Abstract

本发明公开了对显示的文字信息进行翻译的处理系统、方法及手持终端,手持终端获取按原始语种进行显示的文字信息,并通过预设的多语种文字的字库信息,查找出相应的目的语种,将获取的显示信息翻译为目标文字,并在手持终端上显示。

本发明涉及信息处理技术领域,尤其涉及的是一种基于NFC技术对显示的文字信息的多语种文字进行自动翻译的处理系统、方法及手持终端。
背景技术
伴随着全球化的迅猛发展,在相当多的国际场所提出了多国文字自动翻译的需求。比如说旅游场所的指示栏、国际会议上的指示牌等等。为了满足这一需求,目前最常用的处理方式是将多国文字以实体方式并列印刷在电子显示牌上,这种方式存在占用较多实体空间,且不能兼顾到部分生僻国家文字的缺陷。
近几年基于语音识别和图像识别技术,也提出了一些新的解决方案。但是这类方案存在着识别率不高、翻译效率较慢,对终端性能要求较高等缺陷。在某些特定场所也无法有效工作,比如在声音嘈杂的场所无法用语音识别,在夜晚或光线较暗的场所无法用图像识别。
因此,现有技术还有待于改进和发展。
技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种基于NFC技术对文字信息的多语种文字进行自动翻译的处理系统、方法及手持终端,其通过短距离无线通信(NFC)方式实现对显示的原始语种文字信息实时翻译为用户的目的语种的文字信息,并可同时高效的将多种语种显示的文字信息翻译为用户的目的语种的译文,为用户提供了方便,且不受环境干扰的影响,适用性强,降低了成本。
技术解决方案
一种对显示的文字信息进行自动翻译的处理系统,包括:电子显示牌、与所述电子显示牌连接的手持终端;所述电子显示牌包括有无线通讯模块,所述手持终端包括无线接收模块;
所述电子显示牌用于对需显示的文字信息按选定的原始语种进行显示;所述电子显示牌的无线通讯模块提供无线传输接口通过短距离无线传输方式,与手持终端进行通讯连接;
所述手持终端的无线接收模块通过短距离无线传输方式从所述电子显示牌获取按原始语种进行显示的文字信息;在获取上述文字信息后,所述手持终端对该按原始语种进行显示的文字信息通过预设的多语种文字的字库信息,查找出相应的目的语种,将获取的显示信息翻译为目标文字,并在手持终端上显示。
所述对显示的文字信息进行自动翻译的处理系统,其还包括与所述手持终端通讯连接的网络服务器,用于通过WIFI、GPRS或3G上网方式对手持终端的文字翻译请求提供动态加载的网络服务。

B、手持终端通过短距离无线传输方式从电子显示牌获取按原始语种进行显示的文字信息,并对该按原始语种进行显示的文字信息通过预设的多语种文字的字库信息,查找出相应的目的语种,将获取的显示信息翻译为目标文字,并在手持终端上显示。
所述对显示的文字信息进行自动翻译的处理方法,所述步骤B具体包括步骤:
B1、当手持终端贴近电子显示牌时,通过手持终端检测电子显示牌是否正常工作;
B2、当检测到电子显示牌工作正常时,手持终端根据预设请求相应的文字信息;
B3、手持终端通过短距离无线传输方式从电子显示牌获取按原始语种进行显示的文字信息,并判断该获取的文字信息是否有效;
B4、当判断该获取的文字信息有效,则对该文字信息进行语义分析,并通过查找预设的多语种文字的字库信息,自动查找出相应的目的语种,将获取的显示信息翻译为目标文字,用对应的语言显示该目标文字。
所述对显示的文字信息进行自动翻译的处理方法,所述步骤B4中的并通过查找预设的多语种文字的字库信息具体包括:手持终端判断本地的多语种字库是否有该目的语种,如果有则在本地查找,否则从服务器获取相应的语言进行显示。
所述对显示的文字信息进行自动翻译的处理方法,所述步骤B4还包括:
检测该文字信息中是否包含URL链接;当否时结束;
当是时,接收用户的操作点击该URL链接,并启动浏览器访问URL。
一种手持终端,所述手持终端用于通过短距离无线传输方式从电子显示牌获取按原始语种进行显示的文字信息,并对该按原始语种进行显示的文字信息通过预设的多语种文字的字库信息,查找出相应的目的语种,将获取的显示信息翻译为目标文字,并在手持终端上显示:

有益效果
