Description

拉爆式天花、挂件螺丝及其使用方法
技术领域
本发明属于紧固件螺丝技术领域,尤其涉及拉爆式天花、挂件螺丝及其使用方法。
背景技术
目前常见的螺丝主要有两类:多头螺丝和顶爆螺丝。这两种螺丝均具有紧固功能,因此广泛应用于吊杆天花工程、吊空调工程、挂件工程等等。以图1和图2所示的顶爆螺丝为例,该顶爆螺丝包括顶爆螺套10、安装在顶爆螺套10内的顶爆头20和用于固定顶爆头20的胶片30,在应用该顶爆螺丝时,需要在应用端如天花板上先打孔,将顶爆螺丝塞入孔中,然后通过铁棒将顶爆头20敲入顶爆螺套10内,以使顶爆螺套10打开膨胀,最后再通过螺杆50和螺帽40将被安装物件60固定。该顶爆螺丝存在以下缺陷:
一、安装繁琐、难度大。
二、当应用终端密度高或标号高时,如楼板、石材,很难或根本无法通过螺杆将顶爆头20敲击顶爆螺套10施加压力,导致很难或无法使顶爆螺套10打开膨胀。

本发明与现有技术相比,有益效果在于:通过机械工具旋紧主体螺丝头,锥台形顶推部易给膨胀管施加压力使其膨胀,在应用端密度高或或标号高时,也可打开膨胀,而且安装简便,省时省力及安全稳固;通过具有凹凸相间的顶推面的锥台形顶推部,不但可容纳应用端钻孔时产生的残留物,还可增加接触摩擦力,不但能增加与应用端的摩擦力,还可增加与膨胀管的摩擦力,能防止膨胀管与锥台形顶推部同时转动,可起到更好的紧固作用。另外,膨胀管末端设置有与锥台形顶推部的凹凸相间的顶推面匹配的凹凸槽,同样能够更加有效的防止膨胀管与锥台形顶推部同时转动,起到更好的紧固作用。

如图3所示,在本发明的一个实施例中,所述螺柱12和锥台形顶推部1一体成型,所述螺柱12上设置有外螺纹,所述主体螺丝头3内部设置有与所述外螺纹匹配的内螺纹。
如图7所示,在本发明的一个实施例中,所述螺柱12和主体螺丝头3一体成型,所述螺柱12上设置有外螺纹,所述锥台形顶推部1内部设置有与所述外螺纹匹配的内螺纹。
在本发明实施例中,所述主体螺丝头3上端的直径小于所述膨胀管2的直径。
在本发明实施例中,所述锥台形顶推部1的周面设置有凹凸相间的轴向V型齿和V型槽。
在本发明实施例中,通过设置的轴向V型齿和V型槽,一是可以容纳应用端在钻孔时所产生的残留物;二是可增加与应用端如墙壁的摩擦力,使锥台形顶推部1更好的固定在应用端上;三是在旋紧主体螺丝头3和锥台形顶推部1时,通过轴向V型齿和V型槽还可增加锥台形顶推部1与膨胀管2接触时的摩擦力,能防止膨胀管2与锥台形顶推部1同时转动,从而更好的紧固锥台形顶推部1和膨胀管2。
在本发明实施例中,所述拉爆式天花、挂件螺丝还包括:
螺杆5和与螺杆5匹配的螺帽4;所述螺帽4通过螺杆5与主体螺丝头3螺纹连接。通过螺杆5和螺帽4,可固定被安装物件6天花、挂件;当然也可以用于固定空调等,在此并不用于限制本发明。
在本发明实施例中,所述拉爆式天花、挂件螺丝还包括:
挂件7;所述挂件7上设置有用于与主体螺丝头3螺纹连接的外螺纹71;在本发明实施例中,所述挂件7具体为顶端设置有外螺纹的挂钩。
请参阅图8,本发明实施例还提供了如上述的拉爆式天花、挂件螺丝的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
S801:在应用端上钻孔;
S802:将拉爆式天花、挂件螺丝塞入孔中;
S803: 旋紧主体螺丝头3,锥台形顶推部1给膨胀管施加压力,使膨胀管2下端逐渐向外胀开。
在本发明实施例中,旋开主体螺丝头3和锥台形顶推部1,就可以拆下主体螺丝头3,可重复二次使用;主体螺丝拆除后,应用端上表面平整、无凸起。
本发明实施例的拉爆式天花、挂件螺丝的使用方法,拆装简便、省时省力及安全稳固。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、若干变形、等同替换和改进等,如主体螺丝头3具有可接驳内牙,其螺帽除了采用常见的六角形外,还可作若干变形,如四方形、球形、圆形等、其尺寸长短、大小或这类似外六角头型露出部份有内牙接驳功能等替换方式,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
本发明可方便地通过机械工具旋紧主体螺丝头和锥台形顶推部,易给膨胀管施加压力使其膨胀,在应用端密度高或标号高时,也可打开膨胀,而且安装简便,省时省力及安全稳固;通过具有凹凸相间的顶推面的锥台形顶推部,不但可容纳应用端钻孔时产生的残留物,还可增加接触摩擦力,起到更好的紧固作用。

