【背景技术】
现有技术中, 液晶显示装置的背光模组都会用螺丝固定印刷电路板, 并釆 用支撑柱抵接反射片和支撑扩散板。 釆用这种支撑柱和螺丝的组装方式, 需要 比较多的螺丝, 并需要耗费较多的工时和金属材料进行安装; 而由于螺帽和支 撑柱的面积小, 受力面积也较小, 因此容易造成印刷电路板凸起或翘曲。
在一体机中, 螺帽和支撑柱导致反射片和印刷电路板凸起或者翘曲, 容易 使背光模组的背板受力不均匀而变形, 而且现有技术的支撑柱一端突出到该背 板外, 影响外观的美感, 达不到外观要求。
【发明内容】
本发明主要解决现有技术背光模组中的螺帽和支撑柱易使印刷电路板和反 射片变形的技术问题, 提供一种背光模组及液晶显示装置, 能够有效地保护背 光模组的印刷电路板, 使印刷电路板和反射片避免变形的同时还能支撑扩散片。

贴合于该印刷电路板上, 该支撑结构位于该扩散板与该反射片之间, 该支撑结 构包括主体部分和支撑部分, 该印刷电路板包括转接构件, 该主体部分的一端 抵接该扩散板, 该主体部分的另一端设有多个固定管脚并与该转接构件卡合连 接, 该支撑部分设有多个装配管脚并贯穿该反射片。
作为上述液晶显示装置的进一步改进, 该支撑部分套设于该主体部分上。 作为上述液晶显示装置的进一步改进, 该背光模组还包括固定孔, 该固定 孔收容该转接构件。
作为上述液晶显示装置的进一步改进, 该转接构件包括多个导槽, 该多个 导槽的导向与该固定孔的轴心平行, 该多个导槽的数量对应该多个固定管脚的 数量, 该多个导槽与该多个固定管脚配合定位, 该转接构件收容该多个固定管 作为上述液晶显示装置的进一步改进, 该转接构件还包括多个卡孔, 该多 个卡孔的开口方向垂直于该多个导槽的导向, 该多个固定管脚包括多个卡扣, 该多个卡孔的数量对应该多个卡扣的数量, 该多个卡孔与该多个卡扣卡合连接。
作为上述液晶显示装置的进一步改进, 该背光模组还包括背板, 该固定孔 贯穿该反射片、 该印刷电路板和该背板, 该转接构件贯穿该反射片、 该印刷电 路板和该背板。
作为上述液晶显示装置的进一步改进, 该支撑部分还包括帽状结构的基座, 该基座 4氐接该反射片, 该多个装配管脚贯穿该反射片和该印刷电路板并 4氐接该 背板。
作为上述液晶显示装置的进一步改进, 该转接构件还包括底板, 该底板包 括第一底面, 该背板包括第二底面, 该第一底面与该第二底面平齐。
作为上述液晶显示装置的进一步改进, 该多个卡孔设于该导槽的轨道内。 作为上述液晶显示装置的进一步改进, 该多个固定管脚和该多个装配管脚 位于该基座的相同侧。
本发明的有益效果是: 本发明背光模组釆用转接构件和支撑结构的方式,
并在该支撑结构设置多个固定管脚抵接该转接构件和多个装配管脚, 使得该支 撑结构能比较大面积压合到该反射片上且该多个装配管脚抵接该背板从而稳定 地支撑该扩散板。
本发明背光模组的该支撑结构, 釆用帽状结构的该基座抵接该反射片, 并 釆用多个装配管脚共同抵接该背板、 釆用该转接构件固定该多个固定管脚, 使 得该反射片、 该印刷电路板和该背板受力均衡, 避免了该印刷电路板和该背板 由于受力不均而变形, 而该转接构件的第一底面和该背板的第二底面平齐, 使 得该背板的第二底面保持平整、 美观。

【具体实施方式】
请一并参阅图 1到图 3 ,图 1是本发明背光模组一较佳实施例的立体结构示 意图, 图 2是图 1所示背光模组的支撑结构的翻转放大示意图, 图 3是图 1所 示背光模组的转接构件的放大示意图。
本实施例的背光模组 (未标示 )包括反射片 10、 印刷电路板 11、扩散板 12、 背板 13、 支撑结构 21和多个 LED ( Light Emitting Diode, 发光二极管) 17。
该反射片 10贴合于该印刷电路板 11上,该印刷电路板 11位于该反射片 10 和该背板 13之间, 该背板 13贴合于该印刷电路板 11上, 且该反射片 10和该 背板 13位于该印刷电路板 11的相对两侧。
该背光模组还包括贯穿该反射片 10、 该印刷电路板 11和该背板 13的贯穿
