Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a labeled container.
  • a container manufacturing line is provided with a container pressurizing apparatus which consists of pneumatic equipment, a pressure in an internal portion of the container is increased by inserting and attaching an air nozzle of the container pressurizing apparatus to an opening portion of the container, and a label is attached to a surface of the container in a state in which the pressure in the internal portion is increased.
  • This method is used for the purpose of preventing a wall surface of the container from being pressed by a label attaching force thereby being deformed concavely, by increasing the pressure in the internal portion of the container.
  • the air nozzle of the container pressurizing apparatus is detached from the opening portion of the container.
  • An object of the present invention is to simply increase a pressure of an internal portion of a container at a time of attaching a label to a surface of the container.
  • a manufacturing method for a labeled container comprising the steps of- ' increasing a pressure of an internal portion by concaving a part of a wall surface of a sealed container, ' and attaching a label to a surface of the container in a state in which the pressure of the internal portion is increased.
  • a sealed container is used by forming the container by blow molding, and sealing an air blowing port after forming, and a filling port of a content is formed by cutting the vicinity of the air blowing port after attaching the label.

  • the container main body 20 is threadably attached with the cap 30 at an outer peripheral thread portion of the neck portion 21, and is sealed.
  • the label 40 consists of a film to which a print of a trade name or the like is applied, and is attached to a label attaching surface which is defined on a surface of the body portion 23 of the container main body 20.
  • a sealing is achieved by previously attaching the cap 30 (may be achieved by inserting and attaching a seal plug) to the opening portion 20A (Fig. 1(B)) of the container main body 20 after being formed (Fig. 1(A)).
  • a concave portion 50 is formed by concaving a part of a wall surface of the sealed container main body 20, the bottom portion 24 in the present embodiment (Fig. 1(C)).
  • a pressure of an internal portion is increased by reducing an internal volumetric capacity of the container main body 20, and the label 40 is attached to a label attaching surface of the surface of the body portion 23 of the container main body 20 in a state in which a pressure of the internal portion is increased (Fig. 1(D)).
  • a % reduction in volume of the internal volumetric capacity by forming the concave portion 50 in the bottom portion 24 of the container main body 20 is 1 to 20%, and particularly is 10 to 20% in the thin container.
  • a pressure (a pneumatic pressure) of the internal portion is therefore increased.
  • the bottom portion 24 of the container main body 20 has a stepped inclined portion 25 and a protruding portion 26.
  • the stepped inclined portion 25 is connected to the body portion 23, having a reduced diameter with respect to the body portion 23 and being formed approximately as an inclined shape.
  • the protruding portion 26 is connected to the inclined portion 25, and slightly protrudes to an outer side in a radial direction of the container main body 20 from the inclined portion 25.
  • An occluded end surface of the protruding portion 26 forms a bottom plate portion 26A, and a pinch-off portion (not illustrated) is provided in the bottom plate 26A.
  • the inclined portion 25 and the protruding portion 26 which protrude to the outer side of the container main body 20 are pressed into the inner side of the container main body 20, then the inclined portion 25 forms a pressing reverse portion 25B which is pressed towards or to the inner side in the axial direction in the container main body 20 with respect to a reverse boundary portion 25A which is a boundary portion of the body portion 23 around the bottom portion 24.
  • the inclined portion 25 and the protruding portion 26 of the bottom portion 24 which run into the construction of the pressing reverse portion 25B mentioned above form the concave portion 50 which is concaved to the inner side of the container main body 20.
  • the formation of the concave may be an irreversible process, or may be a reversible process.
  • a volume of the concaved amount of the concave portion is 15 to 25 ml, preferably 18 to 22 ml.
  • the container main body 20 employs a structure which is formed by the blow molding, however, may employ a structure which is formed by injection molding.
  • Fig. 3 shows another example of the manufacturing of the container 10, and it employs an air blowing portion (which may be called as a flash or a burr) 21A which extends from the opening portion 20A accompanying to the neck portion 21 of the blow molded container main body 20, as a means for sealing the container main body 20 before forming the concave portion 50 in the bottom portion 24 of the container main body 20.
  • an air blowing portion which may be called as a flash or a burr
  • the sealed container main body 20 (Fig. 3(A)) is obtained by forming the container main body 20 by the blow molding, and sealing the air blowing port 21B provided in the air blowing portion 21A after forming.
  • the concave portion 50 is formed by concaving a part of the wall surface of the sealed container main body 20, the bottom portion 24 in the present embodiment (Fig. 3(B)), and the pressure of the internal portion is increased by reducing the internal volumetric capacity of the container main body 20.
