手段をさらに備えたこと、を特徴とする。
　また、本発明にかかるデータ管理装置は、前記のデータ管理装置において、前記カレンダーアプリケーションには、イベントの時期、および当該イベントに付随するデータが登録されており、前記制御部は、前記時期が経過しているかを確認する確認手段と、前記確認手段で前記時期が経過していることが確認された場合には、前記イベントに付随する前記データを前記スクラップブックアプリケーションに移動する移動手段とをさらに備えたこと、を特徴とする。
　また、本発明はデータ管理方法に関するものであり、本発明にかかるデータ管理方法は、制御部を備えたデータ管理装置の前記制御部で実行される、紙媒体に関するデータに対する光学文字認識処理に因って生成されたタグデータ、および／または当該データの種類の判別結果に関する種類判別結果データを用いて、当該データを、スクラップブックアプリケーション、家計簿アプリケーション、およびカレンダーアプリケーションのうち少なくとも１つに登録する登録ステップを含むこと、を特徴とする。
　また、本発明はデータ管理プログラムに関するものであり、本発明にかかるデータ管理プログラムは、制御部を備えたデータ管理装置の前記制御部に実行させるための、紙媒体に関するデータに対する光学文字認識処理に因って生成されたタグデータ、および／または当該データの種類の判別結果に関する種類判別結果データを用いて、当該データを、スクラップブックアプリケーション、家計簿アプリケーション、およびカレンダーアプリケーションのうち少なくとも１つに登録する登録ステップを含むこと、を特徴とする。
　また、本発明は記録媒体に関するものであり、本発明にかかるコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体は、本発明にかかる前記のデータ管理プログラムを記録したことを特徴とする。
　本発明によれば、紙媒体に関するデータに対する光学文字認識処理に因って生成されたタグデータ、および／または当該データの種類の判別結果に関する種類判別結果データを用いて、当該データを、スクラップブックアプリケーション、家計簿アプリケーション、およびカレンダーアプリケーションのうち少なくとも１つに登録するので、電子化されたデータをこれらのアプリケーション間で相互に連携させて管理することができるという効果を奏する。
　また、本発明によれば、スクラップブックアプリケーション、家計簿アプリケーション、およびカレンダーアプリケーションのうち少なくとも１つを対象として、当該対象に登録されているデータの内容を判別し、当該判別で得られた判別結果に基づいて、当該判別で対象とされた各々のアプリケーションに登録されている各々のデータ間の関連性を分析し、関連性が高いと分析されたデータのペアおよび当該データが登録されているアプリケーションを識別するための識別データのペアを含む関連データを設定し、スクラップブックアプリケーション、家計簿アプリケーション、またはカレンダーアプリケーションの起動に因って表示部に表示されている画面に、当該起動されているアプリケーションに対応する識別データと当該識別データとは異なる識別データとのペアが含まれている設定された関連データに含まれているデータを表示するので、アプリケーション間でのデータの相互連携の実用性を高めることができるという効果を奏する。
　また、本発明によれば、外部からのアクセスが可能な情報通信端末とネットワークを介して接続されており、スクラップブックアプリケーション、家計簿アプリケーション、およびカレンダーアプリケーションのうち少なくとも１つを対象として、当該対象に登録されているデータの内容を判別し、当該判別で得られた判別結果に基づいて、情報通信端末に格納されているデータの中から、当該判別で判別対象とされたデータと類似するものを抽出し、抽出されたデータを表示部に表示するので、電子化されたデータを外部データと連携させて管理することができるという効果を奏する。