孔, 在本实施例中起固定支撑结构 21的作用, 为方便理解, 该贯穿孔按其作用 而命名为固定孔。 该反射片 10包括四个上装配孔 15 , 该印刷电路板 11 包括四 个下装配孔 16, 该四个上装配孔 15和该四个下装配孔 16分别相对应, 并形成 对应的四个通孔, 该四个通孔起装配的作用, 下文中, 为方便理解, 该四个通 孔按其作用而命名为四个装配孔, 该四个装配孔均勾地分布在该固定孔周围。
该印刷电路板 11还包括转接构件 22 , 该固定孔收容该转接构件 22, 且该 转接构件 22贯穿该反射片 10、 该印刷电路板 11和该背板 13。 其中, 该支撑结 构 21和该转接构件 22形成支撑体 14。
该转接构件 22包括侧壁 220、 多个卡孔 221、 多个导槽 222和底板 223。 该 侧壁 220为柱型, 该侧壁 220与该底板 223形成一盲孔(未标示)。 该多个导槽 222设于该盲孔内部的该侧壁 220上,该多个卡孔 221设于该导槽 222的轨道内。 该多个导槽 222 的导向 (该导向即为该轨道的开口方向)与该固定孔的轴心平 行。 该多个卡孔 221 的开口方向垂直于该导槽 222的导向, 且该多个卡孔 221 和该多个导槽 222——对应。
该支撑结构 21位于该扩散板 12与该反射片 10之间, 包括主体部分 200和 支撑部分 210 , 该支撑部分 210套设于该主体部分 200上, 该主体部分 200和该 支撑部分 210—体成型。
该主体部分 200包括条形端(未标示)、 多个卡扣 201和多个固定管脚 202。 该条形端位于该支撑部分 210的一侧, 该多个卡扣 201和该多个固定管脚 202 位于该支撑部分 210的另一侧。 该多个固定管脚 202为该条形端的延伸部分, 该多个卡扣 201设置于该多个固定管脚 202的弧形面上。 在本实施例中, 该条 形端为柱型, 且抵接该扩散板 12的端为弧形面, 该弧形面的结构可緩冲来自于 该扩散板 12的碰撞挤压, 有利于保护该扩散板 12的平整性。
该支撑部分 210包括基座(未标示)和从该基座延伸形成四个装配管脚 211。 该基座为帽状结构, 装配的时候, 该基座抵接该反射片 10。 在本发明实施例中, 该四个装配孔分别收容该四个装配管脚 211 ,且该四个装配管脚 211贯穿该反射
片 10和该印刷电路板 11并抵接该背板 13上。
在本发明的优选实施例中, 该主体部分 200为棒状体, 其抵接该扩散板 12 的端釆用类似于蒙古包形的结构, 有利于减緩其受力。 该支撑部分 210 的帽状 基座也可以为圓盘型基座, 其与该多个装配管脚 211 形成一圓桌结构, 亦即是 说, 该多个装配管脚 211 为该圓桌结构的桌脚, 当然, 在本领域技术人员理解 的情况下, 可以根据实际需要而作稍微的改变。
在本实施例中, 该多个固定管脚 202和该四个装配管脚 211位于该基座的 相同侧。
该多个 LED17设于该印刷电路板 11上, 并贯穿该反射片 10 , 多个 LED17 与该印刷电路板 11电性连接。
请参阅图 4和图 5 , 图 4是图 1所示背光模组组装后的结构示意图, 图 5是 图 4所示背光模组沿着 V-V方向的局部剖视示意图。
该反射片 10贴合到该印刷电路板 11上, 然后放置到该背板 13上, 该印刷 电路板 11贴合到该背板 13上, 并使该反射片 10的四个上装配孔 15与该印刷 电路板 11 的四个下装配孔 16对应贯通形成该四个装配孔, 如前所述, 该固定 孔贯通该反射片 10、 该印刷电路板 11和该背板 13。
把该转接构件 22压合并完全收容在该固定孔里, 并使该底板 223与该背板 13平行。进一步地,该底板 223包括设置在底板 223的外侧面的第一底面 2230 , 该背板 13包括第二底面 130 , 该第一底面 2230与该第二底面 130平齐,使该底 板 223与该背板 13处于同一平面内。
巴该支撑结构 21的四个装配管脚 211对准该四个装配孔, 并使得该多个固 定管脚 202对准该固定孔, 旋转该转接构件 22, 使得该多个固定管脚 202进一 步对准该多个导槽 222。
把该四个装配管脚 211 压合进该四个装配孔里, 对应地, 把该多个固定管 脚 202压合进该固定孔里, 进一步地, 该多个固定管脚 202压合进该多个导槽 222里。 此时, 该多个固定管脚 202与该多个导槽 222配合定位, 该转接构件
