如图11所示,本发明的翻爆式紧固螺丝包括主体螺丝2以及与该主体螺丝2的螺杆旋配的防滑膨胀螺套1。所述防滑膨胀螺套1的结构同上,所述主体螺丝2尾部设有可与防滑膨胀螺套1上部内螺纹配合的外螺纹24,中部设有由上至下直径逐渐增大的锥形面21,防滑膨胀螺套1底部的内径介于所述锥形面21的最小直径和最大直径之间,主体螺丝2头部22的外形可以是六角形、四方形、球形、十字形等,其尺寸和形状不限。这样,当扭动主体螺丝2与防滑膨胀螺套1旋接时,防滑膨胀螺套1侧壁外表面设置的凸起12与安装孔壁之间的摩擦力大大增加,可有效防止防滑膨胀螺套1打滑转动,使之完全不会跟着主体螺丝2一起转动,与此同时,防滑膨胀螺套1由于与锥形面21相抵使得其下部的叶片向外膨胀张开,形成反向力学的作用,当螺丝扭得越紧,其反向力就越大,螺丝承受的吊力、拉力就越稳。
本发明的防滑膨胀螺套可与多种形式的主体螺丝2及其他配件组合使用,如天花、灯饰、焊接、挂件等紧固螺丝,下面用五个实施例加以描述:
实施例一、如图3所示,所述主体螺丝2包括螺杆本体23和限位膨胀头25两个独立的部件,所述锥形面21设置在限位膨胀头25的上部,该限位膨胀头25套接在螺杆本体23上并可上下移动至合适的位置以适应不同深度的安装孔,移至合适位置后可通过压紧、打凹点20或打销钉等方法将限位膨胀头25固定在螺杆本体23上,即可旋动螺杆本体23,使防滑膨胀螺套1在限位膨胀头25的锥形面21的压力下膨胀打开。所述螺杆本体23下部既可以是带外螺纹的螺纹杆,也可以是侧壁光滑的杆件,当带有带外螺纹时,还可以用于旋接如实施例一中所述的承托片32以及螺帽33,特别适用于吊装天花、灯饰或空调等。
实施例二、如图6所示,所述主体螺丝2为吊灯饰螺丝,其尾部设有外螺纹与防滑膨胀螺套1配合,其中部设有锥形面21,其顶部设有一扩大的螺帽26,该螺帽26周边设有凹凸纹,其顶面设有一字形、十字形或多边形凹槽27,可供扭动主体螺丝2。安装时,将防滑膨胀螺套1打入安装孔内,转动主体螺丝2,由于防滑膨胀螺套1外侧壁凸块12的定位防打滑作用,防滑膨胀螺套1在锥形面21的压力下膨胀打开,主体螺丝2即可以安装灯饰或其它物件。
实施例三、如图7所示,所述主体螺丝2为焊接接驳螺丝,其尾部设有外螺纹与防滑膨胀螺套1配合,其中部设有锥形面21,其顶部为扁平状的接驳头28,该接驳头28的侧壁具有至少一个平面用于焊接其他物件,本实施例中,如图8所示,该接驳头28的横截面大致呈方形。在旋动主体螺丝2使防滑膨胀螺套1打开固定在安装孔后,可通过焊接将其他物件焊接固定在接驳头28上。此外,该接驳头28与主体螺丝2中部交接处沿周边可设有一 限制主体螺丝2打入安装孔深度的限位凸沿29,安装后露出的接驳头可焊接其它物体。
实施例四、如图9所示,所述翻爆式紧固螺丝包括: 防滑膨胀螺套1、主体螺丝2以及天花组合螺丝3。该天花组合螺丝3又包括:螺纹杆31、套在该螺纹杆31上的承托片32以及旋接于所述螺纹杆31底部并支撑所述承托片32的螺帽33。所述主体螺丝2顶部设有带内螺纹孔的螺帽22可与天花组合螺丝3的螺纹杆31螺纹配合,由此可用于吊装天花、灯饰或空调等。
实施例五、如图10所示,所述翻爆式紧固螺丝包括:防滑膨胀螺套1、主体螺丝2以及挂件5,该挂件5可以是挂钩或挂环状,其顶部设有外螺纹51。所述主体螺丝2底部固设有带内螺纹孔的螺帽22可与挂件5顶部的外螺纹51螺纹配合,由此可用于吊挂物件。
需要说明的是,上述实施例二至五中的锥形面21均可以象实施例一的一样,设置在一个独立的限位膨胀头25端面,由此可以根据安装孔的深度来调节锥形面21的位置再固定,而且采用这种独立限位膨胀头25的结构,即使主体螺丝的直径较大,也无需像现有产品一样必须采用大型的设备加工,由此可大大降低了接驳螺丝的加工成本。