　また、本発明によれば、家計簿アプリケーションには、家計の残金が登録されており、家計簿アプリケーションに登録されている残金を、カレンダーアプリケーションの起動に因って表示部に表示されているカレンダー画面に含まれている日毎の表示領域のうち、現時点に対応する日の表示領域に表示するので、利用者はスケジュールを確認しながら家計の残金も確認することができるようになり、その結果、利用者は当該残金でどのように予定を過ごすかを検討することが容易になり、また、当該予定に対して予算を割り当て、利用者に家計簿の予算を再検討するよう促すことができるという効果を奏する。
　また、本発明によれば、カレンダーアプリケーションには、イベントの時期、および当該イベントに付随するデータが登録されており、時期が経過しているかを確認し、時期が経過していることが確認された場合には、イベントに付随するデータをスクラップブックアプリケーションに移動するので、情報内容または目的に合わせた情報管理を行うことができるという効果を奏する。

　以下に、本発明にかかるデータ管理装置、データ管理方法、およびデータ管理プログラムの実施形態を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。なお、本実施形態により本発明が限定されるものではない。
［１．構成］
　本実施形態にかかるデータ管理装置の構成を、図１を参照して説明する。図１は、データ管理装置の構成の一例を示すブロック図である。
　データ管理装置１００は、画像形成装置２００と通信可能に接続され、また外部からのアクセスが可能な情報通信端末３００とネットワーク４００を介して通信可能に接続されている。なお、画像形成装置２００は、ネットワーク４００を介してデータ管理装置１００と通信可能に接続されてもよい。
　画像形成装置２００は、例えばスキャナ、コピー機、またはファクシミリなどであり、読み取り対象としてセットされた紙を電子化して当該紙に関する画像データを生成する。なお、以下では、画像形成装置２００をスキャナ２００として記載する場合がある。
　情報通信端末３００は、例えば、クラウドサービス（例えば、データ、ソフトウェア、またはハードウェアの利用権を、ネットワークを介して提供するサービスなど）を提供するデータセンター内で運用されているサーバまたはストレージなどである。なお、以下では、情報通信端末３００をサーバ３００として記載する場合がある。
　ネットワーク４００は、例えばインターネット、イントラネット、またはＬＡＮ（Ｌｏｃａｌ　Ａｒｅａ　Ｎｅｔｗｏｒｋ）などである。
　データ管理装置１００は、例えば市販のパーソナルコンピュータなどであり、制御部１０２、通信インターフェース部１０４、記憶部１０６、および入出力インターフェース部１０８を備えている。データ管理装置１００には、少なくとも、スクラップブックアプリケーション、家計簿アプリケーション、およびカレンダーアプリケーションがインストールされている。データ管理装置１００が備えている各部は、任意の通信路を介して通信可能に接続されている。
　通信インターフェース部１０４は、ルータ等の通信装置および専用線等の有線または無線の通信回線を介して、データ管理装置１００を、画像形成装置２００およびネットワーク４００に通信可能に接続する。通信インターフェース部１０４は、他の装置と通信回線を介してデータを通信する機能を有する。
　入出力インターフェース部１０８には、入力装置１１２および出力装置１１４が接続されている。出力装置１１４には、モニタ（家庭用テレビを含む）の他、スピーカやプリンタを用いることができる。入力装置１１２には、キーボード、マウスおよびマイクの他、マウスと協働してポインティングデバイス機能を実現するモニタを用いることができる。なお、以下では、出力装置１１４をモニタ１１４とし、入力装置１１２をキーボード１１２またはマウス１１２として記載する場合がある。
　記憶部１０６は、スクラップアプリデータ記憶部１０６ａ、家計簿アプリデータ記憶部１０６ｂ、およびカレンダーアプリデータ記憶部１０６ｃを備えている。記憶部１０６には、ＯＳ（Ｏｐｅｒａｔｉｎｇ　Ｓｙｓｔｅｍ）と協働してＣＰＵ（Ｃｅｎｔｒａｌ　Ｐｒｏｃｅｓｓｉｎｇ　Ｕｎｉｔ）に命令を与えて各種処理を行うためのコンピュータプログラムなどが記録されている。記憶部１０６として、例えば、ＲＡＭ（Ｒａｎｄｏｍ　Ａｃｃｅｓｓ　Ｍｅｍｏｒｙ）・ＲＯＭ（Ｒｅａｄ　Ｏｎｌｙ　Ｍｅｍｏｒｙ）等のメモリ装置、ハードディスクのような固定ディスク装置、フレキシブルディスク、または光ディスク等を用いることができる。
