Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dossier rabattable pour un siège arrière d'un véhicule automobile, dont la structure porteuse se compose d'une plaque de base ayant un cadre périphérique creux. Un tel dossier doit être facile à construire, être facile à monter, entraîner des frais d'outillage relativement faibles et autoriser une construction souple. Afin d'atteindre ces objectifs, la structure porteuse (7) se compose de quatre pièces profilées (5, 6 ; 10, 11) faites dans un métal léger, en particulier un alliage d'aluminium. Les pièces profilées (5, 6 ; 10, 11) comportent chacune une partie de cadre creux (5.1, 6.1 ; 10.1, 11.1) et une partie plane (5.2, 6.2 ; 10.2, 11.2) et sont découpées avec onglets à partir de profils extrudés (1, 2 ; 8, 9) de manière à former dans leur état soudé la plaque de base ayant le cadre périphérique creux.