本发明所提供的对显示的文字信息进行自动翻译的处理系统、方法及手持终端,由于采用了手持终端通过短距离无线传输方式从所述电子显示牌获取按原始语种进行显示的文字信息,并对该按原始语种进行显示的文字信息通过预设的多语种文字的字库信息,查找出相应的目的语种,将获取的显示信息翻译为目标文字,并在手持终端上显示,其通过短距离无线通信(NFC)方式实现对显示的原始语种文字信息实时翻译为用户的目的语种的文字信息,为用户提供了方便,且不受环境干扰的影响,适用性强,降低了成本。还可以通过手持终端连接到无线互联网,进行语言文字包的在线更新与升级,并且本发明可同时高效的将多种语种显示的文字信息翻译为用户的目的语种的译文。并具有如下优点:
01)适用性强,采用NFC(短距离无线通信)方式,不受周边环境(如声音、光线和天气等)的影响,可以灵活部署在任何需要的场所,在任何需要的时间点使用。对终端没有特别的性能要求,支持短距离和无线通信的终端即可在安全认证后接入本系统,享受自动翻译的服务。
02)支持文字的种类广泛,且可以随时升级,本发明可以根据手持终端的处理能力和存储空间大小,灵活划分终端本地文字库与网络文字库的分配,还可以接入无线互联网进行语言文字库的在线更新与升级,因此能够最大限度的对各国文字予以即时的支持。
03)成本低。
04)扩展性和安全性强,本发明的交互协议及数据包定义,预留了基于未来新业务的扩展功能,如电子标牌留言功能、URL提取功能等,整套设计扩展性强。系统还对安全合法接入进行了专门设计,确保合法用户和签约用户更好的业务使用安全。

本发明所提供的对显示的文字信息进行自动翻译的处理系统、方法及手持终端,为使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚、明确,以下参照附图并举实施例对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明实施例的一种对显示的文字信息进行自动翻译的处理系统,如图1所示,主要包括:电子显示牌100、与所述电子显示牌100连接的手持终端200。
其中,所述电子显示牌100,承载了信息的多国语言版本, 通过NFC无线传输方式, 对手持终端提供对应的数据。具体地,该电子显示牌100主要用于对需显示的文字信息按选定的原始语种进行显示;并提供无线传输接口通过短距离无线传输方式,与手持终端200进行通讯连接。
譬如,如图1所示,当该电子显示牌100销售给中国客户作为指示牌时,则设置文字信息主要显示的原始语种为中文,如图1所示的“温馨提示 请保管好您的小票,有需要请咨询服务台”。并设置该电子显示牌100提供无线传输接口通过短距离无线传输方式,与手持终端200进行通讯连接。短距离无线传输(NFC:Near Field Communication)技术是目前常用的短距离无线通信技术。
其中,如图2所示,所述电子显示牌100主要包括以下模块:
接收模块110,用于接收需要显示的文字信息;如上所述的“温馨提示 请保管好您的小票,有需要请咨询服务台”。
设置模块120,用于接收用户的操作选定该文字信息显示的原始语种类型;譬如设定原始语种为中文。
转换与显示模块130,用于将所述文字信息转换为选定的原始语种的文字信息进行显示。譬如当原始语种设定为中文时,则将电子显示牌显示的为中文文字信息。当设定的原始语种为英文时,则电子显示牌显示的为英文文字信息。
无线通讯模块140,用于提供无线传输接口通过短距离无线传输方式,与手持终端进行通讯连接。
如图1所示,手持终端200通过NFC无线传输,向电子显示牌请求对应的语言信息,获取语言信息翻译为目标文字后直接在本机屏幕显示。具体地,该手持终端200通过短距离无线传输方式从所述电子显示牌100获取按原始语种进行显示的文字信息,并对该按原始语种进行显示的文字信息通过预设的多语种文字的字库信息,查找出相应的目的语种,将获取的显示信息翻译为目标文字,并在手持终端上显示。
