Abstract
Description
従来、骨盤矯正のためには骨盤を締め付けるベルトや牽引装置を用いる治療法があり、それらによる骨盤のみへの圧迫は一時的な効果は認められるが、ベルト等の使用を終了して一定時間が経つと痛みが再度発生するなど、持続性に欠けるものであった。
また、上記装置においてギアードモーターを用いるもの(特許文献1)や、受療者に軽度な運動を求めるもの(特許文献2)があるが、これらは座位または仰臥位等で使用される必要があり、身体を起こした状態、即ち腰椎にとって安定した状態である「立位」で骨盤の矯正がなされるものではなかった。加えてモーターなどの機械を用いる場合は、使用方法によっては過度の矯正がなされることがあった。
1.骨盤への圧迫の場合、一時的な効果のみしか認められなかった点。
腰椎にとって安定した状態である「立位」で骨盤の矯正がなされなかった点。
モーターを用いる装置においては過度の矯正がなされる場合がある点。
4.軽度な運動を求める装置においては利便性に欠け、使用者が限定されていた点。
上記の問題点に対し、「立位」で骨盤の矯正が可能であり、受療者自身の体重を利用して尾てい骨を押圧することにより安全且つ適正に骨盤を矯正する腰痛治療具を提供することを目的とする。
前記基台の水平面及び前記姿勢保持面に対しそれぞれ直交するように固定し、前記水平台座板の左右を支持する左右一対の側面板と、前記側面板の外側面と前記姿勢保持面と前記基台の水平面とにより形成される隅角部と、前記隅角部に取り外し可能に配置した直方体の足置きブロックと、から成る腰痛治療具である。
「立位」でなされることにより腰椎が安定した状態で、仙骨・腸骨又は尾骨等の位置の矯正、即ちそれらの骨により構成される骨盤の矯正を行うことができ、持続的な腰痛の緩和が可能となる。
尾てい骨接触治療部体が弾性体を介して滑動可能に配置され、受療者が尾てい骨接触治療部体に乗ったまま尾てい骨接触治療部体を上下に振動させることにより、骨盤における尾てい骨接触治療部体の位置の微調整が可能となり、適切な位置での骨盤矯正が可能となる。
以下、本発明の実施例1について図1、図2を用いながら説明する。

前記筒体ケーシングに向き合う縦方向の姿勢保持面を有する姿勢保持体と、