本发明的翻爆式紧固螺丝及其防滑膨胀螺套完全解决了现有技术中传统拉爆螺丝及顶爆螺丝的安装难题,可配合不同的配件使用,用途广泛、安装简便快捷且安全稳固。在不需要使用时,还可以将主体螺丝拆除,保持安装场地平整,拆除下来的主体螺丝还可重复使用,非常节约及环保。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
本发明提供一种翻爆式紧固螺丝及其防滑膨胀螺套,由于防滑膨胀螺套具有可增加摩擦力的外表面,因此在与主体螺丝旋接时,防滑膨胀螺套与安装孔位之间不容易打滑,从而可大大提高安装效率,且可保证防滑膨胀螺套能充分张开,确保其可靠的紧固作用;主体螺丝的锥形面还可设置在独立的限位膨胀头端面,即使主体螺丝的直径较大也无须使用大型设备来加工,由此可大大降低加工成本;在不需要使用时可将主体螺丝拆卸,不但能保持安装场地的平整美观,而且主体螺丝能够循环使用,更加环保,具有工业实用性。

Claims (1)

  1. 权利要求书
    1、一种防滑膨胀螺套(1),包括圆筒状的壁部,在所述圆筒状的壁部的一端开设有多条延伸到中部的轴向切断槽(11),由此形成所述防滑膨胀螺套(1)多个易于向外张开的叶片单元,其特征在于:
    所述防滑膨胀螺套(1)的内孔壁设有可与螺栓旋配的内螺纹,其外壁设置有防滑的粗糙表面(12)。
    2、根据权利要求1所述的防滑膨胀螺套,其特征在于: 所述防滑膨胀螺套(1)外壁的防滑粗糙表面(12)为分布在所述外壁面的多条轴向凸条或均匀分布在所述外壁面的凸点或凸块。
    3、一种翻爆式紧固螺丝,包括:主体螺丝(2)以及与该主体螺丝(2)的螺杆旋配的防滑膨胀螺套(1),所述主体螺丝(2)螺杆的中部设置有用于推顶所述防滑膨胀螺套(1)叶片单元向外张开的锥形面(21),其特征在于:
    所述防滑膨胀螺套(1)的外壁设置有防滑的粗糙表面(12)。
    4、根据权利要求3所述的翻爆式紧固螺丝,其特征在于:所述锥形面(21)是一体成型于所述主体螺丝(2)的螺杆中部的。
    5、根据权利要求3所述的翻爆式紧固螺丝,其特征在于: 所述锥形面(21)设置在一独立的限位膨胀头(25)的上端面,该限位膨胀头(25)穿套于所述主体螺丝(2)的螺杆并移到适当的位置后通过压紧、打凹点(20)或打销钉固定在所述主体螺丝(2)的螺杆(23)上。
    6、根据权利要求3、4或5所述的翻爆式紧固螺丝,其特征在于: 所述防滑膨胀螺套(1)外壁的防滑粗糙表面(12)为分布在所述外壁面的多条轴向凸条或均匀分布在所述外壁面的凸点或凸块。
    7、根据权利要求6所述的翻爆式紧固螺丝,其特征在于:所述主体螺丝(2)顶部设有一扩大的螺帽(26),该螺帽(26)周边设有凹凸纹,其顶面
    设有一字形、十字形或多边形凹槽(27)。
    8、根据权利要求6所述的翻爆式紧固螺丝,其特征在于:所述主体螺丝(2)下部为安装后外露的扁平状的接驳头(28),该接驳头(28)的侧壁具有至少一个平面,该接驳头(28)与主体螺丝(2)中部交接处沿周边设有限制所述主体螺丝(2)进入安装孔深度的限位凸沿(29)。
    9、根据权利要求6所述的翻爆式紧固螺丝,其特征在于:还包括天花组合螺丝(3),所述主体螺丝(2)顶部设有带内螺纹孔的螺帽,所述天花组合螺丝(3)包括螺纹杆(31)、套在该螺纹杆(31)上的承托片(32)以及旋接于所述螺纹杆(31)底部并支撑所述承托片(32)的螺帽(33);所述螺纹杆(31)与主体螺丝(2)顶部螺帽的内螺纹孔旋接。
    10、根据权利要求6所述的翻爆式紧固螺丝,其特征在于: 还包括一挂件(5),所述主体螺丝(2)顶部设有带内螺纹孔的螺帽,所述挂件(5)顶部设有与所述主体螺丝(2)顶部螺帽内螺纹孔配合的外螺纹。