　スクラップアプリデータ記憶部１０６ａには、スクラップブックアプリケーションの管理下に置かれる画像データなどが格納される。
　家計簿アプリデータ記憶部１０６ｂには、家計簿管理アプリケーションの管理下に置かれる、家計の残金などの収支に関するデータなどが格納される。
　カレンダーアプリデータ記憶部１０６ｃには、カレンダーアプリケーションの管理下に置かれる、イベントの時期および当該イベントに付随するデータなどのスケジュールに関するデータなどが格納される。
　制御部１０２は、データ管理装置１００を統括的に制御するＣＰＵ等から成る。制御部１０２は、制御プログラムと各種の処理手順等を規定したプログラムと所要データとを格納するための内部メモリを有し、これらプログラムに基づいて種々の処理を実行するための情報処理を行う。制御部１０２は、登録部１０２ａ、判別部１０２ｂ、分析部１０２ｃ、設定部１０２ｄ、関連データ表示実行部１０２ｅ、抽出部１０２ｆ、抽出データ表示実行部１０２ｇ、確認部１０２ｈ、移動部１０２ｉ、および残金表示実行部１０２ｊを備えている。
　登録部１０２ａは、紙媒体に関するデータに対する光学文字認識処理（ＯＣＲ処理）に因って生成されたタグデータ、および／または当該データの種類（原稿の種類）の判別結果に関する種類判別結果データを用いて、当該データを、スクラップブックアプリケーション、家計簿アプリケーション、およびカレンダーアプリケーションのうち少なくとも１つに登録する。
　判別部１０２ｂは、スクラップブックアプリケーション、家計簿アプリケーション、およびカレンダーアプリケーションのうち少なくとも１つを対象として、当該対象に登録されているデータの内容を判別する。
　分析部１０２ｃは、判別部１０２ｂで得られた判別結果に基づいて、判別部１０２ｂで対象とされた各々のアプリケーションに登録されている各々のデータ間の関連性を分析する。
　設定部１０２ｄは、分析部１０２ｃで関連性が高いと分析されたデータのペアおよび当該データが登録されているアプリケーションを識別するための識別データ（例えばＩＤなど）のペアを含む関連データを設定する。
　関連データ表示実行部１０２ｅは、スクラップブックアプリケーション、家計簿アプリケーション、またはカレンダーアプリケーションの起動に因ってモニタ１１４に表示されている画面に、当該起動されているアプリケーションに対応する識別データと当該識別データとは異なる識別データとのペアが含まれている設定部１０２ｄで設定された関連データに含まれているデータを表示する。
　抽出部１０２ｆは、判別部１０２ｂで得られた判別結果に基づいて、情報通信端末３００に格納されているデータの中から、判別部１０２ｂで判別対象とされたデータと類似するものを抽出する。
　抽出データ表示実行部１０２ｇは、抽出部１０２ｆで抽出されたデータをモニタ１１４に表示する。
　確認部１０２ｈは、カレンダーアプリケーションに登録されているイベントの時期が経過しているかを確認する。
　移動部１０２ｉは、確認部１０２ｈで時期が経過していることが確認された場合には、カレンダーアプリケーションに登録されている、イベントに付随するデータを、スクラップブックアプリケーションに移動する。
　残金表示実行部１０２ｊは、家計簿アプリケーションに登録されている残金を、カレンダーアプリケーションの起動に因ってモニタ１１４に表示されているカレンダー画面に含まれている日毎の表示領域のうち、現時点に対応する日の表示領域に表示する。
［２．処理］
　上述した構成のデータ管理装置１００等で実行される各種の処理の一例について、図２から図７を参照して説明する。
［２－１．データ管理処理］
　データ管理装置１００等で実行されるデータ管理処理の一例について、図２を参照して説明する。
　利用者は、家庭内にある写真、レシートまたはイベント用チラシなどの紙をスキャナ２００にセットし、当該セットされた紙をスキャナ２００に読み取らせる（ステップＳＡ１）。
　スキャナ２００は、セットされた紙を電子化して当該紙に関する画像データを生成し、生成した画像データをデータ管理装置１００に転送する（ステップＳＡ１）。
