- the coverage speed limit flag shall be added to inform the TCC that the approval exceeds the jurisdiction of the station.
- the speed limit point mileage outside the range is valid. As shown in Figure 3, for the B station, it can be considered to perform the full line speed limit. If the milestone of the starting and ending points of the speed limit zone is within the line jurisdiction of the TCC of the station, only 00b may be used to cover the speed limit sign. In the picture,
- 01b indicates that the milestone is located on the positive side of the TCC line outside the jurisdiction (downlink direction of the downlink or uplink direction of the uplink);
- 10b indicates that the milestone is located on the opposite side of the TCC line's jurisdiction (downward direction of the downlink or uplink direction of the uplink).
- the original command information can be saved, making it easy to match the speed limit command and then integrate the speed limit state.
- the adaptive processing of the C2 and C3 train control systems in this embodiment is that, since the C3 train control system adds RBC equipment to the C2 train control system, if the RBC is not configured only for the C2 line, the TSRS may not split the speed limit to the RBC. command.
- the TSR command is divided into two types: "limited speed” setting and “infinite speed” setting.
- the CTC dispatcher uses the TSR setting command mode whose speed limit value is “infinite speed” to indicate the speed limit cancel command for the original TSR.
- the TSRS before the TSRS sends the corresponding temporary rate limit command to the relevant TCC and/or RBC, it can receive the activation command and the execution command sent by the CTC in sequence. If the CTC needs to cancel the previously sent temporary rate limit command, send a cancel command to the TSRS; after receiving the cancel command sent by the CTC, the TSRS sends a cancel command to the TCC and/or the RBC, and carries the corresponding command identifier to identify the revoked Which temporary speed limit command is used.
- the description of the TSR command status classification is shown in Table 1.
- the distribution embodiment further provides a processing strategy that the rate control system does not lose speed, including file storage technology and automatic reissue technology, where
- the speed limit command storage file should be read before it can respond to the application data exchanged by the external device. For example, if the reading is successful or if the reading fails for 20 cycles, the reading is considered complete.
- the version of the storage file header and the last stored date should be checked. If it does not match, the file data must not be loaded into the memory. Not compatible with older versions; storage dates are only valid for the day.
- TCC and RBC should be split for each command to enter the complete TSR command state maintenance cycle.
- the TSRS shall set all speed limit commands successfully loaded from the file to an inactive state.
- the storage buffer header needs to be filled with the current system date and version number to read back the check: If the readback date matches the current system date, all loading is allowed; if the version number does not match the current version format, all are discarded. .
- the TSRS is inconsistent with the status of the temporary rate limit command of the TCC and/or the RBC, and the TSRS automatically re-sends the saved temporary rate limit command to the TCC and/or the RBC.
- the initial confirmation command of the speed limit state can be automatically issued, so that TCC and RBC will send all the speed limit information to the relevant vehicle:
- the TSRS When the TSRS, TCC, RBC device is powered on and restarted, or the communication is interrupted and resumed, or the TSRS detects that the total number of TSR commands fed back by the TCC and the RBC is inconsistent with the total number of commands stored locally by the TSRS, the TSRS is at every hour. TCC and RBC send a full refresh request.
- the TSRS shall be able to automatically issue a TSR command to the TCC or RBC.
- the dispatcher should be prompted to confirm all current inconsistent speed limit states; the dispatcher should re-trigger the TSR setting and cancellation process according to the actual situation, and the dispatcher confirms the full speed limit. After the status, the TSRS is notified to the TCC and the RBC to issue a line speed limit initial confirmation command.
- the TSRS can automatically issue the line rate limit initial confirmation command and then issue the temporary speed limit command to be saved.
- TSRS shall not issue a line speed limit status initial confirmation command to the TCC or RBC.
- the method for transmitting the temporary rate limit command of the C3 system can provide an activation prompt and a setting prompt function for the temporary speed limit command, which is beneficial to ensure the timeliness of the speed limit effective; and can store the column control speed limit command parameter, which is beneficial to the guarantee limit.
- the integrity of the fast command the device is powered off and restarted, and it is still not lost. It can comprehensively determine the execution status of the speed limit command, and correctly guides the validity of the dispatcher's speed limit command. It can also automatically reissue the TCC and RBC.

线路号、 调度命令号和车站编号;
步骤 101 , 所述 TSRS根据所述限速区起点、 所述限速区终点以及所 述线路号所对应的轨道线路上的各列控中心 TCC和 /或无线闭塞中心 RBC 管辖范围, 自动对相关 TCC和 /或 RBC拆分所述临时限速命令;
若一所述 TCC和 /或所述 RBC的管辖范围覆盖所述限速区起点和所述 限速区终点, 则在发送的临时限速命令中的所述限速区起点和所述限速区 终点的字段信息之前, 增加用于表示限速区位于所述管辖范围内覆盖限速 标志;
若一所述 TCC和 /或所述 RBC的管辖范围覆盖所述限速区起点,但没 有覆盖所述限速区终点, 则在发送的临时限速命令中的所述限速区起点之 前增加用于表示限速区位于所述管辖范围内的第一标志, 并且在所述限速 区终点的字段信息之前增加用于表示限速区位于所述管辖范围正向侧的 第二标志;
若一所述 TCC和 /或所述 RBC的管辖范围没有覆盖所述限速区起点, 但覆盖所述限速区终点, 则在发送的临时限速命令中的所述限速区起点之 前增加用于表示限速区位于所述管辖范围反向侧的第三标志, 并且在所述 限速区终点的字段信息之前增加用于表示限速区位于所述管辖范围内的 第 "标志;
00b表示里程标位于 TCC线路管辖范围内;
01b表示里程标位于 TCC线路管辖范围外方的正向侧(下行线下行方 向或上行线上行方向) ;
