压滤机是固液分离机械行业的过滤设备, 厢式滤板是压滤机的主要过滤元 件, 压滤机在过滤时由进料泵将物料注入滤板的滤室, 通过滤板上安装的滤布 或其它过滤介质截留物料中的颗粒留在滤室内, 滤液由出液孔排出, 使滤室中 形成滤饼, 然后由压滤机拉板器拉开滤板使滤饼自动坠落卸除滤饼, 达到过滤 的目的。
由于固液分离行业发展扩大及过滤技术的广泛应用, 压滤机进料过滤完成 拉幵滤板卸除滤饼时, 有的过滤物料滤饼含有粘性很容易粘挂在滤板的滤室和 坠落在密封面上, 工人只能用高压水清洗, 但是清洗的滤饼进入排水管道很容 易使管道堵塞, 同时还造成滤饼第二次过滤, 浪费能源增加生产成本; 另外粘 挂在滤板密封面上面的滤饼使滤室经常漏料, 达不到过滤的目的, 目前清除滤 板密封面和滤室内滤饼一般都采用人工铲除, 因此使工人费时费力, 还容易损 坏滤布增加成本, 致使过滤循环周期增长, 影响过滤效率, 从而使生产受到影 响。
发明内容:
本发明是针对目前滤板内粘挂滤饼等的不足之处而提供一种压滤机滤板卸 饼刮刀装置。