　登録部１０２ａは、ステップＳＡ１で転送された画像データに対して光学文字認識処理（ＯＣＲ処理）を実行して、当該画像データからタグ（キーワード）データを抽出する（ステップＳＡ２）。なお、登録部１０２ａは、サーバ３００に登録されているアクセス可能な画像データを取り込んで、当該画像データに対して光学文字認識処理を実行して、当該画像データからタグデータを抽出してもよい。
　登録部１０２ａは、ステップＳＡ１で転送された画像データに基づいて、当該画像データに写し出されている原稿の種類を判別する（ステップＳＡ３）。
　登録部１０２ａは、ステップＳＡ２で抽出されたタグデータおよびステップＳＡ３で判別された原稿の種類に基づいて、ステップＳＡ１で転送された画像データをスクラップアプリデータ記憶部１０６ａに対応するフォルダ、家計簿アプリデータ記憶部１０６ｂに対応するフォルダ、およびカレンダーアプリデータ記憶部１０６ｃに対応するフォルダのうちの少なくとも１つのフォルダに格納する（取り込む）（ステップＳＡ４）。これにより、アプリケーション間での画像データの関連付けを実現することができる。
　例えば、原稿種類が写真である場合には、画像データをスクラップアプリデータ記憶部１０６ａに対応するフォルダに取り込む。タグデータがお金の単位（例えば円など）に関するものである、または原稿種類がレシートである場合には、画像データを家計簿アプリデータ記憶部１０６ｂに対応するフォルダに取り込む。タグデータが日付に関するものである場合には、画像データをカレンダーアプリデータ記憶部１０６ｃに対応するフォルダに取り込む。
　原稿種類がレシピ雑誌の切り抜きであり、タグデータがパスタまたはグラタンなどに関するものである場合には、画像データをスクラップアプリデータ記憶部１０６ａに対応するフォルダに取り込む。原稿種類が医薬品を購入した際のレシートであり、タグデータが医療費に関するものである場合には、画像データを家計簿アプリデータ記憶部１０６ｂに対応するフォルダに取り込む。原稿種類が小学校の給食献立表であり、タグデータが給食に関するものである場合には、画像データをカレンダーアプリデータ記憶部１０６ｃに対応するフォルダに取り込む。
　原稿種類が食材を購入した際のレシートであり、タグデータが食費に関するものである場合には、金額を家計簿で管理し、具体的に購入した品目をスクラップブックで管理するため、画像データをスクラップアプリデータ記憶部１０６ａに対応するフォルダと家計簿アプリデータ記憶部１０６ｂに対応するフォルダに取り込む。原稿種類が小学校の運動会の開催案内であり、タグデータが運動会に関するものである場合には、運動会の予定をカレンダーで管理し、開催案内を運動会で撮影した写真と共にスクラップブックで管理するため、画像データをスクラップアプリデータ記憶部１０６ａに対応するフォルダとカレンダーアプリデータ記憶部１０６ｃに対応するフォルダに取り込む。原稿種類が車検費用をカード払いした際のレシートであり、タグデータが車検費用に関するものである場合には、車検費用を家計簿で管理し、カード支払い引き落とし日をカレンダーで管理するため、画像データを家計簿アプリデータ記憶部１０６ｂに対応するフォルダとカレンダーアプリデータ記憶部１０６ｃに対応するフォルダに取り込む。
　原稿種類が家族旅行の旅費またはお土産品の購入費用をカード払いした際のレシートであり、タグデータが家族旅行に関するものである場合には、家族旅行の費用を家計簿で管理し、カード支払い引き落とし日をカレンダーで管理し、お土産品の写真をレシートと共にスクラップブックで管理するため、画像データをスクラップアプリデータ記憶部１０６ａに対応するフォルダと家計簿アプリデータ記憶部１０６ｂに対応するフォルダとカレンダーアプリデータ記憶部１０６ｃに対応するフォルダとに取り込む。
［２－２．関連データ提示処理］
　データ管理装置１００で実行される関連データ提示処理の一例について、図３を参照して説明する。
　判別部１０２ｂは、スクラップブックアプリケーション、家計簿アプリケーション、およびカレンダーアプリケーションのうち少なくとも１つを対象として、当該対象に登録されているデータの内容を、記憶部１０６を参照して判別する（ステップＳＢ１）。
