Abstract

L'invention concerne une installation (10) conçue pour le lavage de véhicules à moteur, du type à double portique, qui comprend deux portiques mobiles (20, 40) appropriés pour se déplacer en avant et en arrière (f) de manière indépendante l'un de l'autre, le long d'un chemin longitudinal (P), par rapport au véhicule (V) à laver qui est à l'arrêt. L'installation de lavage selon l'invention présente des améliorations importantes en ce qui concerne les installations de lavage, toutes deux sont équipées de portique double d'un autre type courant, de plus, elle permet avantageusement d'exécuter une série de nouveaux cycles de lavage innovants (cycles A ; B ; C), parmi lesquels on peut choisir des cycles de lavage (A) ne consistant qu'à utiliser le premier portique (20), de manière à laver complètement le véhicule (V) uniquement grâce à des jets d'eau (29a) à haute pression et sans utiliser des brosses rotatives, et les cycles de lavage (B, C) consistent également à utiliser le second portique (40), qui est équipé de deux brosses verticales (42a, 42b) et d'une brosse horizontale rotative (43).