Claims (1)

  1. 权 利 要 求 书
    1.拉爆式天花、挂件螺丝,包括:螺柱(12)、膨胀管(2)及主体螺丝头(3),其特征在于,所述拉爆式天花、挂件螺丝还包括锥台形顶推部(1),所述锥台形顶推部(1)具有凹凸相间的顶推面,所述螺柱(12)设置于所述锥台形顶推部(1)和主体螺丝头(3)两者中的其中一个,并用于与其中剩余的另一个螺接,所述膨胀管(2)用于套装在所述螺柱(12)上,所述主体螺丝头(3)部分伸入所述膨胀管(2)内,当旋紧所述主体螺丝头(3)和锥台形顶推部(1)时,所述锥台形顶推部(1)顶推所述膨胀管(2)下端内壁,使所述膨胀管(2)下端逐渐向外胀开。
    2.如权利要求1所述的拉爆式天花、挂件螺丝,其特征在于,所述锥台形顶推部(1)的周面设置有凹凸相间的轴向V型齿和V型槽。
    3.如权利要求2所述的拉爆式天花、挂件螺丝,其特征在于,所述主体螺丝头(3)上端的直径小于所述膨胀管(2)的直径。
    4.如权利要求3所述的拉爆式天花、挂件螺丝,其特征在于,所述螺柱(12)和锥台形顶推部(1)一体成型,所述螺柱(12)上设置有外螺纹,所述主体螺丝头(3)内部设置有与所述外螺纹匹配的内螺纹。
    5、如权利要求3所述的拉爆式天花、挂件螺丝,其特征在于,所述螺柱(12)和主体螺丝头(3)一体成型,所述螺柱(12)上设置有外螺纹,所述锥台形顶推部(1)内部设置有与所述外螺纹匹配的内螺纹。
    6.如权利要求1所述的拉爆式天花、挂件螺丝,其特征在于,所述锥台形顶推部(1)的下端直径小于膨胀管(2)的直径,上端直径大于膨胀管(2)的直径;所述主体螺丝头(3)具有可接驳内牙,其螺帽为六角形、四方形、球形或者圆形。
    7.如权利要求1所述的拉爆式天花、挂件螺丝,其特征在于,所述拉爆式天花、挂件螺丝还包括:
    螺杆(5)和与螺杆(5)匹配的螺帽(4);
    所述螺帽(4)通过螺杆(5)与主体螺丝头(3)螺纹连接。
    8.如权利要求1所述的拉爆式天花、挂件螺丝,其特征在于,所述拉爆式天花、挂件螺丝还包括:
    挂件(7);
    所述挂件(7)上设置有用于与主体螺丝头(3)螺纹连接的外螺纹(71)。
    9.如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的拉爆式天花、挂件螺丝,其特征在于,所述膨胀管(2)内表面设置有与所述凹凸相间的顶推面匹配的凹凸槽。
    10.如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的拉爆式天花、挂件螺丝的使用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    在应用端上钻孔;
    将拉爆式天花、挂件螺丝塞入孔中;
    旋紧主体螺丝头(3)和锥台形顶推部(1),使膨胀管(2)下端逐渐向外胀开。
