Description

销轴 技术领域 本发明涉及一种便于装拆的销轴, 尤其适合在塔身标准节上使用。 背景技术 在塔式起重机中,塔身由若干标准节叠置在一起构成,标准节之间通过销轴连接。 传统标准节销轴结构形式单一, 装拆方法均为人工挥锤完成; 国外部分公司有采用半 销形式的销轴, 但销轴加工难度大、 成本高。 图 1示出了现有技术的销轴的结构示意图。 如图 1所示, 销轴 10'的尾部有凸台 1Γ, 安装销轴时, 用大锤敲击将销轴打进; 头部有凹台 15', 拆卸销轴时, 用一个过 渡销轴在凹台里定位, 用大锤敲打过渡销轴将销轴打出。 销轴的头部还有锁销孔 13', 为标准节销轴安装好之后用于销轴定位的定位孔。 上述销轴只能通过大锤人工敲击的方法装拆, 由于是在空中进行,所以安全性差。 当销轴直径比较大时, 大锤质量要比较大, 敲击的力度也要求很大, 工作强度高, 效 率低。 而且反复的敲击也会对销轴表面造成一定的损坏。 发明内容 本发明的目的在于提供一种便于装拆的销轴。 为此, 本发明提供了一种销轴, 包括销身、 销头和销尾, 其中, 销头具有沿销轴 长度方向开设的螺纹孔和沿销轴径向方向延伸的锁销孔, 螺纹孔和锁销孔连通, 销尾 具有沿销轴径向方向开设的拔销孔。 进一步地, 上述销身的靠近销头部分的外径稍小于靠近销尾部分的外径。 如此, 销头部分的外径稍小, 装配轻松, 易于前阶段的销轴安装操作。 进一步地, 上述销头还具有锤击用凹台, 螺纹孔位于凹台中。 该结构使得销轴还 可通过锤击方式进行拆卸。 如此, 本发明的销轴既具备利用拔销装置或工具进行拆卸 的方式, 又具有利用锤击进行拆卸的方式, 销轴拆卸方式灵活。 进一步地, 上述销尾还具有锤击用凸台。 该结构使得销轴还可通过锤击的方式安 装。 该结构使得销轴还可通过锤击方式进行安装。 如此, 本发明的销轴既具备利用拉 销装置或工具进行安装的方式, 又具有锤击进行安装的方式, 销轴安装方式灵活。 进一步地, 上述销头呈圆台状, 销尾呈柱状。 进一步地, 上述销身为阶梯状。 销身采用阶梯状易于加工成型。 进一步地, 上述螺纹孔和锁销孔连通。 如此, 可增加螺纹孔的有效连接长度, 使 得螺纹连接可靠。 进一步地, 销身包括第一段、过渡段和第二段, 过渡段位于第一段和第二段之间, 其中, 靠近销头的第一段的外径小于靠近销尾的第二段的外径。 进一步地, 销轴连接塔式起重机的两个标准节。 与现有技术相比, 本发明的销轴的销头具有螺纹孔, 销尾具有拔销孔, 该螺纹孔 与拉销装置的螺杆螺纹连接, 该拔销孔与拔销装置的连接销固定连接, 如此使得本销 轴可利用拉销装置和拔销装置进行插拔销,操作人员的劳动强度减小, 劳动时间缩短, 销轴装拆效率得以提高。 此外, 本发明的销轴的销头还设有凹台, 销尾还具有凸台, 该结构使得销轴可利 用锤击的方式进行插拔销。 如此, 销轴的装拆方式灵活, 在各种以销轴连接标准节的 塔机均可采用该形式销轴。 除了上面所描述的目的、 特征、 和优点之外, 本发明具有的其它目的、 特征、 和 优点, 将结合附图作进一步详细的说明。 附图说明 构成本说明书的一部分、 用于进一步理解本发明的附图示出了本发明的优选实施 例, 并与说明书一起用来说明本发明的原理。 图中: 图 1示出了现有技术的塔身标准节用销轴的结构示意图; 以及 图 2示出了根据本发明的便于装拆的销轴的结构示意图。 具体实施方式 以下结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明, 但是本发明可以由权利要求限定 和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。 图 2示出了根据本发明的便于装拆的销轴的结构示意图。 如图 2所示, 销轴 10 包括销头 10a、 销身 10b、 和销尾 10c, 其中, 销头 10a具有沿销轴长度方向开设的螺 纹孔 12和沿销轴径向方向延伸的锁销孔 13, 螺纹孔 12和锁销孔 13连通, 销尾 10c 具有沿销轴径向方向开设的拔销孔 17。 上述销身 10b优选为阶梯状, 包括第一段 14、 过渡段 15和第二段 16, 过渡段 15 位于第一段 14和第二段 16之间,其中,靠近销头的第一段 14的外径稍小于靠近销尾 的第二段 16的外径, 过渡段 15长度比较短, 起到过渡连接作用。 采用阶梯状的销身 的好处是: 第一段 14的外径稍小, 装配轻松, 易于前阶段的销轴安装操作。 上述销头 10a优选还具有锤击用凹台 11, 螺纹孔 12位于凹台 11中。 该凹台结构 使得销轴还可通过锤击方式进行拆卸。 如此, 本发明的销轴既具备利用拔销装置或工 具进行拆卸的方式, 又具有利用锤击进行拆卸的方式, 销轴拆卸方式灵活。 上述销尾 10c优选还具有锤击用凸台 18。 该凸台结构使得销轴还可通过锤击的方 式安装, 如此, 本发明的销轴既具备利用拉销装置或工具进行安装的方式, 又具有锤 击进行安装的方式, 销轴安装方式灵活。 上述销头 10a优选呈圆台状, 销尾 10c优选呈柱状, 例如圆柱状或棱柱状, 当然, 在强度允许的条件下, 也可以呈扁平状。 在安装标准节销轴时, 将专门设计的拉销装置中的螺杆与标准节销轴的螺纹孔通 过螺纹连接, 然后通过拉销装置作用达到装进销轴的目的。 在拆卸标准节销轴时, 将 一插销穿过拔销孔, 使标准节销轴与专门设计的拔销装置中的移动部分相对固定, 通 过拔销装置作用达到拔出销轴的目的。 另外, 在不利于使用拉销装置和拔销装置的场合或者其他特殊情况, 还可以使用 锤击方式进行销轴的安装或拆卸。 与现有技术相比, 本发明的销轴的销头具有螺纹孔, 销尾具有拔销孔, 该螺纹孔 与拉销装置的螺杆螺纹连接, 该拔销孔与拔销装置的连接销固定连接, 如此使得本销 轴可利用拉销装置和拔销装置进行插拔销,操作人员的劳动强度减小, 劳动时间缩短, 销轴装拆效率得以提高。 此外, 本发明的销轴的销头还设有凹台, 销尾还具有凸台, 该结构使得销轴可利 用锤击的方式进行插拔销。 如此, 销轴的装拆方式灵活, 在各种以销轴连接标准节的 塔机均可采用该形式销轴。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。 附图标记说明