譬如、接上述实施例所述,当一个不懂中文美国人,看见显示中文信息的电子显示牌100显示“温馨提示 请保管好您的小票,有需要请咨询服务台”,则可以通过本发明实施例的手机终端200以短距离无线传输方式从所述电子显示牌100获取按原始语种进行显示的文字信息“温馨提示 请保管好您的小票,有需要请咨询服务台”,再通过本发明的手持终端200对该获取的文字信息进行处理,通过其内预设的多语种文字的字库信息,查找出相应的目的语种(如英语)进行翻译为目标文字“Warm prompt please keep your receipt, please ask the reception desk”,并在本手持终端上显示。则通过将文字信息翻译为用户设定的熟悉的语种文字。
进一步地,如图3所示,所述手持终端200包括:
无线接收模块210,用于通过短距离无线传输方式从所述电子显示牌获取按原始语种进行显示的文字信息;
多语种字库模块220,用于存储多语种文字的字库信息;例如:中文、英文、法语、德文、日文、韩文等字库信息。
翻译模块230,用于对该文字信息进行语义分析,并通过查找预设的多语种文字的字库信息,自动查找出相应的目的语种,将获取的显示信息翻译为目标文字。如上所述,假如手持终端200设定显示的目的语种为英文时,则将上述从电子显示牌100获取的中文信息“温馨提示 请保管好您的小票,有需要请咨询服务台”进行语义分析,自动查收字库翻译为英文的“Warm prompt please keep your receipt, please ask the reception desk”
显示模块240,用于对翻译的目标文字进行显示。
网络模块250,用于通过WIFI、GPRS或3G上网方式向远程网络服务器请求文字翻译的动态加载网络服务。对于一些语言的字库如果手持终端当前不支持,可以通过网络模块以2G/3G或WIFI方式向远程服务器请求的方式动态加载。
本实施例所述的对显示的文字信息进行自动翻译的处理系统,如图1所示,其还包括与所述手持终端200通讯连接的网络服务器300,用于通过WIFI、GPRS或3G上网方式对手持终端的文字翻译请求提供动态加载的网络服务。由于电子显示牌承载的信息有限,部分情况下电子显示牌只会向手持终端回馈简单的语言信息和URL链接,手持终端可根据用户意愿决定是否需要访问该URL来获取更加丰富全面的信息。
其中,本发明实施例的手持终端200的实现的具体描述如下:手持终端为了完整地实现多语言阅读的功能, 至少包含NFC、网络接入和图形三个子系统。其中子系统从下往上可分为硬件、接口驱动、功能驱动和系统组件四个层面,如图4所示,通过该四个层面支持应用程序的多语言阅读应用,应用程序的多语言阅读应用:包括协议交互单元,网络模块、界面处理单元。
其中,1) NFC子系统:硬件层为NFC芯片(NFC Chip),芯片通过I2C和主控芯片进行接口。接口驱动即为I2C驱动。基于接口驱动的调用,NFC驱动主要实现NFC的逻辑功能,包括数据包的收发、流量控制、纠错处理等。NFC stack实现了操作系统相关的调用接口。
2) 网络接入子系统:大部分手持终端均支持WIFI和GPRS/3G的网络功能, 对于应用程序,都是通过标准的SOCKET API(套接字接口函数)进行访问, 系统组件层就是TCP/IP协议栈。对于WIFI, TCP/IP直接和WIFI功能驱动对接;而2G/3G modem的数据传输基本都是基于PPP协议(PPP协议为调制解调器点对点通信的常用协议), 所以要经过一层套接重新封包成TCP/IP。 WIFI芯片一般通过SDIO接口和主控处理器连接,SDIO接口为一种常用的外设接口,SD卡是SDIO设备的一种,3G Modem基带芯片的连接接口以USB居多。
3) 图形子系统:输入输出是图形程序的基本功能, 应用程序调用系统的图形API(Application Programming Interface,应用程序编程接口),进行界面的响应和绘制。图形系统通过显示(Display)驱动、LCD控制器接口驱动的处理, 最终将图形正确地输送到LCD显示芯片上。而OS graphic engine(系统图形引擎),用于给GUI(图形用户界面(Graphical User Interface,即界面处理单元)程序提供绘图的调用接口。
