Afin d'atteindre ces objectifs, la structure porteuse (7) se compose de quatre pièces profilées (5, 6 ; 10, 11) faites dans un métal léger, en particulier un alliage d'aluminium. Les pièces profilées (5, 6 ; 10, 11) comportent chacune une partie de cadre creux (5.1, 6.1 ; 10.1, 11.1) et une partie plane (5.2, 6.2 ; 10.2, 11.2) et sont découpées avec onglets à partir de profils extrudés (1, 2 ; 8, 9) de manière à former dans leur état soudé la plaque de base ayant le cadre périphérique creux.