　分析部１０２ｃは、ステップＳＢ１で得られた判別結果に基づいて、ステップＳＢ１で対象とされた各々のアプリケーションに登録されている各々のデータ間の関連性（具体的には、同じアプリケーション内の各々のデータ間の関連性、および／または或るアプリケーション内の各々のデータと他のアプリケーション内の各々のデータとの関連性）を分析する（ステップＳＢ２）。例えば、分析部１０２ｃは、ステップＳＢ１で対象とされた各々のアプリケーションに登録されている各々のデータ間の関連度を算出する。
　設定部１０２ｄは、ステップＳＢ２で関連性が高いと分析されたデータのペアと、当該ペアを構成する各々のデータが登録されているアプリケーションを識別するための識別データのペアとを含む関連データを設定する（ステップＳＢ３）。
　関連データ表示実行部１０２ｅは、スクラップブックアプリケーション、家計簿アプリケーション、またはカレンダーアプリケーションの起動に因ってモニタ１１４に表示されている画面に、当該起動されているアプリケーションに対応する識別データと当該識別データとは異なる識別データとのペアが含まれているステップＳＢ３で設定された関連データに含まれているデータ（具体的には、当該関連データに含まれているデータのうち、当該異なる識別データに対応するアプリケーションに登録されているデータ）を表示する（ステップＳＢ４）。
［２－３．類似データ提示処理］
　データ管理装置１００で実行される類似データ提示処理の一例について、図４を参照して説明する。
　判別部１０２ｂは、スクラップブックアプリケーション、家計簿アプリケーション、およびカレンダーアプリケーションのうち少なくとも１つを対象として、当該対象に登録されているデータの内容を、記憶部１０６を参照して判別する（ステップＳＣ１）。
　抽出部１０２ｆは、ステップＳＣ１で得られた判別結果に基づいて、サーバ３００に格納されているデータの中から、ステップＳＣ１で判別対象とされたデータ（ステップＳＣ１で内容が判別されたデータ）の内容と類似する内容のものを抽出する（ステップＳＣ２）。
　抽出データ表示実行部１０２ｇは、ステップＳＣ２で抽出されたデータ（類似データ）をモニタ１１４に表示する（ステップＳＣ３）。
［２－４．イベントデータ移動処理］
　データ管理装置１００で実行されるイベントデータ移動処理の一例について、図５を参照して説明する。
　確認部１０２ｈは、カレンダーアプリデータ記憶部１０６ｃに格納されているイベントのうち、当該イベントの時期が経過しているものを確認する（ステップＳＤ１）。
　移動部１０２ｉは、ステップＳＤ１で時期が経過しているイベントが確認された場合には、カレンダーアプリデータ記憶部１０６ｃに格納されている、当該イベントに付随するデータを、スクラップアプリデータ記憶部１０６ａに移動する（ステップＳＤ２）。
［２－５．残金表示処理］
　データ管理装置１００で実行される残金表示処理の一例について、図６および図７を参照して説明する。
　残金表示実行部１０２ｊは、カレンダーアプリケーションが起動された場合には、家計簿アプリデータ記憶部１０６ｂに格納されている家計の残金を取得する（ステップＳＥ１）。
　残金表示実行部１０２ｊは、ステップＳＥ１で取得された残金を、カレンダーアプリケーションの起動に因ってモニタ１１４に表示されているカレンダー画面に含まれている日毎の表示領域のうち、現時点（具体的には残金表示実行部１０２ｊが当該処理を実行し始めた時点など）に対応する日の表示領域に表示する（ステップＳＥ２）。
　ここで、カレンダー画面の一例を、図７を参照して説明する。カレンダー画面ＭＡは、月表示領域ＭＡ１と日表示領域ＭＡ２とを含んでいる。月表示領域ＭＡ１は、月に対応するタイトル（例えば図７に示されている文字「４月」など）を表示などするための領域である。日表示領域ＭＡ２は、日に付随する予定などを日毎に登録したり、登録されている予定などを日毎に表示したりする、すなわち日に付随する予定などを日毎に管理するための領域である。日表示領域ＭＡ２は、日毎の複数の表示領域ＭＡ２１を含んでいる。表示領域ＭＡ２１は、日に付随する予定などを表示するための領域である。ここで、カレンダー画面の形状は、図７に示されているような横向き（横長）の形状に限らず、縦向き（縦長）の形状でもよい。
