烤箱广泛作为烧烤食物的炊用工具在使用,烤箱架是设置在烤箱内用来放 置烧烤食物的架体, 一般情况下, 在烤箱内壁上设置有开行的开槽, 开槽用来 插放烤箱架, 开槽的前端设置有一 V形槽, 烤箱架两侧设置有锁扣装置, 锁扣 装置扣在 V开槽中以达到固定烤箱架的目的;同时在烤箱架前端相对应设置开 锁装置, 当需要将烤箱架取出来时, 使用开锁装置将两侧锁扣解开, 再拉出烤 箱架。 一般来说, 这种锁扣装置如中国专利号 CN200820051263.5所示, 在没 滑轨的两侧设置有锁止片, 锁止片中部设置一与滑轨连接的弹性装置, 一般是 弹簧,锁止片的另一端外侧设置有向上的倒 V形锁扣,里侧设置有一弧形压触 板, 两侧设置有拉杆, 主要通过拉杆带动压触板将锁止片转动再在弹簧的作用 下将整个烤箱架从 V形槽中释放出来,由于弹簧的在受力作用后可能产生不同 的回弹力, 从而整个烤箱架在释放时力度不够平稳, 容易将烤箱架上的物品挪 移; 同时主要通过锁止片的 V形锁扣与 V形开槽在形状上达成配合来固定该 烤箱架, 在多次拉取之后容易产生变形, 影响配合, 使得整个烤箱架无法在烤 箱内继续使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足而提供一种不易变形、 配合稳定、 拉取平稳的烤箱架。 为实现上述目的, 本发明采用了下述技术方案:
这种烤箱架, 包括有相互配合的上层架、 滑轨、 下层架以及控制杆, 所述 的下层架包括有设置于两侧的安装板,在安装板上设置有与烤箱箱体配合的锁 合装置, 所述的锁合装置包括有锁合片和与该锁合片配合的扭簧。
所述的锁合片包括有片体和凸出于片体的两侧耳片, 耳片上设置有耳孔, 片体上设置有两侧通孔, 片体的前端有卷曲体, 该卷曲体上设置有勾孔。
所述的锁合片通过穿设过耳孔扭簧的铆钉 Π固定于安装板上,扭簧的一端 穿过两侧通孔, 另一端固定在设置在所述安装板上使该扭簧固定的勾扣上。
所述的控制杆安装在下层架的前端,控制杆包括有推杆和与推杆两端口垂 直设置的连接杆, 在连接杆两端口处设置有传动孔, 在连接杆的中间位置处设 置有旋转孔, 配合传动孔在下层架上设置有控制杆安装孔。
所述的下层架上设置有固定孔, 一纲丝绳的一端固定在该固定孔上, 另一 端穿过控制杆上的连接孔后再固定在锁合片上的勾孔中。
所述的钢丝绳一端通过固定螺钉 I穿过固定孔固定在下层架上, 另一端通 过铆钉 I穿过勾孔固定在锁合片上。
所述的上层架与下层架卡扣在滑轨上, 再通过固定螺钉 Π固定连接。 通过上述技术方案, 从而该发明具有下述有益效果:
通过锁合片与扭簧之间产生的作用力将烤箱架固定在烤箱开槽中,可以长 久使用不变形, 固定可靠, 同时, 在拉取时力度平稳, 可以防止烧烤食物从烤 箱架上挪移或者洒落。

如图 1至图 5所示, 这种烤箱架, 包括有相互配合的上层架 10、 滑轨 20、 下层架 30以及控制杆 40, 所述的上层架 10与下层架 30卡扣在滑轨 20上, 再通过固定螺钉 Π 21固定连接,所述的下层架包括有设置于两侧的安装板 31, 在安装板上设置有与烤箱箱体配合的锁合装置,所述的锁合装置包括有锁合片 32和与该锁合片配合的扭簧 38; 具体来说, 所述的锁合片 32包括有片体 322 和凸出于片体的两侧耳片 324, 耳片上设置有耳孔 326, 片体上设置有两侧通 孔 328, 片体的前端有卷曲体, 该卷曲体上设置有勾孔 329; 所述的锁合片通 过穿设过耳孔 326和扭簧的铆钉 II 39固定于安装板上, 所述的安装板上配合 扭簧设置有使扭簧固定的勾扣 312;所述的控制杆 40安装在下层架 30的前端, 控制杆包括有推杆 43和与推杆两端口垂直设置的连接杆 44, 在连接杆两端口 处设置有传动孔 41, 在连接杆的中间位置处设置有旋转孔 42, 配合传动孔 41 在下层架上设置有控制杆安装孔 34; 所述的下层架 30上设置有固定孔 35, 一 纲丝绳 33的一端固定在该固定孔 35上, 另一端穿过控制杆上的连接孔 41后 再固定在锁合片 32上的勾孔 329中;所述的钢丝绳一端通过固定螺钉 I 332穿 过固定孔 35固定在下层架 30上,另一端通过铆钉 I 37穿过勾孔 329固定在锁 合片上。 当把烤箱架沿着烤箱侧壁的滑槽推进时, 锁合片与 V形槽接触后, 在推力 的作用下, 锁合片会压缩扭簧从而向里运动, 锁合片顺利与 V型槽卡合, 实现 锁合功能; 当拉出来时, 压下控制杆, 控制杆带动软性钢丝绳向下运动, 从而 拉动锁合片向贴近下层架的方向运动, 当控制杆转到一定位置时, 锁合片转运 一定角度, 锁合片从 V形槽中释放, 解除锁扣。
锁合片与 V型槽接触处可以是圆弧面, 锁合片与烤箱 V型槽接触时, 可以 减少力的冲击, 起到保护烤箱 V型槽的作用。
与现有技术相比, 由于通过锁合片与扭簧之间产生的作用力将烤箱架固定 在烤箱开槽中, 可以长久使用不变形, 固定可靠, 同时, 在拉取时力度平稳, 可以防止烧烤食物从烤箱架上挪移或者洒落。

1. 一种烤箱架, 包括有相互配合的上层架 (10 )、 滑轨 (20 )、 下层架 (30) 以及控制杆 (40), 其特征在于: 所述的下层架包括有设置于两侧的安装板

6. 如权利要求 5 所述的烤箱架, 其特征在于: 所述的软性钢丝绳一端通过固 定螺钉 I (332) 穿过固定孔 (35 ) 固定在下层架 (30) 上, 另一端通过铆 钉 1(37)穿过勾孔 (329) 固定在锁合片上。
7. 如权利要求 5 所述的烤箱架, 其特征在于: 所述的上层架 (10) 与下层架 (30) 卡扣在滑轨 (20) 上, 再通过固定螺钉 II (21 ) 固定连接。
