Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种销轴,包括销身、销头和销尾,其中,销头具有沿销轴长度方向开设的螺纹孔和沿销轴径向方向延伸的锁销孔,螺纹孔和锁销孔连通,销尾具有沿销轴径向方向开设的拔销孔。本实用新型的销轴可利用拉销装置和拔销装置进行插拔销,便于拆装,操作人员的劳动强度减小,劳动时间缩短,销轴装拆效率得以提高。

本实用新型涉及一种便于装拆的销轴,尤其适合在塔身标准节上使用。
背景技术
在塔式起重机中,塔身由若干标准节叠置在一起构成,标准节之间通过销轴连接。传统标准节销轴结构形式单一,装拆方法均为人工挥锤完成;国外部分公司有采用半销形式的销轴,但销轴加工难度大、成本高。
图1示出了现有技术的销轴的结构示意图。如图1所示,销轴10’的尾部有凸台11’,安装销轴时,用大锤敲击将销轴打进;头部有凹台15’,拆卸销轴时,用一个过渡销轴在凹台里定位,用大锤敲打过渡销轴将销轴打出。销轴的头部还有锁销孔13’,为标准节销轴安装好之后用于销轴定位的定位孔。
上述销轴只能通过大锤人工敲击的方法装拆,由于是在空中进行,所以安全性差。当销轴直径比较大时,大锤质量要比较大,敲击的力度也要求很大,工作强度高,效率低。而且反复的敲击也会对销轴表面造成一定的损坏。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种便于装拆的销轴。
为此,本实用新型提供了一种销轴,包括销身、销头和销尾,其中,销头具有沿销轴长度方向开设的螺纹孔和沿销轴径向方向延伸的锁销孔,螺纹孔和锁销孔连通,销尾具有沿销轴径向方向开设的拔销孔。
进一步地,上述销身的靠近销头部分的外径稍小于靠近销尾部分的外径。如此,销头部分的外径稍小,装配轻松,易于前阶段的销轴安装操作。
进一步地,上述销头还具有锤击用凹台,螺纹孔位于凹台中。该结构使得销轴还可通过锤击方式进行拆卸。如此,本实用新型的销轴既具备利用拔销装置或工具进行拆卸的方式,又具有利用锤击进行拆卸的方式,销轴拆卸方式灵活。
进一步地,上述销尾还具有锤击用凸台。该结构使得销轴还可通过锤击的方式安装。该结构使得销轴还可通过锤击方式进行安装。如此,本实用新型的销轴既具备利用拉销装置或工具进行安装的方式,又具有锤击进行安装的方式,销轴安装方式灵活。

进一步地,上述螺纹孔和锁销孔连通。如此,可增加螺纹孔的有效连接长度,使得螺纹连接可靠。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的销轴的销头具有螺纹孔,销尾具有拔销孔,该螺纹孔与拉销装置的螺杆螺纹连接,该拔销孔与拔销装置的连接销固定连接,如此使得本销轴可利用拉销装置和拔销装置进行插拔销,操作人员的劳动强度减小,劳动时间缩短,销轴装拆效率得以提高。
此外,本实用新型的销轴的销头还设有凹台,销尾还具有凸台,该结构使得销轴可利用锤击的方式进行插拔销。如此,销轴的装拆方式灵活,在各种以销轴连接标准节的塔机均可采用该形式销轴。

以下结合附图对本实用新型的实施例进行详细说明,但是本实用新型可以由权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
图2示出了根据本实用新型的便于装拆的销轴的结构示意图。如图2所示,销轴10包括销头10a、销身10b、和销尾10c,其中,销头10a具有沿销轴长度方向开设的螺纹孔12和沿销轴径向方向延伸的锁销孔13,螺纹孔12和锁销孔13连通,销尾10c具有沿销轴径向方向开设的拔销孔17。
上述销身10b优选为阶梯状,包括第一段14、过渡段15和第二段16,其中,靠近销头的第一段14的外径稍小于靠近销尾的第二段16的外径,过渡段15长度比较短,起到过渡连接作用。采用阶梯状的销身的好处是:第一段14的外径稍小,装配轻松,易于前阶段的销轴安装操作。
上述销头10a优选还具有锤击用凹台11,螺纹孔12位于凹台11中。该凹台结构使得销轴还可通过锤击方式进行拆卸。如此,本实用新型的销轴既具备利用拔销装置或工具进行拆卸的方式,又具有利用锤击进行拆卸的方式,销轴拆卸方式灵活。
上述销尾10c优选还具有锤击用凸台18。该凸台结构使得销轴还可通过锤击的方式安装,如此,本实用新型的销轴既具备利用拉销装置或工具进行安装的方式,又具有锤击进行安装的方式,销轴安装方式灵活。
上述销头10a优选呈圆台状,销尾10c优选呈柱状,例如圆柱状或棱柱状,当然,在强度允许的条件下,也可以呈扁平状。
在安装标准节销轴时,将专门设计的拉销装置中的螺杆与标准节销轴的螺纹孔通过螺纹连接,然后通过拉销装置作用达到装进销轴的目的。在拆卸标准节销轴时,将一插销穿过拔销孔,使标准节销轴与专门设计的拔销装置中的移动部分相对固定,通过拔销装置作用达到拔出销轴的目的。
另外,在不利于使用拉销装置和拔销装置的场合或者其他特殊情况,还可以使用锤击方式进行销轴的安装或拆卸。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的销轴的销头具有螺纹孔,销尾具有拔销孔,该螺纹孔与拉销装置的螺杆螺纹连接,该拔销孔与拔销装置的连接销固定连接,如此使得本销轴可利用拉销装置和拔销装置进行插拔销,操作人员的劳动强度减小,劳动时间缩短,销轴装拆效率得以提高。
此外,本实用新型的销轴的销头还设有凹台,销尾还具有凸台,该结构使得销轴可利用锤击的方式进行插拔销。如此,销轴的装拆方式灵活,在各种以销轴连接标准节的塔机均可采用该形式销轴。

1.一种销轴,包括销身(10b)、销头(10a)和销尾(10c),其特征在于,所述销头(10a)具有沿销轴长度方向开设的螺纹孔(12)和沿销轴径向方向延伸的锁销孔(13),所述销尾(10c)具有沿销轴径向方向开设的拔销孔(17)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的销轴,其特征在于,所述销身(10b)的靠近所述销头部分的外径小于靠近所述销尾部分的外径。
3.根据权利要求2所述的销轴,其特征在于,所述销头(10a)还具有锤击用凹台(11),所述螺纹孔(12)位于所述凹台(11)中。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的销轴,其特征在于,所述销尾(10c)还具有锤击用凸台(18)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的销轴,其特征在于,所述销头(10a)呈圆台状,所述销尾(10c)呈柱状。
6.根据权利要求1所述的销轴,其特征在于,所述螺纹孔(12)和所述锁销孔(13)连通。
7.根据权利要求1所述的销轴,其特征在于,所述销身(10b)呈阶梯状。