　具体的には、残金表示実行部１０２ｊは、取得された残金が７０，０００円であり且つ現時点に対応する日が４月４日であった場合には、図７に示すように、取得された残金を利用者に認識させるための例えば「残７０，０００」といった文字をカレンダー画面ＭＡに含まれている、４月４日の表示領域ＭＡ２１に表示すると共に、当該４月４日の表示領域ＭＡ２１に例えば色彩または模様などを付す。
［３．本実施形態のまとめ、及び他の実施形態］
　以上、本実施形態によれば、スキャナで電子化したデータおよび／またはクラウドサーバもしくはクラウドストレージ上に蓄積されているデータを或るアプリケーションに登録する際に、当該電子化したデータおよび／または当該蓄積されているデータを、ＯＣＲ処理によって自動的にタギングされたタグデータ、および／またはデータの種類を自動判別した結果を用いて、スクラップブックアプリケーション、家計簿アプリケーション、およびカレンダーアプリケーションのうちの少なくとも１つのアプリケーションに自動で取り込むので、電子化されたデータをアプリケーション間で相互に連携させて管理することができる。具体的には、カレンダーアプリケーション、家計簿アプリケーション、およびスクラップブックアプリケーションの各機能に管理されている電子化データの内容を相互連携することで、電子化データが個々に管理されていたという非効率さを軽減し、その結果、効率的なライフスタイルを創出することができる。
　また、本実施形態によれば、各アプリケーションに登録されたデータの内容を自動判別し、同一アプリケーション内に存在するデータについての相互の関連性、および／または或るアプリケーション内に存在するデータと他のアプリケーション内に存在するデータについての相互の関連性を算出し、関連性の高いデータの内容を、当該データが登録されているアプリケーションにおいては勿論、当該データが登録されていないアプリケーションにおいても、関連データとして利用者に提示するので、アプリケーション間でのデータの相互連携の実用性を高めることができる。
　また、本実施形態によれば、各アプリケーションに登録されたデータの内容を自動判別し、インターネット上またはクラウドサーバもしくはクラウドストレージ上に存在する他社が作成したアクセス可能なデータから、当該登録されたデータの内容と類似するものを自動抽出し、抽出したデータを利用者に提示するので、電子化されたデータを外部データと連携させて管理することができる。
　また、本実施形態によれば、カレンダーアプリケーションに登録されている未来のイベントに付随しているデータを、当該イベントの時期が終了した際に、自動的にスクラップブックアプリケーションに移動させるので、情報内容または目的に合わせた情報管理を行うことができる。
　また、本実施形態によれば、カレンダーアプリケーションのカレンダー画面に含まれている日毎のセルのうち現時点に対応する日のセルに色を付し、家計簿アプリケーションに登録されている残金を色が付されたセルに表示するので、利用者はスケジュールを確認しながら家計の残金も確認することができるようになり、その結果、利用者は当該残金でどのように予定を過ごすかを検討することが容易になり、また、当該予定に対して予算を割り当て、利用者に家計簿の予算を再検討するよう促すことができる。
　さらに、本発明は、上述した実施形態以外にも、請求の範囲に記載した技術的思想の範囲内において種々の異なる実施の形態にて実施されてよいものである。
　例えば、データ管理装置１００がスタンドアローンの形態で処理を行う場合を一例に説明したが、データ管理装置１００は、クライアント端末（データ管理装置１００とは別筐体である）からの要求に応じて処理を行い、その処理結果を当該クライアント端末に返却するようにしてもよい。
　また、実施形態において説明した各処理のうち、自動的に行われるものとして説明した処理の全部または一部を手動的に行うこともでき、あるいは、手動的に行われるものとして説明した処理の全部または一部を公知の方法で自動的に行うこともできる。
　このほか、上記文献中や図面中で示した処理手順、制御手順、具体的名称、各処理の登録データや検索条件等のパラメータを含む情報、画面例、データベース構成については、特記する場合を除いて任意に変更することができる。
