技术领域
本实用新型属于电力设备的技术领域,具体是指一种立体结构的非包封非晶合金干式变压器。
背景技术
传统的非晶合金干式变压器,在变压器节能、环保、运行经济上已经有了很大的优势,空载损耗可比10型系列下降60%~70%,并且运行费用低、综合效益好。然而,由于非晶合金片厚度极薄,对机械应力非常敏感,磁致伸缩性能敏感,饱和磁密较低,非晶合金变压器的心柱和线圈通常为矩形结构,所以传统的非晶合金干变就存在着两大缺点,即变压器运行噪声高和抗短路能力差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种树脂浇注立体卷铁心非晶合金干式变压器,它能有效地降低变压器运行噪声,提高变压器的抗短路能力。
本发明是这样实现的:一种树脂浇注立体卷铁心非晶合金干式变压器,包括夹件、铁心和线圈,所述线圈由绕在铁心的铁心柱上的三相线圈构成,各相线圈由高压线圈和低压线圈构成;所述夹件包括上夹件,下夹件、上压板、下压板和压紧螺杆;其特殊之处在于:所述铁心包括呈环形排列且相邻二个固定连接的非晶合金制成的三个单框,单框的竖框边和横框边的截面呈半圆形或半正多边形形;单框的横框边为铁轭,相邻二个单框的竖边连接后构成心柱,心柱的截面呈圆形或正多边形;
下压板通过支撑杆与固定在下夹件上的基座固定连接,上、下压板与压紧螺杆配合;上压板位于铁心上部的空间,下压板位于铁心的下部空间内;
铁心的上端的铁轭设置在上压板一侧边与上夹件的一夹件边之间,铁心的下端的铁轭设置在下压板与下夹件之间的基座上;
所述高压线圈和低压线圈设置在心柱上,上、下夹件夹紧高压线圈和低压线圈;

所述的树脂浇注立体卷铁心非晶合金干式变压器,其特殊之处在于:所述高压线圈的三个接线端子和低压线圈的四个接线端子分别排列设在变压器的相对侧的上夹件的安装架上。
所述的树脂浇注立体卷铁心非晶合金干式变压器,其特殊之处在于:所述铁轭与基座之间设置有弹性垫。
本发明一种树脂浇注立体卷铁心非晶合金干式变压器,树脂浇注立体卷铁心非晶合金干式变压器是结合了树脂浇注立体卷铁心干式变压器和非晶合金干式变压器的各自优点。树脂浇注立体卷铁心非晶合金干式变压器的铁心为立体卷铁心结构,铁心由几种梯形非晶合金料带依次卷制形成近似半圆形截面的单框形状,两个横截面为半圆形的单框可以合并为一个近似圆形的心柱截面。非晶合金片之间卷制紧密,非晶合金的导磁方向与铁心的磁路方向完全一致,工作时震动小,既可以解决叠铁心因磁路不连贯而发出的噪音,又可以避免传统非晶合金铁心的拆装形成的铁心高耗能和薄弱区,并且立体结构的非晶合金铁心可较大程度的节省非晶合金材料,减少铁心的重量,能够进一步降低变压器运行的空载损耗和空载电流。树脂浇注立体卷铁心非晶合金干式变压器的线圈可以做成标准圆形结构,所以将使线圈导体在圆周上的受力均匀,大大提高此类变压器的抗短路能力。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的描述,但并不构成对本发明的任何限制。
如图1、图2、图3所示,一种非包封立体卷铁心非晶合金干式变压器,包括夹件、铁心1和线圈,所述线圈由绕在铁心1的铁心柱上的三相线圈构成,各相线圈由高压线圈2和低压线圈3构成。
如图2所示,所述夹件包括上夹件4,下夹件5、上压板61、下压板62和压紧螺杆7。
如图3所示,所述铁心1包括呈环形排列且相邻二个固定连接的非晶合金制成的三个单框8,单框8的竖框边81和横框边82的截面呈半圆形,也可以呈半正多边形形;单框8的横框边82为铁轭,相邻二个单框8的竖边连接后构成心柱,心柱的截面呈圆形,也可以呈正多边形;