22的盲孔收容该多个固定管脚 202。
上述压合过程中, 该多个固定管脚 202的多个卡扣 201 由于受压变形, 当 该多个固定管脚 202压合到指定位置后, 该多个卡扣 201和该多个卡孔 221卡 合连接, 且此时该多个固定管脚 202的端面部分抵接该底板 223 , 通过上述组合 方式, 该支撑结构 21被限制固定在该固定孔上。
接着, 把该扩散板 12抵接到该支撑结构 21的条形端的圓弧形端面上。 其中, 在本发明实施例中, 该装配孔的数量为四个, 也可以设置为二、 三 或五个以上, 该多个装配孔均勾分布在该固定孔周围。 对应地, 该装配管脚 211 的个数与该装配孔的个数——匹配, 数量并不限定。 该固定管脚 202 的数量并 不限定, 可为两个以上, 例如, 为两个时, 该两个固定管脚 202 为一空心圓柱 体经过切割加工而形成, 该两个固定管脚 202 轴对称, 另外, 该多个卡扣 201 设置于该多个固定管脚 202的外轮廓上, 该多个卡扣 201 的数量对应该多个卡 孔 221的数量。
经过上述组装, 形成本发明的背光模组。 本发明背光模组的该支撑结构 21 , 釆用帽状结构的该基座抵接该反射片 10 , 并釆用多个装配管脚 211共同抵接该 背板 13、 釆用该转接构件 22固定该多个固定管脚 202, 使得该反射片 10、 该印 刷电路板 11和该背板 13受力均衡, 避免了该印刷电路板 11由于受力不均而变 形, 且由于该转接构件 22完全收容于该固定孔、 该转接构件 22的该第一底面 2230和该背板 13的该第二底面 130平齐, 使得该背光模组的背板 13保持平整 和美观。
本发明还提供一种液晶显示装置, 该液晶显示装置包括液晶面板以及上述 的背光模组, 该液晶面板贴合到该扩散片 12上并与该支撑结构 21处于该扩散 片 12的相对两侧。

Claims
1. 一种背光模组, 其特征在于, 所述背光模组包括反射片、 印刷电路板、 扩散板和支撑结构, 所述反射片贴合于所述印刷电路板上, 所述支撑结构位于 所述扩散板与所述反射片之间, 所述支撑结构包括主体部分和支撑部分, 所述 印刷电路板包括转接构件, 所述主体部分的一端抵接所述扩散板, 所述主体部 分的另一端设有多个固定管脚并与所述转接构件卡合连接, 所述支撑部分设有 多个装配管脚并贯穿所述反射片。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的背光模组, 其特征在于, 所述支撑部分套设于所 述主体部分上。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的背光模组, 其特征在于, 所述背光模组还包括固 定孔, 所述固定孔收容所述转接构件。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的背光模组, 其特征在于, 所述转接构件包括多个 导槽, 所述多个导槽的导向与所述固定孔的轴心平行, 所述多个导槽的数量对 应所述多个固定管脚的数量, 所述多个导槽与所述多个固定管脚配合定位, 所 述转接构件收容所述多个固定管脚。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的背光模组, 其特征在于, 所述转接构件还包括多 个卡孔, 所述多个卡孔的开口方向垂直于所述多个导槽的导向, 所述多个固定 管脚包括多个卡扣, 所述多个卡孔的数量对应所述多个卡扣的数量, 所述多个 卡孔与所述多个卡扣卡合连接。
6. 根据权利要求 3所述的背光模组, 其特征在于, 所述背光模组还包括背 板, 所述固定孔贯穿所述反射片、 所述印刷电路板和所述背板, 所述转接构件 贯穿所述反射片、 所述印刷电路板和所述背板。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的背光模组, 其特征在于, 所述支撑部分还包括帽 状结构的基座, 所述基座抵接所述反射片, 所述多个装配管脚贯穿所述反射片 和所述印刷电路板并抵接所述背板。