　また、データ管理装置１００に関して、図示の各構成要素は機能概念的なものであり、必ずしも物理的に図示の如く構成されていることを要しない。
　例えば、データ管理装置１００の各装置が備える処理機能、特に制御部１０２にて行われる各処理機能については、その全部または任意の一部を、ＣＰＵ（Ｃｅｎｔｒａｌ　Ｐｒｏｃｅｓｓｉｎｇ　Ｕｎｉｔ）および当該ＣＰＵにて解釈実行されるプログラムにて実現してもよく、また、ワイヤードロジックによるハードウェアとして実現してもよい。尚、プログラムは、後述する記録媒体に記録されており、必要に応じてデータ管理装置１００に機械的に読み取られる。すなわち、ＲＯＭまたはＨＤＤ（Ｈａｒｄ　Ｄｉｓｋ　Ｄｒｉｖｅ）などの記憶部１０６などには、ＯＳ（Ｏｐｅｒａｔｉｎｇ　Ｓｙｓｔｅｍ）と協働してＣＰＵに命令を与え、各種処理を行うためのコンピュータプログラムが記録されている。このコンピュータプログラムは、ＲＡＭにロードされることによって実行され、ＣＰＵと協働して制御部を構成する。
　また、このコンピュータプログラムは、データ管理装置１００に対して任意のネットワークを介して接続されたアプリケーションプログラムサーバに記憶されていてもよく、必要に応じてその全部または一部をダウンロードすることも可能である。
　また、本発明にかかるデータ管理プログラムを、コンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体に格納してもよく、また、プログラム製品として構成することもできる。ここで、この「記録媒体」とは、メモリーカード、ＵＳＢメモリ、ＳＤカード、フレキシブルディスク、光磁気ディスク、ＲＯＭ、ＥＰＲＯＭ、ＥＥＰＲＯＭ、ＣＤ－ＲＯＭ、ＭＯ、ＤＶＤ、および、Ｂｌｕ－ｒａｙ　Ｄｉｓｃ等の任意の「可搬用の物理媒体」を含むものとする。
　また、「プログラム」とは、任意の言語や記述方法にて記述されたデータ処理方法であり、ソースコードやバイナリコード等の形式を問わない。なお、「プログラム」は必ずしも単一的に構成されるものに限られず、複数のモジュールやライブラリとして分散構成されるものや、ＯＳ（Ｏｐｅｒａｔｉｎｇ　Ｓｙｓｔｅｍ）に代表される別個のプログラムと協働してその機能を達成するものをも含む。なお、実施の形態に示した各装置において記録媒体を読み取るための具体的な構成、読み取り手順、あるいは、読み取り後のインストール手順等については、周知の構成や手順を用いることができる。
　記憶部１０６に格納される各種のデータベース等（スクラップアプリデータ記憶部１０６ａ、家計簿アプリデータ記憶部１０６ｂ、およびカレンダーアプリデータ記憶部１０６ｃ）は、ＲＡＭ、ＲＯＭ等のメモリ装置、ハードディスク等の固定ディスク装置、フレキシブルディスク、および、光ディスク等のストレージ手段であり、各種処理やウェブサイト提供に用いる各種のプログラム、テーブル、データベース、および、ウェブページ用ファイル等を格納する。
　また、データ管理装置１００は、既知のパーソナルコンピュータ、ワークステーション等の情報処理装置として構成してもよく、また、該情報処理装置に任意の周辺装置を接続して構成してもよい。また、データ管理装置１００は、該情報処理装置に本発明にかかるデータ管理方法を実現させるソフトウェア（プログラム、データ等を含む）を実装することにより実現してもよい。
　更に、装置の分散・統合の具体的形態は図示するものに限られず、その全部または一部を、各種の付加等に応じて、または、機能負荷に応じて、任意の単位で機能的または物理的に分散・統合して構成することができる。すなわち、上述した実施形態を任意に組み合わせて実施してもよく、実施形態を選択的に実施してもよい。
　以上のように、本発明にかかるデータ管理装置、データ管理方法、およびデータ管理プログラムは、産業上の多くの分野、特にスキャナを扱う画像処理分野で実施することができ、極めて有用である。

Claims (7)

  1. 　制御部を備え、
    　前記制御部は、紙媒体に関するデータに対する光学文字認識処理に因って生成されたタグデータ、および／または当該データの種類の判別結果に関する種類判別結果データを用いて、当該データを、スクラップブックアプリケーション、家計簿アプリケーション、およびカレンダーアプリケーションのうち少なくとも１つに登録する登録手段を備えたこと、