4 )多语言阅读应用。NFC、网络接入、图形三个子系统在系统组件层面为应用程序提供了简易的调用API,使得应用程序的开发无需了解子系统的实现细节,而是更多地关注如何对操作、界面进行优化,从而以最友好的用户体验来呈现给用户。其中自动根据系统当前语言来请求对应信息、无字库时自动联网动态加载、允许用户手动设置阅读的语言、允许用户访问信息中的URL等功能,都可以极大为用户提供方便。
进一步地本发明还定义了电子显示牌与手持终端之间的多国文字自动翻译的协议及数据包定义,数据包通过NFC无线方式来通信。整套系统还可以通过手持终端连接到无线互联网,进行语言文字包的在线更新与升级。
NFC允许双向的数据传输,具有较好的响应速度,对于小数据量的应用能够完全胜任。为了保证电子显示牌和手持终端之间能够高效、快速地通讯,本发明实施例专门制定了一套数据包用于交互。
本发明实施例的数据包主要包括:包头、包类型、数据类型、数据长度、数据信息、检验和、包尾等。具体结构如下表所示:

步骤S510、电子显示牌对需显示的文字信息按选定的原始语种进行显示;具体如上所述。
步骤S520、手持终端通过短距离无线传输方式从电子显示牌获取按原始语种进行显示的文字信息,并对该按原始语种进行显示的文字信息通过预设的多语种文字的字库信息,查找出相应的目的语种,将获取的显示信息翻译为目标文字,并在手持终端上显示。具体如上所述。
其中,该步骤S520具体包括步骤:
B1、当手持终端贴近电子显示牌时,通过手持终端检测电子显示牌是否正常工作;
B2、当检测到电子显示牌工作正常时,手持终端根据预设请求相应的文字信息;
B3、手持终端通过短距离无线传输方式从电子显示牌获取按原始语种进行显示的文字信息,并判断该获取的文字信息是否有效;
B4、当判断该获取的文字信息有效,则对该文字信息进行语义分析,并通过查找预设的多语种文字的字库信息,自动查找出相应的目的语种,将获取的显示信息翻译为目标文字,用对应的语言显示该目标文字。
其中,所述步骤B4中的并通过查找预设的多语种文字的字库信息具体包括:手持终端判断本地的多语种字库是否有该目的语种,如果有则在本地查找,否则从服务器获取相应的语言进行显示。
进一步地,所述步骤B4还包括:
检测该文字信息中是否包含URL链接;当否时结束;
当是时,接收用户的操作点击该URL链接,并启动浏览器访问URL。
以下将通过一具体的交互示例对本发明的方法作进一步描述:
参见图6,为电子显示牌与手持终端之间的数据交互流程,主要包括握手阶段、数据传输阶段、数据传输入完毕。
其中、握手阶段中, 手持终端发送PING数据包,如果得到ACK数据包则表明可以进入数据传输阶段。如果得到NACK数据包表明信息牌繁忙,可以在一个时间间隔后再次发送PING包。应用程序发送多个PING包都超时无响应,可以判断不是一个有效的电子显示牌,即检测电子显示牌非正常工作。
当检测到电子显示牌工作正常时,即握手成功后, 手持终端根据想要的语言,发送RFD数据包请求首次数据, 得到数据后再次发送RAD请求剩余数据, 直至信息牌回应AADZ包才表明数据传输完毕。得到完整数据后,手持终端可以进行信息显示和其他处理。
基于上述实施例,本发明实施例还提供了一种手持终端200,如图3所示,所述手持终端用于通过短距离无线传输方式从电子显示牌获取按原始语种进行显示的文字信息,并对该按原始语种进行显示的文字信息通过预设的多语种文字的字库信息,查找出相应的目的语种,将获取的显示信息翻译为目标文字,并在手持终端上显示:

综上所述,本发明所提供的对显示的文字信息进行自动翻译的处理系统、方法及手持终端,由于采用了手持终端通过短距离无线传输方式从所述电子显示牌获取按原始语种进行显示的文字信息,并对该按原始语种进行显示的文字信息通过预设的多语种文字的字库信息,查找出相应的目的语种,将获取的显示信息翻译为目标文字,并在手持终端上显示,其通过短距离无线通信(NFC)方式实现对显示的原始语种文字信息实时翻译为用户的目的语种的文字信息,为用户提供了方便,且不受环境干扰的影响,适用性强,降低了成本。还可以通过手持终端连接到无线互联网,进行语言文字包的在线更新与升级,并且本发明可同时高效的将多种语种显示的文字信息翻译为用户的目的语种的译文。并具有如下优点:
01)适用性强,采用NFC(短距离无线通信)方式,不受周边环境(如声音、光线和天气等)的影响,可以灵活部署在任何需要的场所,在任何需要的时间点使用。对终端没有特别的性能要求,支持短距离和无线通信的终端即可在安全认证后接入本系统,享受自动翻译的服务。
