- the present invention relates to a solar panel having a junction box including a housing having a ribbon and a diode embedded therein and a cover detachable from the housing. More specifically, the cover is formed with an LED formed lighting unit to emit light of the LED. It is a solar panel formed with a junction box that can easily check the abnormality of the solar panel as a state.
- the current produced from solar panels is stored as storage batteries through a controller, converted to AC power through an inverter, and used as household current.
- a junction box having such a function usually includes a housing, a cable, and a connector.
- the junction box includes a ribbon connected to a solar panel in the housing, and a current between the ribbon. It consists of a diode that interrupts the flow, and one side of the housing is attached with a waterproof cover to prevent penetration of moisture or impurities.
- FIG. 1 A solar panel mainly used for large-scale photovoltaic power generation including home use is shown in FIG. 1.
- the solar cells are arranged in six rows and are arranged in rows of twelve rows, and the standard is represented by 6 * 12 columns.
- Such a solar panel is connected to the ribbon of the junction box by connecting two rows of rows as one block in series between rows and rows. That is, the + and-wires from the three blocks 1a, 1b and 1c are connected to the four ribbons.
- the electricity produced in the intermediate block 1b is the first block in the ribbons 11b and 11c to which the intermediate block 1b is connected. (1a) may flow toward the connected ribbons 11a and 11b.
- a diode 12 is formed in the housing 10 which serves as a bypass between the ribbon and the ribbon.
- This diode 12 prevents the current from flowing in the reverse direction to prevent damage of the solar cell.
- Such a conventional junction box has a structure as shown in FIGS. That is, a housing 10 having a ribbon 11 and a diode 12 embedded therein, a cover 20 fastened to the housing 10 to prevent penetration of water or impurities, and a cable connected to one ribbon 11. 14 and a connector (not shown) or the like.
- junction box does not produce electricity normally due to a failure of the solar panel, it is necessary to open the cover 20 and check the flow of current by using a check device such as a tester between the ribbons 11 of the housing 10. There is discomfort.
- one block is connected between the ribbon and the ribbon.
- the solar panel 1 including three blocks 1a, 1b and 1c as shown in FIG.
- the current flow between and the ribbon should be checked three times in total.
- cover 20 is coupled with a plurality of hooks (13, 23), etc. as shown in order to maintain a firm coupling state with the housing 10 to prevent the penetration of water or impurities to cover the cover 20 Detaching at 10 is also not easy.
- the cover 20 of the junction box J formed for each solar panel is opened and the amount and flow of electricity is checked by a tester or the like.
- the cover 20 needs to be fastened to the housing 10 again, so a lot of time is spent on the inspection and the inspection work is very cumbersome.
- an object of the present invention is to provide a solar panel having a junction box formed to check whether the solar panel is generated without a separate inspection device without removing the cover.
- a lighting unit with an LED formed in the junction box, it is possible to visually determine whether the solar panel is broken, and when the LED is fixed to the housing, the LED is in direct contact with the ribbon or the lead wire formed in the LED is in natural contact with the ribbon.
- Another object is to provide a solar panel formed junction box that does not require a separate connection member.
- the present invention is attached to the junction box to the solar panel, the cover formed on the junction box is configured to form a lighting unit with an LED is formed so as to visually check whether there is an abnormality of the solar panel.
- the solar panel formed with a junction box according to the present invention can check the power generation of the solar panel without removing the cover, it is possible to determine the failure of the solar panel with the naked eye by forming a lighting unit formed with the LED in the junction box, When the LED is fixed to the housing, the LED is in direct contact with the ribbon, or the lead wire formed in the LED and the ribbon are in natural contact, so that a separate connecting member is not required.
- FIG. 1 is a configuration diagram of a typical solar panel
- 2 to 3 is a configuration diagram of a conventional junction box
- Figure 4 is a block diagram of a conventional junction box housing
- Figure 6 is a block diagram of a partial deletion of the present invention
- Figure 7 is another exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
- FIG 5 is an exemplary view of the configuration of the present invention
- Figure 6 is a partially deleted configuration of the present invention
- Figure 7 is another exemplary embodiment of the present invention
- the solar panel formed junction box according to the present invention is a solar panel (1)
- the solar cell panel is formed on the back of the junction box formed of a housing 10 including a ribbon 11 and a diode 12, and a cover 20 detachable from the housing 10,
- the upper surface 20a of the cover 20 is characterized in that the lighting unit 21 having the LED 22 is formed to visually check whether there is an abnormality of the solar panel 1.
- the housing 10 is attached to the rear surface of the solar panel 1 as in the housing of the conventional junction box, and embeds the ribbon 11 and the diode 12, the ribbon 11 is a solar cell formed on the solar panel
- the number may vary depending on the number of blocks 1a, 1b, and 1c separating the cell and the solar cell.
- the cover 20 is detachably attached to the housing 10.
- the cover 20 and the housing 10 are coupled to each other using the hooks 12 and 23, and the number of the hooks 12 and 23 is also kept confidential. As many as needed.
- the packing 20 is combined with the packing to increase the airtightness between the housing 10 and the cover 20.
- the lighting unit 21 having the LED 22 is formed to form an abnormality of the solar panel 1, that is, power generation. Whether it can be checked visually, the LED 22 formed in the lighting unit 21 is preferably formed by the number of the ribbon 11 minus one.
- the opposite side of the upper surface 20a of the cover 20, that is, the surface facing the housing is the back side 20b of the cover, and it is obvious that the LED 22 emits light to the outside, and the LED 22 is The ribbon 11 contained in the housing 10 should be in contact with the lead wire.
- the LED 22 may be formed as one fastening part coupled to the cover 20 as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, and the LEDs 22 are fastened to the cover 20 separately one by one. It can also be formed.
- the LED 22 contacts one side of the ribbon 11 so that the LED 22 emits light when a current flows between the ribbon 11. More preferably, the LED 22 may be formed in such a manner as to directly contact the ribbon 11, and the lead wire 22a is formed on the LED 22 so that the lead wire 22a is connected to the ribbon 11. It may also be configured in contact with).
- the lead wire 22a is formed in a spring shape as shown in FIG. 7 so that the cover 20 is contacted in a compressed state when the cover 20 is coupled to the housing 10 to improve the contact force between the lead wire 22a and the ribbon 11. It may be.
- the LED 22b contacted between the second and the third times does not emit light. If only the middle block (1b) formed in the middle of the solar panel to check and repair it can be a normal power generation can save time according to the inspection.
- the solar panel 1 itself is in a state in which normal power generation is not performed. Maintenance work can be performed.
- the transparent cover 24 may be formed to prevent the penetration of water or impurities on the outside of the lighting unit 21, and when using a chip-shaped LED (CMD type LED) and the transparent cover 24 The resin may be charged to remove air remaining between the LEDs 22.
- CMD type LED chip-shaped LED
- the resin is basically a resin of a transparent color is to increase the light transmittance of the light emitted from the LED.