    　を特徴とするデータ管理装置。
  2. 　表示部をさらに備え、
    　前記制御部は、
    　前記スクラップブックアプリケーション、前記家計簿アプリケーション、および前記カレンダーアプリケーションのうち少なくとも１つを対象として、当該対象に登録されているデータの内容を判別する判別手段と、
    　前記判別手段で得られた判別結果に基づいて、前記判別手段で対象とされた各々のアプリケーションに登録されている各々の前記データ間の関連性を分析する分析手段と、
    　前記分析手段で前記関連性が高いと分析された前記データのペアおよび当該データが登録されている前記アプリケーションを識別するための識別データのペアを含む関連データを設定する設定手段と、
    　前記スクラップブックアプリケーション、前記家計簿アプリケーション、または前記カレンダーアプリケーションの起動に因って前記表示部に表示されている画面に、当該起動されているアプリケーションに対応する識別データと当該識別データとは異なる識別データとのペアが含まれている前記設定手段で設定された前記関連データに含まれている前記データを表示する関連データ表示実行手段と、
    　をさらに備えたこと、
    　を特徴とする請求項１に記載のデータ管理装置。
  3. 　表示部をさらに備え、
    　外部からのアクセスが可能な情報通信端末とネットワークを介して接続され、
    　前記制御部は、
    　前記スクラップブックアプリケーション、前記家計簿アプリケーション、および前記カレンダーアプリケーションのうち少なくとも１つを対象として、当該対象に登録されているデータの内容を判別する判別手段と、
    　前記判別手段で得られた判別結果に基づいて、前記情報通信端末に格納されているデータの中から、前記判別手段で判別対象とされた前記データと類似するものを抽出する抽出手段と、
    　前記抽出手段で抽出された前記データを前記表示部に表示する抽出データ表示実行手段と、
    　をさらに備えたこと、
    　を特徴とする請求項１に記載のデータ管理装置。
  4. 　表示部をさらに備え、
    　前記家計簿アプリケーションには、家計の残金が登録されており、
    　前記制御部は、前記家計簿アプリケーションに登録されている前記残金を、前記カレンダーアプリケーションの起動に因って前記表示部に表示されているカレンダー画面に含まれている日毎の表示領域のうち、現時点に対応する日の前記表示領域に表示する残金表示実行手段をさらに備えたこと、
    　を特徴とする請求項１に記載のデータ管理装置。
  5. 　前記カレンダーアプリケーションには、イベントの時期、および当該イベントに付随するデータが登録されており、
    　前記制御部は、
    　前記時期が経過しているかを確認する確認手段と、
    　前記確認手段で前記時期が経過していることが確認された場合には、前記イベントに付随する前記データを前記スクラップブックアプリケーションに移動する移動手段と
    　をさらに備えたこと、
    　を特徴とする請求項１から４のいずれか１つに記載のデータ管理装置。
  6. 　制御部を備えたデータ管理装置の前記制御部で実行される、
    　紙媒体に関するデータに対する光学文字認識処理に因って生成されたタグデータ、および／または当該データの種類の判別結果に関する種類判別結果データを用いて、当該データを、スクラップブックアプリケーション、家計簿アプリケーション、およびカレンダーアプリケーションのうち少なくとも１つに登録する登録ステップを含むこと、
    　を特徴とするデータ管理方法。
  7. 　制御部を備えたデータ管理装置の前記制御部に実行させるための、
    　紙媒体に関するデータに対する光学文字認識処理に因って生成されたタグデータ、および／または当該データの種類の判別結果に関する種類判別結果データを用いて、当該データを、スクラップブックアプリケーション、家計簿アプリケーション、およびカレンダーアプリケーションのうち少なくとも１つに登録する登録ステップを含むこと、
    　を特徴とするデータ管理プログラム。