02)支持文字的种类广泛,且可以随时升级,本发明可以根据手持终端的处理能力和存储空间大小,灵活划分终端本地文字库与网络文字库的分配,还可以接入无线互联网进行语言文字库的在线更新与升级,因此能够最大限度的对各国文字予以即时的支持。
03)成本低。
04)扩展性和安全性强,本发明的交互协议及数据包定义,预留了基于未来新业务的扩展功能,如电子标牌留言功能、URL提取功能等,整套设计扩展性强。系统还对安全合法接入进行了专门设计,确保合法用户和签约用户更好的业务使用安全。
应当理解的是,本发明的应用不限于上述的举例,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种对显示的文字信息进行自动翻译的处理系统,其中,包括:电子显示牌、与所述电子显示牌连接的手持终端;所述电子显示牌包括有无线通讯模块,所述手持终端包括无线接收模块;
    所述电子显示牌用于对需显示的文字信息按选定的原始语种进行显示;所述电子显示牌的无线通讯模块提供无线传输接口通过短距离无线传输方式,与手持终端进行通讯连接;
    所述手持终端的无线接收模块通过短距离无线传输方式从所述电子显示牌获取按原始语种进行显示的文字信息;在获取上述文字信息后,所述手持终端对该按原始语种进行显示的文字信息通过预设的多语种文字的字库信息,查找出相应的目的语种,将获取的显示信息翻译为目标文字,并在手持终端上显示。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的对显示的文字信息进行自动翻译的处理系统,其中,其还包括与所述手持终端通讯连接的网络服务器,用于通过WIFI、GPRS或3G上网方式对手持终端的文字翻译请求提供动态加载的网络服务。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的对显示的文字信息进行自动翻译的处理系统,其中,所述电子显示牌还包括:
    接收模块,用于接收需要显示的文字信息;
    设置模块,用于接收用户的操作选定该文字信息显示的原始语种类型;
    转换与显示模块,用于将所述文字信息转换为选定的原始语种的文字信息进行显示。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的对显示的文字信息进行自动翻译的处理系统,其中,所述手持终端还包括:
    多语种字库模块,用于存储多语种文字的字库信息;
    翻译模块,用于对该文字信息进行语义分析,并通过查找预设的多语种文字的字库信息,自动查找出相应的目的语种,将获取的显示信息翻译为目标文字;
    显示模块,用于对翻译的目标文字进行显示。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的对显示的文字信息进行自动翻译的处理系统,其中,所述手持终端还包括:
    网络模块,用于通过WIFI、GPRS或3G上网方式向远程网络服务器请求文字翻译的动态加载网络服务。
  6. 一种对显示的文字信息进行自动翻译的处理系统,其中,包括:电子显示牌、与所述电子显示牌连接的手持终端;
    所述电子显示牌用于对需显示的文字信息按选定的原始语种进行显示;并提供无线传输接口通过短距离无线传输方式,与手持终端进行通讯连接;
    所述手持终端用于通过短距离无线传输方式从所述电子显示牌获取按原始语种进行显示的文字信息,并对该按原始语种进行显示的文字信息通过预设的多语种文字的字库信息,查找出相应的目的语种,将获取的显示信息翻译为目标文字,并在手持终端上显示。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的对显示的文字信息进行自动翻译的处理系统,其中,其还包括与所述手持终端通讯连接的网络服务器,用于通过WIFI、GPRS或3G上网方式对手持终端的文字翻译请求提供动态加载的网络服务。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的对显示的文字信息进行自动翻译的处理系统,其中,所述电子显示牌包括:
