Abstract
본 발명은 기재층, 유기-무기 하이브리드층 및 무기차단층이 순차적으로 적층된 다층구조의 베리어 필름 및 불소계 폴리머층을 포함하며, 상기 기재층, 유기-무기 하이브리드층, 무기차단층 및 불소계 폴리머층 중 하나 이상은 자외선 안정제 및 자외선 흡수제 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 태양전지용 보호필름 및 이를 포함하는 태양전지에 관한 것이다. 상기 태양전지용 보호필름은 산소 및 수증기 침투에 의한 태양전지 모듈의 효율저하를 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 자외선에 의한 보호필름의 성능저하를 방지하여 태양전지 모듈의 효율 및 수명을 현저하게 개선시킬 수 있다.
