- the invention has for its object to provide a continuous press for pressing Pressgutmatten pressed slabs of the type described above, which is characterized by a simple and functional design with cost-effective production and assembly.
- the invention teaches in a generic continuous press that the press frame are each formed as a frame castings made of metal casting. Particularly preferably, the individual press frames are each designed as one-piece castings.
- the invention is based on the recognition that can be optimized production and assembly of a continuous press, if the individual
- Press frames are no longer made of sheet steel blanks, but are produced by casting from cast metal and consequently as a frame castings. This has the particular advantage that the press frame could already be adapted to the desired conditions in the course of production and thus already during casting. Thus, in the way of casting various "additional elements" can be used as approaches with the frame, which are required for example for the subsequent assembly. The complex welding of a variety of mounting elements in the course of assembly can therefore be omitted, so that in particular the assembly can be optimized in time on site.
- the cast press frame with molded attachment lugs, with which the press frame in the course of installation of the press can be fastened to press longitudinal members and / or the press frame can be interconnected.
- this eliminates time-consuming welding work.
- the press frame can then be easily attached to the press longitudinal members by means of screw because of the already mitanggossenen mounting lugs without previously appropriate fasteners must be welded to the press frame.
- the molded press frames may be provided with molded mounting bosses having press components, e.g. B. press cylinder or the like can be mounted. These assembly approaches are therefore taken into account when casting the press frame, so that subsequent welding can be omitted or at least minimized.

Because the endlessly circulating steel press belts are guided over inlet rollers and outlet rollers, whereby ind usually either the inlet rollers or the outlet rollers are designed as driven rollers. Upper and lower infeed rollers are supported in the infeed roller stand while upper and lower outfeed rollers are supported in the outfeed roller stand. It is now within the scope of the invention to manufacture the infeed roller stand and the outlet roller stand independently of the cast frame parts in a conventional manner from sheet steel, for. B. as a welded construction. However, it is also within the scope of the invention that the inlet roller stand and / or the outlet roller stand is each formed by one or more stator cast parts or is equipped with one or more stator castings / are. - the press according to the invention can be designed as an upper-piston press in which the press cylinders operate on the upper press plate.
- the press may also be designed as an underpressure press, in which the press cylinders operate on the lower press plate.
- In the inlet area there is the possibility that press cylinders are connected to both the upper inlet plate and the lower inlet plate.