    接收模块,用于接收需要显示的文字信息;
    设置模块,用于接收用户的操作选定该文字信息显示的原始语种类型;
    转换与显示模块,用于将所述文字信息转换为选定的原始语种的文字信息进行显示;
    无线通讯模块,用于提供无线传输接口通过短距离无线传输方式,与手持终端进行通讯连接。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的对显示的文字信息进行自动翻译的处理系统,其中,所述手持终端包括:
    无线接收模块,用于通过短距离无线传输方式从所述电子显示牌获取按原始语种进行显示的文字信息;
    多语种字库模块,用于存储多语种文字的字库信息;
    翻译模块,用于对该文字信息进行语义分析,并通过查找预设的多语种文字的字库信息,自动查找出相应的目的语种,将获取的显示信息翻译为目标文字;
    显示模块,用于对翻译的目标文字进行显示。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的对显示的文字信息进行自动翻译的处理系统,其中,所述手持终端还包括:
    网络模块,用于通过WIFI、GPRS或3G上网方式向远程网络服务器请求文字翻译的动态加载网络服务。
  11. 一种对显示的文字信息进行自动翻译的处理方法,其中,包括;
    A、电子显示牌对需显示的文字信息按选定的原始语种进行显示;
    B、手持终端通过短距离无线传输方式从电子显示牌获取按原始语种进行显示的文字信息,并对该按原始语种进行显示的文字信息通过预设的多语种文字的字库信息,查找出相应的目的语种,将获取的显示信息翻译为目标文字,并在手持终端上显示。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述对显示的文字信息进行自动翻译的处理方法,其中,所述步骤B具体包括步骤:
    B1、当手持终端贴近电子显示牌时,通过手持终端检测电子显示牌是否正常工作;
    B2、当检测到电子显示牌工作正常时,手持终端根据预设请求相应的文字信息;
    B3、手持终端通过短距离无线传输方式从电子显示牌获取按原始语种进行显示的文字信息,并判断该获取的文字信息是否有效;
    B4、当判断该获取的文字信息有效,则对该文字信息进行语义分析,并通过查找预设的多语种文字的字库信息,自动查找出相应的目的语种,将获取的显示信息翻译为目标文字,用对应的语言显示该目标文字。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述对显示的文字信息进行自动翻译的处理方法,其中,所述步骤B4中的并通过查找预设的多语种文字的字库信息具体包括:手持终端判断本地的多语种字库是否有该目的语种,如果有则在本地查找,否则从服务器获取相应的语言进行显示。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述对显示的文字信息进行自动翻译的处理方法,其中,所述步骤B4还包括:
    检测该文字信息中是否包含URL链接;当否时结束;
    当是时,接收用户的操作点击该URL链接,并启动浏览器访问URL。
  15. 一种手持终端,其中,所述手持终端用于通过短距离无线传输方式从电子显示牌获取按原始语种进行显示的文字信息,并对该按原始语种进行显示的文字信息通过预设的多语种文字的字库信息,查找出相应的目的语种,将获取的显示信息翻译为目标文字,并在手持终端上显示:
    该手持终端包括:
    无线接收模块,用于通过短距离无线传输方式从电子显示牌获取按原始语种进行显示的文字信息;
    多语种字库模块,用于存储多语种文字的字库信息;
    翻译模块,用于对该文字信息进行语义分析,并通过查找预设的多语种文字的字库信息,自动查找出相应的目的语种,将获取的显示信息翻译为目标文字;
    显示模块,用于对翻译的目标文字进行显示;
    网络模块,用于通过WIFI、GPRS或3G上网方式向远程网络服务器请求文字翻译的动态加载网络服务。