8. 根据权利要求 6所述的背光模组, 其特征在于, 所述转接构件还包括一 底板, 所述底板包括第一底面, 所述背板包括第二底面, 所述第一底面与所述 第二底面平齐。
9. 一种背光模组, 其特征在于, 所述背光模组包括反射片、 印刷电路板、 扩散板和支撑结构, 所述反射片贴合于所述印刷电路板上, 所述支撑结构位于 所述扩散板与所述反射片之间, 所述印刷电路板包括转接构件, 所述支撑结构 的一端抵接所述扩散板, 所述支撑结构的另一端抵接所述反射片, 所述支撑结 构的中间部分与所述转接构件卡合连接。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的背光模组, 其特征在于, 所述支撑结构进一步包 括相互固定的棒状体和圓桌结构, 所述棒状体一端抵接所述扩散板, 所述棒状 体的另一端与所述转接构件卡合连接, 所述圓桌结构抵接所述反射片。
11. 一种液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述液晶显示装置包括液晶面板和背 光模组, 所述背光模组包括反射片、 印刷电路板、 扩散板和支撑结构, 所述液 晶面板贴合到所述背光模组上, 所述反射片贴合于所述印刷电路板上, 所述支 撑结构位于所述扩散板与所述反射片之间, 所述支撑结构包括主体部分和支撑 部分, 所述印刷电路板包括转接构件, 所述主体部分的一端抵接所述扩散板, 所述主体部分的另一端设有多个固定管脚并与所述转接构件卡合连接, 所述支 撑部分设有多个装配管脚并贯穿所述反射片。
12. 根据权利要求 11所述的液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述支撑部分套 设于所述主体部分上。
13. 根据权利要求 11所述的液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述背光模组还 包括固定孔, 所述固定孔收容所述转接构件。
14. 根据权利要求 13所述的液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述转接构件包 括多个导槽, 所述多个导槽的导向与所述固定孔的轴心平行, 所述多个导槽的 数量对应所述多个固定管脚的数量, 所述多个导槽与所述多个固定管脚配合定 位, 所述转接构件收容所述多个固定管脚。
15. 根据权利要求 14所述的液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述转接构件还 包括多个卡孔, 所述多个卡孔的开口方向垂直于所述多个导槽的导向, 所述多 个固定管脚包括多个卡扣, 所述多个卡孔的数量对应所述多个卡扣的数量, 所 述多个卡孔与所述多个卡扣卡合连接。
16. 根据权利要求 13所述的液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述背光模组还 包括背板, 所述固定孔贯穿所述反射片、 所述印刷电路板和所述背板, 所述转 接构件贯穿所述反射片、 所述印刷电路板和所述背板。
17. 根据权利要求 16所述的液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述支撑部分还 包括帽状结构的基座, 所述基座抵接所述反射片, 所述多个装配管脚贯穿所述 反射片和所述印刷电路板并抵接所述背板。
18. 根据权利要求 16所述的液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述转接构件还 包括底板, 所述底板包括第一底面, 所述背板包括第二底面, 所述第一底面与 所述第二底面平齐。
19. 根据权利要求 15所述的液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述多个卡孔设 于所述导槽的轨道内。
20.根据权利要求 17所述的液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述多个固定管脚 和所述多个装配管脚位于所述基座的相同侧。
