Abstract
The present invention relates to a locking device of an oven grill. When the oven grill is being inserted into the notch of an oven, the inverted V-shaped latch on the locking sheet leans against a bending portion of the V-shaped notch of the oven due to the pulling force exerted by the spring mechanism so as to prevent the oven grill from sliding outwards to lock the oven grill. When the oven grill is to be taken out, put one hand at the front end of the oven and use fingers to lift up the S-shaped tie bar. Then, the rear end of the S-shaped tie bar moves down so as to press down the arc press plate as well as the inverted V-shaped latch such that the locking sheet gets rid of the V-shaped notch under the pulling force exerted by the spring mechanism and, in turn, the locking at two sides are removed simultaneously, thus the oven grill can be taken out evenly and smoothly using one hand.

- The present invention relates to the technical field of oven articles and, more particularly, to a locking device of an oven grill.
- The oven is a cooker used for roasting food, and it is widely applied in people's family life and commercial use. The oven grill is a shelf mounted in the oven and adapted for placing food being roasted. Generally, there are parallel notches provided on the inner walls of the oven, which are for inserting the oven grill, and with the front end of the notches provided a V-shaped notch and both two sides of the oven grill arranged lockpins, the lockpins latch in the V-shaped notches in purpose of fixing the oven grill. There arrange two unlocking members on the two corresponding sides of the front ends of the oven grill, in the case of taking the oven grill out, it needs to unlock the unlocking members of two sides via two hands, then take out the oven grill. In such case, unlocking the unlocking members and then pulling out the oven grill using two hands, will bring about hard frictional between the oven grill and the notches due to uneven force regarding to two hands, and case abrasion mark and abrasion destroy of the oven grill, moreover, the uneven force of two hands will induce the oven grill losing balance then tilt to one side thereof and, in turns, incur the danger of food sprinkling from the oven grill.

The top surfaces of the two press plates lean against two ends of an S-shaped tie bar, respectively. The S-shaped tie bar is hinged to side surfaces of the two slide rails and winded from the front end of the oven under the top rack.
- Preferably, the spring mechanism is a tension spring.
- Preferably, the slide rail has a stopper post provided parallel to and behind a hinge position at which the S-shaped tie bar hinges to the slide rail.
- The S-shaped tie bar is welded with a piece portion having a round hole at the hinge position, through which a screw runs to hinge the S-shaped tie bar to the side of the slide rail.