如图2所示,下压板62通过支撑杆与固定在下夹件5上的基座63固定连接,上、下压板61、62压紧螺杆7配合;上压板61位于铁心1上部的空间,下压板62位于铁心1的下部空间内;图2中,51是支撑下垫块10的部位;41是压紧上垫块的部位。
铁心1的上端的铁轭设置在上压板61一侧边与上夹件4的一夹件边之间,铁心1的下端的铁轭设置在下压板62与下夹件5之间的基座63上;所述铁轭与基座63之间设置有减震装置,所述减震装置为一弹性垫。采用这样的结构,使铁心1不再受其他多余的幅向力影响。
所述高压线圈2和低压线圈3设置在心柱上,上、下夹件4、5夹紧高压线圈2和低压线圈3;
还包括一上垫块和下垫块;
高压线圈2和低压线圈3的两端分别设置有上垫块9和下垫块10;下夹件5和下压板62支撑下垫块10,上夹件4和上压板61压紧上垫块9。
如图5所示,所述低压线圈3为箔绕或线绕圆筒式结构,端绝缘用树脂混料粘封。
如图6所示,所述高压线圈2采用分段圆筒式结构,且整个线圈导体都被环氧树脂的固体绝缘层所包封。高压线圈用树脂浇注,导体与树脂绝缘层形成一个完整的刚体,机械强度好。
圆形结构的线圈能够充分发挥其结构的优点,使导体在圆周上受力均匀,克服了传统非晶合金变压器线圈为矩形结构时所造成的导体应力集中和机械强度差的缺点,大大提高了非晶合金干式变压器的抗短路能力。此外,圆形线圈在绕制过程中不需要额外的工装设备,能够更加容易的保证线圈的绕制尺寸,外形美观。也避免了木锤的多次敲打对导体的绝缘破坏,
所述高压线圈2的三个接线端子21、22、23和低压线圈3的四个接线端子31、32、33、34分别排列设在变压器的相对侧的上夹件4的安装架11上。

  1. 一种树脂浇注立体卷铁心非晶合金干式变压器,包括夹件、铁心和线圈,所述线圈由绕在铁心的铁心柱上的三相线圈构成,各相线圈由高压线圈和低压线圈构成;所述夹件包括上夹件,下夹件、上压板、下压板和压紧螺杆;其特征在于:所述铁心包括呈环形排列且相邻二个固定连接的非晶合金制成的三个单框,单框的竖框边和横框边的截面呈半圆形或半正多边形形;单框的横框边为铁轭,相邻二个单框的竖边连接后构成心柱,心柱的截面呈圆形或正多边形;
    下压板通过支撑杆与固定在下夹件上的基座固定连接,上、下压板与压紧螺杆配合;上压板位于铁心上部的空间,下压板位于铁心的下部空间内;
    铁心的上端的铁轭设置在上压板一侧边与上夹件的一夹件边之间,铁心的下端的铁轭设置在下压板与下夹件之间的基座上;
    所述高压线圈和低压线圈设置在心柱上,上、下夹件夹紧高压线圈和低压线圈;
    还包括一上垫块和下垫块;
    高压线圈和低压线圈的两端分别设置有上垫块和下垫块;下夹件和下压板支撑下垫块,上夹件和上压板压紧上垫块。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的树脂浇注立体卷铁心非晶合金干式变压器,其特征在于:所述低压线圈为箔绕或线绕圆筒式结构,端绝缘用树脂混料粘封。
    所述高压线圈采用分段圆筒式结构,且整个线圈导体都被环氧树脂的固体绝缘层所包封。
  3. 按照权利要求1或2所述的树脂浇注立体卷铁心非晶合金干式变压器,其特征在于:所述高压线圈的三个接线端子和低压线圈的四个接线端子分别排列设在变压器的相对侧的上夹件的安装架上。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的树脂浇注立体卷铁心非晶合金干式变压器,其特征在于:所述铁轭与基座之间设置有弹性垫。
